We stayed with our family and do enjoying the beach. Abdul Rahman is helping a lots with interest information and assist to explore the surrounding. Worth to stay and definitely will come back for next vacation.

Had an amazing stay here! The place is so spacious and beautifully designed, also super clean. The bed is comfortable, internet is great for remote work and Alkhail is a great host and his response time is super fast. It's in a whole center near restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and well furnished apartment. it's in good locality and host is very responsive. we stayed with kids and house has a great kitchen setup along with nearby private beach access.

Great place, clean and close to the airport. A little far from Muscat itself. The only thing that really made this place not a 5 star was the living room smelt of old cigarette smoke and I wasn’t able to enjoy the room due to that, it was that strong. The bedrooms however were smoke free.

A really gorgeous apartment 5 min walk from the beach in a lovely area. High ceilings, big windows, comfortable beds, large kitchen and a really spacious modern apartment. It’s even nicer than the pictures. We really loved staying here!

Das Gartenparadies ist, was der Name sagt: ein Gartenparadies. Weitläufig, wunderschöner Garten, alles da, was es braucht. Und Lisa ist unglaublich hilfsbereit. Früher Check-in: kein Problem. Mückenplage: in wenigen Minuten ist Spray da. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und ich vermisse meinen Hochsitz auf dem Podest zum Eingang mit Blick aufs Meer beim Morgenkaffee.

I couldn't have asked for a nicer apartment during my month-long stay here; it really has everything you need. Maryam, the host, is very helpful, courteous, and quick to respond. The apartment is in a great location, with a bakery, restaurants, and grocery stores all within walking distance. The apartment is also close to Mabelah Park, which is a nice place to take a morning or evening stroll. I had an excellent stay overall, and the host was excellent.

Zaher is one of the best hosts i ever deal with them, he is friendly and hobest and most important very responsive. I highly recommend to deal with him.

This is definitely A five star Airbnb for family who come to muscat with a rental car. Saha is a host who is extremely considerate for his guests in interns of details in many aspects. the unit is equipped and stocked with everything that guests need and make living here is so functional. Unit is very nice and very clean. Saha is a truly a super host.

Beautiful place, prime location, very pretty and well maintained apartment and clear instructions by Amal in most cases. I would definitely recommend the place to all. Just 7 min walk from the Marina where the snorkeling tour starts from. Very well equipped apartment. Just 2 small things I would change - quality of coffee beans in the coffee maker, though I'm being picky about this purely as a coffee lover. And the other - they need to inform that the drinking water supplied is limited in the apartment, limited to the packaged bottles supplied by them while checkin and that we need to organize the same if we need more - so that one can plan for it accordingly. But again, nothing that is a deal breaker, will recommend this to all travelers.

We enjoyed the shower, lots of pressure and hot water. The bed is the perfect balance between firmness and comfort. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is quiet and in a very well maintained condo with a gym and pool just one floor down. We stayed here for a month and had no complaints. It's very close to the airport. The host was very kind to allow us to depart late in the day.

Très bon logement conforme à la description, proche de la marina, parfait pour un départ matinal pour faire de la plongée. Petit bémol sur la décoration mais dans les standards des appartements Omaniens. Abdulla nous a trouvé un chauffeur pour venir nous chercher à l’aéroport en pleine nuit malgré nos 3h de retard ce qui a été un vrai atout. Je recommande ce logement.

Very good accommodation for the price, the unit was really cute and the host really reactive!

Our stay at Hilal's was perfect! The location was exactly what we were hoping for and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Hilal was super quick to respond to any questions we had and was always kind and helpful. The accommodations were clean and everything was in perfect working condition. Getting a taxi was easy, as pick up was just a few steps away from the building. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Muscat.
