It was a wonderful experience staying at Mary‘s place. When we walked in the place was immaculate cite with sweet touches. I would definitely recommend Mary’s place to anybody. I cannot wait to go back in the spring or summer.

Stayed here for the Richmond marathon. It is a great place to stay since it is a short drive to many restaurants and the places we wanted to see. The house itself is clean and neighborhood is quiet. Finding parking was a little bit of an issue at times because there is no designated parking. Other than that, the place is great and would definitely recommend!

In town for a concert at the Broadberry - location was convenient and perfect for a quick nights stay.

Antenette's place was exactly what we needed for a fun weekend gal-pal get away. The bed was super lush and comfy and you can tell Antoinette is committed to her guests having a good experience.

Perfect place for our stay in RVA (2 couples and 2 dogs). Surprisingly big, very comfy, and easy 5 min drive to downtown Richmond. The fenced yard was a game-changer for the dogs - it made the trip for us. Highly recommended and would stay again

My mom and I stayed at Copeland's place over the Christmas holiday. We parked two cars onsite and appreciated having off-street parking offered to us in the Fan. I want to note that we enjoyed using the kitchen, which was squeaky clean and well-stocked (pots & pans, coffee, spices, Keurig, toaster). Many/most Airbnb listings in the Fan and Museum District neighborhoods are historic, which makes it challenging for a host to offer both form and function. I'm impressed with all that Copeland has done --we did not want for parking, warmth, appliances, or supplies-- to make this beautiful home a pleasant stay for her Airbnb guests.

Our family has stayed at 11 Air BB's during the Christmas time in the past 12 years and this was by far the best one. We had alot of fun. It had many ingredients for cooking. We didn't use them but they were available. And so nice to have hair dryers in all the bathrooms. Thank you Catherine for everything

The condo was beautiful and stylish - even better than the photos! The entire building itself is lovely. The beds were so comfortable and everything felt elevated and well-thought out. The location was perfect for us to explore Richmond and there are many things to do within easy walking distance. I read the reviews about the pipes and was apprehensive as a light sleeper, but the sound machine provided was perfect and I had no issues sleeping at all. The only thing we didn’t love was not in the control of the condo and that was that there is no dedicated parking - it was rainy so we had to deal with moving the car frequently and then walking a block or two in the rain back to the condo.

I had a fantastic stay at this Charming Historic 2BR near VCU! The location was perfect— just a short distance from the conference I attended and practically on the campus of my alma mater, Virginia Commonwealth University, which made for a wonderfully nostalgic visit. The home itself exudes historic charm, with beautiful exposed brick and wood flooring that added so much character. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the process seamless. One thing to note is that the property comes with only one reserved parking space, so if multiple guests are driving, they’ll need to find off-site parking. That said, the convenience and charm of this stay far outweighed any minor parking considerations. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again in the near future!

This stay was great. The home was clean and kept up. The owner met me there to help do a walk through even though I had the code for the door, just to make sure I was set up alright. Very smooth process and things were very calm in the area. I would definitely stay there again if I work in the area again.

Nice townhome, clean and host was fantastic. Wasn’t too sure about the area, just looked a little scetchy. Host was wonderful though.

We had a great stay with our 2 kids for the weekend. The space was very clean had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

The location and all amenities were as described! Simone was extremely proactive about reaching out and checking in throughout our stay. Place was clean. Was a great, walkable neighborhood for my dog and I, and the fenced in backyard was a bonus! It is chain-link and not particularly high, so just keep that in mind depending on your dog’s needs.

David was very accommodating and helpful in ensuring we had a clean, comfortable place to stay on short notice. The location is great and there is a nice local coffee shop across the street. One thing to note, while there is street parking in the area, you have to be strategic in locating a space during certain parts of the day.

Great place to stay when exploring the city! Very cute streets for walking the neighborhood & delicious nearby restaurants. Super pet friendly with a small dog park in the back!

I found the unit very clean and all cooking, cleaning, and bedding necessities were provided. Communications were great. Any questions or concerns were addressed very quickly. The number of stairs leading to the unit should be considered. The parking is tricky, but eventually I found a monthly lot that came in very handy. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend that others stay there.

Great location within walking distance to restaurants and breweries. We enjoyed brunch across the street at Lunch. Supper! We also liked Lucky AF just a few blocks away. Besides our first evening when we arrived, we had no issues finding parking. We found the apartment to be very cozy and inviting. My husband appreciated all the labels and clear instructions. Jessica was very good with communication. The bed & linens were comfortable! Thanks for a great city stay!

FANTASTIC location, big home with very large rooms, ten foot ceilings and huge windows - lots of light. Fully equipped and functional kitchen, good size bathroom, great furnishings. A gem and did I mention the location? it's a beautiful town house with a stunning view of the Virginia Museum of Fine Art directly across tree lined Arthur Ashe Boulevard. WOW is my reaction. I parked very quickly on Arthur Ashe five doors down from this rental, and stayed parked. An easy walk to Carytown which I did twice for the shopping and two meals. Minutes from Belmont Pizza as well which is uniquely great for being outside of New York City's legendary good pizza. Houssam was a very chill host with very friendly check in and check out times check in after 2:00 pm and out before noon.) A teriffiic stay if you like it beautiful and quiet in the lovely neighborhood of the Museum District. Oh PS there was great guidance for the neighborhood with a current Museum District magazine.

Stayed for a couple months and it was great. Friendly, responsive hosts, fast internet, quiet, safe neighborhood, and a strong AC that kept the unit cool even during the summer heatwave. Can't really ask for more! Driving to get places is mandatory, but that was fine for me.

We absolutely loved our stay at Catherine’s place! Such an adorable and charming place with beautiful mood lighting and artwork everywhere. The beds were incredibly comfortable and it was toasty and cozy in the space despite whenever it was chilly outside. We had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The location is close to everything we wanted to do and the nearby restaurants are amazing. Her sweet little dog River was a bonus to get to meet. Overall such a delightful experience and we definitely hope to return!
