Nice, simple bungalow in a good location, not far from restaurants and the downtown area. Clean and attractively decorated house. On a quiet street, but close to the train which came through and blew its horn late into the evening every night.

We enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. It was well located for our needs and provided us great access for sight seeing. The space was accommodating and welcoming for our group of 6!

Cute and cozy older home that's been fully renovated. Nice large back yard with a fire pit and hanging lights that worked great for our family BBQ. It is walking distance (less than half mile) from the ocean and pier. There are several places within walking distance for food, convenient store items, and shopping. The construction next door was loud in the days, but that's no fault of the host/property, just something to be aware of until it is completed. We felt safe and comfortable for our stay. would definitely stay again in the future.

Mohamad responded within 5 minutes every time we contacted him and was extremely accommodating. The facility was new as described. Also it was located 5 minutes from a Walmart Supercenter and other essential stores. Highly recommend this facility if you want an easy and comfortable getaway.

From the moment I checked in to the morning I checked out, this little hidden gem was awesome. A little different from your typical Air BnB on the outside, but on the inside, it feels like home. Every detail was well-thought out and there were helpful signs and a binder that addressed any concerns one might have. I had everything I needed the entire time and the host was friendly and always responded in a timely manner. Would stay here again. Would recommend this place and host!

Great home for a weekend getaway with friends. Dog and kid friendly. Awesome deck with fire pit and grill to enjoy the outdoors. House was very clean and had everything we needed for home cooked meals. Very close to downtown area.

Tyler is an extremely kind and responsive host he hosted us over emergencies we were dealing with due to the LA fires. He was very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Renee’s apartment was amazing to stay in. The area was beautiful and it was lovely to see the sunrise and some stars from the balcony. The apartment itself was really comfortable and everything was as described. I would love to come back and stay again.

This little apartment by the ocean is great. It was exactly as described and felt like a little oasis for a quick trip. The building is a little bit confusing, so finding our apartment took a bit of work, but that was the worst thing to happen. I would stay here over and over again, especially when beach season hits. Loved it.

This was my third stay at Barbara's condo. I've enjoyed each visit. The location near the beach, restaurants and stores is ideal for those who like easy walking access. I rarely have to drive during my visits. The unit is well equipped and very comfortable for long stays. I highly recommend staying at Barbara's place!

Beautiful apartment. Extremely comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Fabulous location! Nice to have the Roku with Disney+ and Prime. Beach toys for our grandson were great! Also, Nicholas was very helpful in recovering quite a sum of money that I had left in the condo. His cleaner Daniel helped to locate it. I was very relieved and appreciative. All around a great family trip!

Looking to surf but also traveling with an infant? Look no further! This place had everything and was just so great for our family of three. The hut tub was amazing with views of the water, it was truly wonderful. This place has renewed our faith in Airbnbs, so many are a bust. Not this one! It was so well equipped and The beds were so comfortable and Even the complimentary bottle of wine was delicious. We will for sure stay again!

You enter the house, a little uncertain. From the outside, a little underwhelming. You pass through the cosy living room, still a little underwhelming. And THEN, WOW. The pool area, the tennis court, the Vista to the west, the mountains...spectacular, breathtaking, everything as advertised and more. Back in the house, you find a very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bedrooms, a unique "guesthouse" for the Seniors (in our case), and above all...everything in working order. Absolutely no issues! Bravo to our great landlord, who was a super communicator. Overall: our family of 12, across 3 generations, found wonderful places to be together as well as to disperse. A great time was had by all in this Vista Villa wonder!

Massoud is a great host! We had a pleasant stay at his place. It was spacious, tidy, clean, and have numerous amenities. We really appreciate the island kitchen layout. It is walkable to a park that has a playground. It is also located in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely hope to stay at Massoud place again!

Sue and Dennis were terrific throughout our stay and were very accommodating to our requests. The property was outstanding from the house itself to the backyard oasis to the front porch sunsets.
