Her place definitely home away from home and in her place you will find peace . It has beautiful view of the city. It’s perfect location to walk enjoy the safe city of Muscat. I had a wonderful stay at Mohammed’s apartment in Al Sifah Resort. The apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. We has a great time in this apartment. We immediately felt like home! The apartment is very cosy and clean. You‘ll find everything you need. Faris was very pro activ and easy to reach. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir konnten sogar noch kurzfristig verlängern. Wir waren bereits mehrere male in Sifah und das zweite mal in dieser Wohnung. Somit alles ganz passend und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

It was the well deserved break my family and self were looking for The rooms were very spaciouss. Furniture good quality and the villa overall was amazing we really really enjoyed the stay a lot. If your looking to be in Sifa and excluded from the Sifa crowed than this is the right place .very well kept property will surely be back again

We were traveling from salalah to dubai and decided to stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as shown in the photos, very cozy and comfortable to stay in. It was a very luxurious villa, and we enjoyed our stay there. Most importantly, the host was very nice and responsive.

Wir sind direkt nach unserer Hochzeit hierher geflogen und haben unsere Flitterwochen in der Villa verbracht. Salim Rashid war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Die Villa kann ich jedem empfehlen, der privat mit seiner Frau schwimmen will und seine Ruhe haben will. Es war wirklich wundervoll. Düğünden sonra yaptığımız balayı villası. Gerçekten her şey çok mükemmeldi. Hanımı ile birlikte tam korunaklı yüzmek isteyen buraya gelmeli. Thank you for eveything brother it was perfekt. We see us next year good bye.

MK and his brother were very welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time at their place. Wish we had stayed longer at their place. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Muscat. Waves is 5 mins away, our family truly enjoyed and place was super clean. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Muscat next time again.

This is one of the best airbnb I have stayed so far. Hassan is a kind person and the room he rents as well as the attached private bathroom were spotlessly clean. Around the area - which is very close to the airport - there are also numerous restaurants. Higly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Zahir’s flat. He was very responsive and anytime we needed help, Zahir helped us or sent someone. We stayed in muscat for one month and was able to work from home as there is high speed internet available. It’s easier to get a taxi or rent a car to go to the beach. However, my husband and I enjoy walking and we managed walking to the beach a couple of times. Nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are also perfect when you want something quick. We loved our stay in Oman and will remember great memories. Thank you Zahir for making our stay a great experience!

Great location, very cozy flat and sunny side of the building. Huge balcony on the silent side of the private road, extremely green area, very groin outside. Grocery Spinneys is in 5 min walk. Fast WiFi, good gym and swimming pool included. Highly recommended 🙏🏼
