Lisa was a fantastic host. The house was perfect for my daughter and I for the weekend. Lisa was super responsive when I asked a question. She was very friendly. The house is exactly as described and super pet friendly. I will stay again next time I visit Holland.

This place has it all if you are looking for peace and tranquility. A beautiful view of Hamlin Lake and trees surrounding the area. There is no way that you can go wrong here. Plan on spending at least 10 days in Ludington if you are a first timer. The Ludington State Park will keep you occupied for three days at least. If you are a boater, there are many places to rent one along the upper and lower bayous. In the summer, stretch out over the beach on lake Michigan a short distance away. All in all, the best place to stay in the Ludington area.

Loved our stay at this home! The hosts were friendly and helpful. The space was clean and cute with added catering to children which was appreciated.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Justine was so responsive from the moment I booked until the day we checked in. Whenever she responded to a question, you could almost “hear the smile on her face” - she was very kind. We would definitely recommend working with Justine as well as staying in the Family Flat location. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, homey, and in an amazing location.

Amazing older historic home near Fulton St and walking distance to a bunch of cute coffee shops and stores. Incredibly comfy beds and couches and thoughtful touches to the whole place (coffee, creamer, q tips, etc). Would absolutely recommend and would stay again!

really nice apartment. much quieter than I expected. loved seeing everyone walking their dogs around the grounds. the hike from the car to the apartment was something to plan for but we got through it.

My daughter had her cancer treatment and check up and we also had a family wedding the same weekend. Tina was kind and wonderful. I had my elderly mom with me who has mobility issues. Tina was fast to answer questions and gave wonderful descriptions so I could ensure my mom could make it into the house and have a bedroom on the first floor. The house was wonderful and clean and the perfect location. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was a wonderful stay. Tina made everything very easy and convenient. I would highly recommend. She was kind enough to allow us a later check out and the house was even ready early for us to check in. I hope to come back to the area for more of a long, fun weekend before the snow flies, and I will for sure book with Tina again. Without a doubt. She was so kind and empathetic to the main reason we were there. Having to go anywhere for you child to have cancer treatment is never fun. Working with someone so wonderful made it that much easier. Thank you.

Rob’s place was perfect for our stay. The space was clean, super roomy, met our needs well. Location was excellent, quiet street, close to downtown.

What a cute place! TV in both of the bedrooms and in the living room. Temperature easy to control and kitchen nicely stocked. Plenty of board games if you couldn't find anything else to do. Weather wasn't great, but if it had been there was a sweet little porch to relax on. I enjoyed my stay and accommodations were quite comfortable. Ample linens and beds nicely prepared. It's not a huge place but it had big personality. I will definitely stay again if I'm in the area!

Really cute house with a great layout! We had a very short stay but loved the comfy bed and the well stocked kitchen (the pour over coffee supplies were a fun suprise). Located in a nice neighborhood and close to the BOB and lots of great restaurants. We would stay here again.

My boys are in their 20’s and still thought the climbing wall and slide (for smaller kids) was great. Plenty of space for us all. Good place to gather as well. Close to a nice walk/run by the water

Very cute, exactly like the description. Terrific location close to downtown Douglas, Saugatuck, and several absolutely stunning beaches. The only complaint I have is that there's a cleaning fee on top of a list of chores to do before you leave.

This was our second time staying at Allison’s condo. We felt right at home and enjoyed our time hanging out there with our family. It’s spacious, clean and close to the downtown. Thank you, Allison, for another wonderful stay!
