Very nice stay and a great host, would definitely come back!

Das Appartment ist in einer exclusiven Wohnanlage zwischen Muscat und Al Seeb gelegen. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und der 1 minütige Fußweg zum Jachthafen und der Bummelmeile The Walk mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés ist sehr bequem zu erreichen. Zum Stand geht man ca. 5 Minuten, dort gibt es keine Sonnenschirme, diesen sollte man sich mitbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlte uns nichts. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sind vorhanden, so dass man nicht zu viele Kleidung einpacken muss. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung sauber und Armani kümmerte sich umgehend um unsere zusätzlichen Wünsche, es fehlte noch ein Handtuch und ein frisches Bettlaken, dieses wurde gleich am nächsten Morgen gebracht. Die Klimaanlage nutzten wir nur zeitweise, um ab und zu die Schlafzimmer etwas runterzukühlen, sie ist sehr leise und leistungsstark. Toll ist auch der nebenan gelegen Privatpool! Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, traumhaften Umgebung. Zudem ist die Sicherheit garantiert, da das Appartement innerhalb eines Resorts liegt. Für Naturliebhaber gibt es z.B. einen faszinierenden Wanderweg, am Meer entlang, mit vielen Buchten zum Schwimmen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Mahir war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, der von Beginn an sehr zuverlässig mit uns kommuniziert hat und uns auf alles hingewiesen hat, was zu beachten war. Hier müsste man eine Bewertung über den 5 Sternen geben können. Der Service während unseres Aufenthalts war sehr besonders und freundlich. Die Wohnung wurde auf Wunsch sauber gemacht und bei Bedarf wurden uns Kaffee und Utensilien für den Grill gebracht. Die Wohnung beinhaltete alle Haushaltsgeräte, die man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in seinem Urlaub benötigt. Wir sind in vollem Umfang zufrieden und glücklich gewesen und würden uns immer wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. Vielen Dank!

This place is wonderful, very private and scenic… there’s nothing nicer than waking up in the morning and watching the sunrise over the sea whilst sipping on a coffee! The bbq was great as we used it every night and ate dinner outside! The views of the sea and mountains and the sound of the sea was just magical… If you’re looking for a break and to switch off this is the place for you! I would recommend doing a shop in Muscat for all your essentials and food as there’s literally nothing close by the spar only has very basic items!

We loved this place, so spacious, modern and clean! Host was always very responsive & gave clear instructions. We were able to borrow an iron upon request which was brought to us within minutes. The heated pool was fantastic! I miss it already. Nice quiet area with total privacy. Best to have a car if you’re staying here. We would recommend this accommodation! :)

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

The villa was one of the nicest villas in The Wave Muscat. Close to the pool, ample parking. Short Walk to the main area packed with restaurants, shops, and a vibrant nightlife. Naseer personally came to the villa to welcome us and even invited us to his private home with his family to drink coffee. The villa is minutes away from the Muscat airport. A drivable distance from mutrah souk, mall of Oman, etc. The stay was well worth the price and if o could give it more than 5 stars I would.
