Stacie's place was beautiful and clean. We loved the historic touches like the hardwood floors and the giant windows. There was minimal street noise.

Perfect walkable location, communicative and accommodating host, very warm and comfortable space (pictures don't do it justice) with all necessities and more provided. We had a great stay with our two young kids!

Perfect place for our stay in RVA (2 couples and 2 dogs). Surprisingly big, very comfy, and easy 5 min drive to downtown Richmond. The fenced yard was a game-changer for the dogs - it made the trip for us. Highly recommended and would stay again

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s a beautiful home on a lovely street in The Fan, with everything we needed for our stay. Baby items, including a pack and play and booster chair, were provided, which was essential. The unit is beautiful, with plenty of space to spread out. The beds were also very comfortable. We highly recommend staying at Mollie’s place.

Diana was very helpful during a snowstorm. She kept the walkway clear and safe. Diana was available for any questions we had especially when a water crisis hit the Richmond area (her place was not affected). Diana place was very peaceful and quiet. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Heather's beautiful home. Heather was very flexible, friendly and responsive. We were able to check in early to accommodate our schedule and the home was very cute. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this stay to anyone in the Ashland area!

The home was perfectly stocked with towels, clean linen, and even water bottles. The beds were comfortable, plenty of room for our group. The place was clean and organized. We only stayed for a night as a pit stop on our travels, but there was a lovely sitting porch and back garden area, and also games and toys inside.

best airbnb experience in a while and we stay airbnb a lot. everything was as described or better. only thing I would change is the clutter. there is honestly too much of everything. too many kitchen supplies, too many towels and sheets. made using cabinet space/dressers difficult for a longer stay. otherwise, so easy, thoughtful, quiet, pleasant, and extremely comfortable. definitely pet friendly. there was some dog hair on the couch and some cat scratches on the upholstery, but since we were traveling with a dog and two cats, those details honestly just put us more at ease and the couch was an easy vacuum. would absolutely book again if in the area traveling with pets. Just steps from the beautiful Maymont Park, which we visited several times during our stay. very comfy furniture. very responsive hosts. washer and dryer are well stocked (even though we brought our own soap, etc.) tons of great delivery options. quiet neighbors. really a gem.

Carisa’s house is only a short walk from Byrd Park and Maymont, two of the best places in Richmond. It’s also centrally located to great restaurants. The house is cozy but comfortable and it has everything you need. We felt safe in the house and neighborhood. We really appreciated how well stocked everything was and the great set up in the kitchen. Great spot for a short getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at Reagan's place. Reagan was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment is in a great location with an assigned garage parking space. The apartment was very clean; had great closet space; and easy access to the building and apt. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone traveling to Richmond.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

It was fun to return to the Fan and lovely to be in such an artistic loft. We had everything we needed and location was awesome. And Jill was so kind to reach out and let us know about a forgotten item. Would recommend and stay here again!

We loved the space, the location, and clear communication. Tommy (and Mark) were so helpful helping us with parking options and even getting our things in! Elevators and codes may access easy and we would stay again!

I spent a week there with my family, it was a great time there. He allowed me to check-in about 30 minutes prior. we had pretty much everything what we needed for the time we were there. The host was very responsive. There are a lot of seasoning to cook, good quality shampoo and shower soap. Very peaceful neighborhood I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Rodelyn’s listing was perfect for our needs when we were in the Richmond area. It was just close enough to all the venues we needed quick access to and the space was large enough that we didn’t feel crammed or trapped like a classic hotel room. 10/10 would stay again and really enjoyed the fact that the listing was in a converted rug factory.

space was as advertised. clean studio - may be duster than some ppl enjoy buylt was fine for us. we made the most of the space! my only suggestion is to fix the blinds in the bathroom as we couldn't get it down all the way so someone got a show lol and the stairs definitely need carpetting - dog took a tumble but she's finel. other than that a brita water pitcher would've been nice - we had to make water trips. will absolutely stay again. thanks yall!!
