Had a wonderful stay, the place was everything as described, spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you need, and we especially liked that it was so close to Lake Daylesford. The balcony backed out onto the lake and was the prefect spot to relax and watch the sunset. Something to note for anyone with mobility issues, this suite (3) can only be accessed by a slightly steep flight of stairs which proved to be a little difficult for my elderly mum, would’ve have been great if this was included in the details beforehand. There also seemed a slight problem with toilet seat (wasn’t fitted properly) and some information contained in the ‘information file’ in the suite contradicted with the details (check-out times) that was provided. However overall, we had a fabulous stay, it is a gorgeous place and would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here - so much so we decided to stay an extra night! We had fantastic weather and so the view across the lake was extra special. We enjoyed paddle boarding on the lake, walking, swimming in the pool, visits to the historic local wineries and of course, a glass of wine on the balcony. The view of the lake at sunset was spectacular and made for a very relaxing time. We had a beautiful lunch at Mitchellton Winery and brunch overlooking the Billabong at Tahbilk Winery. The place is beautifully appointed and Janine was an excellent host - very happy to answer all of my questions.

Fantastic farm stay in a beautiful part of Victoria. Michael is exceptionally friendly and helpful with local information. The location itself is beautiful, especially in the early morning with the sun rising over the weir. The accommodation is excellent with everything we needed for a comfortable three nights. There are some quiet country roads for driving and the excellent High Country Rail Trail passes nearby. Plenty of dining options in nearby Albury / Wodonga.

Nice, clean apartment in a quiet area yet only a short stroll to shopping centre and restaurants. The host was a great communicator and accommodated our little requests along the way. Would recommend others to stay here.

Kellys Place was an absolute hidden little gem. The very end apartment in a small, quiet apartment complex right on the darling river. The uninterrupted views of the water from the side and back verandah were enjoyed while having a coffee each morning. The convenience of the small boat ramp located right at our doorstep was a winner for us. It accommodated our tinny and made for an easy transition from land to river. I must add we did not catch a thing whilst out on the boat, but this didn't take away from the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the darling. Inside the apartment it is immaculate. The apartment isn't modern, but this gives a lovely home away from home feel. Wi-Fi and Netflix ready to sign in meant nights were for relaxing with a movie. We comfortably fit our boat, trailer, and car into the enclosed and covered garage space. Kelly was extremely responsive to any questions and couldn't' be more helpful. Such a peaceful place to relax and unwind!

Absolutely stunning location with the most beautiful sunsets. Easy access to the beach, very clean and spacious. Truly a very special place.

Kerrie and Tony were fabulous! Communicating with us before check in and gave us plenty of recommendations. On arrive, we had a cute letter and a basket full of goodies. Was incredibly flexible with checking in early and checking out late. Will definitely be back again!

Great home that is well suited for a couple of an entire large family. loved the location, easy beach access for the 4wd on the beach. can walk to the local shops, loved exploring the area.

The perfect holiday spot! We loved our time here. The house was incredibly clean when we arrived - and stocked with everything you’d need. Christine was a pleasure to deal with and we would absolutely love to come back - the most perfect location.

What a beautiful home, fantastic location over looking the lake. The extra little touches really exceeded our expectations. The bed linen was beautiful, the beds so comfortable and spacious rooms. Plenty of seating areas inside and out to gather with family and friends. Every cooking item you could ever need in the fully equipped kitchen.
