Absolutely loved the villa and did not want to leave and come back to the city. The views are serene and the location is just a walk away from the beach. It’s very breezy so you won’t need ACs even during the day. The caretakers take optimum care to ensure mosquitoes don’t enter the villa in evening but carry odomos regardless. Food preparation is clean, homely and tasty and we didn’t feel the need to step out for food during our stay. The villa is perfect for family or group of friends wanting to relax and soak in the views. There’s pool table, deck of cards, Uno, cricket bat and ball, and lots of books! This is as far it can be from a “commercial” place and has “home” written on every nook and corner!!

The place is exactly shown like in pics. If you want peace from your hectic schedule then must visit here. Food provided from multi cuisine restaurant was so delicious. Care taker Mahesh is so amazing guy. He guide us very well about places to explore and made our stay comfortable and memorable. If you have any query, staff solve it promptly.Over all great experience and pleasent stay at teakwood villa. Would definitely recommend this place.

Ths place was simply awesome. It is a lovely property amidst nature. The food served by the caretakers was awesome and worth the price. They are very humble people and were proactive to meet our needs. The property is very beautiful surrounded with trees, and would pump up your lungs with fresh air. 🙂 Being a fitness freak I just could not have enough within and around the property. The check-in was super easy. The host and the caretaker both are responsive. I really loved it and seemed to me this place would be even great to visit during rains and even winter season. Already planning another visit.

I think we got lucky when we chose this Airbnb...indeed it is the cutest little place in kashid. It was just right for the 5 of us all women group. Very safe and the contacts given to us were extremely responsive whatever the time of day (or night). Rahul himself periodically chkd in to make sure. Suvarna was a gem of a housekeeper and the place was clean and very well cared for. Shubham's cooking was a delight.. ..I can vouch for the vegetarian menu while my friends would swear by the non -veg. The beach is a comfortable 20 minute walk and not crowded. If you have your own vehicle, getting back late isn't a problem ..there is local transport available too, including for sightseeing at Murud or rewdanda. Otherwise the short stretch from the main road is inadvisable late at night mainly due to the terrain. All in all, a wonderful break 💕

The listing is peaceful, walking distance from the cleanest beach in Alibaug. The team headed by Nivrutti is humble and polite. The most amazing home cooked food. We will definitely recommend and visit again.

The Villa is amazing , has a Portuguese feel to it, Big Pool, Lots of Palm Trees, Great food service , perfect place for family & friends. Good Host, Thank you for the stay.

Had a great stay at the place. The host and caretaker were polite, proactive and very helpful. Every space of the place was tidy and beautifully presented. Peaceful layback vacation to weekend party bash, the place is ideal for everything.

We had a very pleasant stay at Paradiso. Jitendra was very friendly and guided us to the place and beyond (with nearby places to visit) The property has been very well maintained and very clean. The interiors have been done very well and it gives out extremely positive vibes. Anyone planning to have a peaceful vacation, you must visit this. The terrace has excellent views and Awas beach is a 9-10 mins walk from this property

The bungalow is beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean. Had all the amenities that you can expect from a hotel, like, toiletries, hot water geysers in all bathrooms, functioning AC in all rooms, good wi-fi connection and 24/7 water supply. The best part was the kitchen with all the required utensils, milk, tea powder and sugar. Enough to make tea for a group of 6-8 people twice a day. Food was supplied from a local catering service and was equally delicious, plus it was not expensive. Beach is at 5 mins walking distance. The Bluetooth party speakers added that extra boost to the evening party. The owner was also kind enough to keep ice cubes and 5 bottles of cold water ready in the fridge before we arrived. The only disadvantage that I found was the absence of swimming pool. Hoping they consider adding it in near future. I'm surely visiting the place again. Thanks Ajita!
