What a gorgeous place! Private, clean and beautiful accommodations. Jessica was prompt with every encounter and worked with us on gaining access when we checked in outside the normal time for obtaining a key. Beautiful surroundings right on the bay, EVERYTHING we needed was on hand. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Beware if you have physical issues because there are a lot of steps just to enter, but wow what a space!

Very nice, spacious house perfect for our family. Has a beautiful view and everything you need for cooking, relaxing and outside activities. Highly recommend!

This was perfect for our weekend girls trip!

We were in town visiting family and wanted somewhere with a big enough common space for family to come over and it was a bonus to have the awesome downstairs for the kids to play. The weather was cold and wet, but we still found some time to enjoy the playground next door and the beautiful views of the beach/lake just steps away. The host was super responsive with the few things we communicated on. The space was clearly recently(ish) renovated - cute decor, comfy bedding. The only things I would suggest would be to add more lighting in the living room, it got quite dark and also add a washer/dryer - would be needed especially in summer months for swimming, etc. 100% recommend downtown Muskegon for restaurants and also Louie’s nearby for delicious food.

Our second stay at this property did not disappoint. Great beach house with excellent main floor layout and great sunlight. We had a problem with the coffee maker and it was replaced within hours, wet responsive. Would gladly recommend.

We had a fantastic time. Our winter walk on the beach w/the grandkids will be a lasting memory. We had the whole beach to ourselves. The home's location is very private... no hustle and bustle. It is filled with large windows everywhere and the beauty of the property during winter was amazing! Nothing was spared in our needs. Plenty of linens and towels for a big group. We didn't eat out and cooked each meal in the well appointed kitchen w/all the pots and pans and accessories that you need. Selma was great, was quick to communicate and very welcoming. We plan on booking again!

Michael’s place is a short walk away from stunning views of Lake Michigan. The space is clean and quiet and Michael was a friendly, responsive and thorough host. No detail was left out and he genuinely cared that our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you Michael!!

Mrs. Maryann went above and beyond by far the best host we’ve ever had she brought up 3 canoes for us to borrow and then she brought 3 bikes up from the basement such a kind sweet woman. And then she brought over some fresh baked bread we felt like family.

Our family stayed at The Colonial House for a weekend. Everyone loved it!! We enjoyed the fire pit both nights! We hosted dinner for the family and we didn’t lack anything in the kitchen! That was awesome. Everyone shared that the beds were comfortable. Every so often someone would say “this place is awesome”. Super clean, welcoming and comfortable. We will definitely stay again if/when we see in the area again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The place was so tidy and cute, very welcoming. We loved the hot tub after some long hikes, and felt completely at home. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Great house, just as described. We were there for a short stay but enjoyed our time. Adam was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

the porch is fabulous. lots of space for everyone. we did not need it, but the secret room was adorable. we would definitely come back again.

Alisha was a great host! Things were exactly as described. The location was perfect and plenty of space for the kids to run and have fun. Close to the dunes and Lake Michigan. Alisha responded to messages very quickly and was very friendly! We hope to rent from her again!

This place is great. It is super close to the dunes and sits on upper Silver Lake. The view is beautiful and the place was very clean. Kyle and the others that the not out were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this Airbnb to any one.

This place and our stay was wonderful. We loved it as soon as we stepped in the door. We did not want to leave! Knotty pine, hand hewn wood. Like an up north cottage but with upgraded coziness and comforts. Abbi provides little extras and has thought of just about everything. I am really glad she had placed toothbrushes out because I forgot mine at home. My grandchildren loved the book nook upstairs and Abbi even left a note in one of the books she memorized as a child while growing up there. We walked the pier almost every night for the sunset after grabbing ice cream. Loved it all! If I could take it off the market and live there myself, I would. Looking forward to making more memories there with my family.

This house is in a great location, close to the lake and major attractions. It’s clean, well maintained and everything works perfectly. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

We loved everything about Jamie’s place! It’s clean, bright and just so cute, and it has everything you could ever need in a home away from home. We’ve stayed in a few local Airbnbs and this one has been our favorite by far. We hope to return!

This was place was incredible! We rented it to get together for my mother’s birthday and it had everything we needed for a weekend away. The kitchen was great for cooking meals together. There were multiple living spaces for hanging out and playing games. We had lovely walks to and along the lake. They even had a Christmas tree up which made the place feel like home. If you’re looking for a place to getaway in style this is it!

Comfortable stay for 15 people. Nice area. Great big back porch which was nice during the day and evening. Would highly recommend this place to stay. So many kitchen appliances. Lots of towels and beach towels. Fully furnished.

Beautiful cottage! We felt right at home during our stay, and we appreciated being able to bring our fur baby along as well! We also loved how many shops were within walking distance.

The beach access, playground and ice cream store was very convenient after a long day at Michigan Adventure All amenities of the house helped since we were at the park for 4 days
