The owner of this beautifully placed cabin is extremely responsive and helpful. There is very little to complain about with the stay.

very nice place. nice location, no neighbors. easy to find. house was nice and clean. hot tub was ready to go for us ladies. would highly recommend. bedrooms big and comfy. would have been great if it wasn't so rainy we was ready for a campfire. wood was already and everything, but it was to wet.

The Caretakers Cottage is in a peaceful quiet area. A few stores and restaurants are within 2 miles or less. It’s 5 miles from the corporate limits, where there are your typical chain stores and restaurants. By Googling, you can find some very unique eateries, such as Bryan’s Place and The Bistro. The hospitality of Joseph and Todd combined with that of those 2 establishments made an out of towner feel more than right at home! With a trip to some stores to buy what you want to cook either outside or inside, you don’t have to go anywhere! You can just have a relaxing vacation! This place is absolutely amazing inside.! Beautiful wood! Top of the line everything! Wi Fi throughout. Cable TV for the 3 TVs including the one in the nicely furnished living room. A very modern kitchen, with everything you need and more! The bathroom, with it’s high tech washer and dryer. Upstairs, extremely comfy beds (TVs there) Stay in a hotel plus meals out? Why? You break even in an incredible place!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Sheila was easy to communicate with and made us feel right at home. We loved watching the birds and meeting Dan the dog 🐶 a perfect getaway from the city to enjoy the beautiful views and each other’s company!

This was our second time staying and it was wonderful! I have no complaints…The space was perfect, the location was close to everything and it was clean and it felt like home away from home! Thanks Kate!

This is a great getaway spot! It is very quiet and peaceful. Autumn was very nice, and the check in process was easy. The place itself is very comfortable and has everything you need. And of course the property is amazing, with lots to explore. I would definitely like to stay again, and will recommend it to others!
