Ryan was a great host and the place was beautiful and located in a great location easy to find. We loved the place and would most definitely stay again if needed.

Amanda’s lakeside cottage is an absolute gem! We had a wonderful family getaway at this modern and impeccably clean retreat. The cottage offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, with its contemporary design and thoughtful amenities. Would love comeback during summer time!

We had the most relaxing and magical weekend at the cottage. It looks exactly like in the photos. Beautiful nature, create for walking around enjoying the view from the window or just walking down to the dock. The cottage is clean and equipped with everything you could need. They have so much to stay entertained including countless games to choose from. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return.

Becky’s cottage is perfect for a family stay in Muskoka. The cottage is incredibly well designed and appointed with tons of small touches that make the stay outstanding. Both the main cottage and side cottage provide ample space for all parties and the outdoor space from docks to patios give everyone tons of space to enjoy the outdoors. We had ten people stay at the property, and we all had a great time. The house is spacious with lots of activities. There are a ton of board games, ping pong table, pool table, darts, the kids and adults enjoyed it all. We all loved being right on the water and spent hours on the dock, kayaking, pedal boating, and fishing. The house is clean, super well stocked with all the dishes and utensils you may need, with well working central air conditioning , and screen doors that kept the bugs out. We have a one year old daughter, and I was happy to see that there was a crib, high chair, and baby plates. Although the decor is not modern, we loved the rustic charm of the space, and loved how open and airy it was. The kids also loved the smart TVs, they enjoyed Netflix, and watched the Olympics opening ceremonies. All in all, everyone left very satisfied hoping to come to this cottage again next year for a longer stay. Thank you for a great experience!

Fred’s house was great! The house’s open concept was large enough for all of us (6 adults) to hang out in through the cold winter days without feeling crowded. The fireplace added lovely ambience and warmth. The six bedrooms ensured we all had our own space, which was a nice treat for our girls’ weekend. The master bedroom with ensuite was particularly spacious. The whole house was nicely decorated, and overall was a cozy and welcoming place. We didn’t use the sunroom, as is unfortunately smelled of smoke. Fred was a very responsive host. He quickly answered any questions. We had a lovely stay here, and wouldn’t hesitate to fully recommend it.

We came in from Alberta for a wedding in the area, and stayed at Tara’s place. It was much larger than we had imagined, and the property was just gorgeous! We would absolutely book with Tara again if we were back in the area.

This was hands down the best Airbnb that I have stayed at. Everything went smoothly and we were very impressed with the lake house. This was such a perfect romantic getaway for us! The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. The space was excellently decorated, cleaned very well, and the temperature of the cottage was easily controllable. Also, the main floor washroom was very nice with heated floors and very strong shower pressure. I really appreciated the axe and the amount of firewood that was provided. It made starting a fire very easy and we were never short on kindling. Though, this is important to note for those with kids. We had planned to use the parking spots at the top of the hill due to snow in the forecast, but these were not usable since mud pits were created from snow melt and rainwater. Regardless, our SUV had no issues whatsoever with accessing the driveway of the lake house. We would 100% stay here again, such a great spot and an even better host!

the space was gorgeous! the views out of all the windows were awesome. the hot tub/deck/dock space were also to die for! Randy gave us a tour of the space including our private deck with bbq and the shared outdoor spaces. Having a host actually meet and greet is something that is rarer and rarer on air bnb lately and my wife and I liked the experience. Will be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Lookout Loft. Hunt was excellent at communication and we felt very confident in locating the property. It was easy access into the unit and it was very private. The space is wonderfully decorated with extra little touches!

This was the second stay for my parents that traveled from out of town for Christmas. It was the perfect space for them to relax between busy family time. Quiet and cozy and they felt at home. Thank you for another great stay.

We had an unforgettable stay with Leslie and Ian . The view from the apartment was gorgeous in the snowy February weather . We felt deeply comfortable and protected from the elements inside. Equipped with Amazon Alexa , my fiancée and I got the opportunity to enjoy our books to peaceful music and set a soundtrack to our morning routines . In the winter months , as Leslie and Ian state in their ad , winter tires or all wheel drive are a must for the steep driveway . Before a big night planned at Tall Trees restaurant, my Nissan with all season tires got stuck in the snow on the driveway . Ian immediately came to our aid and assisted us with the many tools at his disposal , freeing us from the snowbank and saving our night . This kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten . An excellent stay !

We had a fantastic time at Katie's place.We are from Scotland and stayed here for nearly 4 weeks to visit family and friends in Muskoka and Kawartha.The flat was a real" home from home". We loved the porch to hang out in.We could also prepare meals in the full kitchen.Katie was great at communicating before we arrived and kept in touch with us throughout our stay to ask how things were.We really felt that this was our little place in Bracebridge and it really made us embrace the cottage lifestyle, so relaxing and tranquil.Only a 5 minute walk to downtown Bracebridge and the Falls, and all the lovely shops and eateries.Bracebridge is a beautiful and friendly town. Our family had a great stay at Lucy and Will's property. It was an exceptionally snowy winter weekend while we were there, and she was kind enough to be flexible when we wanted to change our arrival and departure times to avoid the worst of the road conditions. The kitchen is nice and everything was fully functional. The only thing that we couldn't figure out how to use was the gas fireplace. The location is convenient to Arrowhead Provincial Park. The cottage is spacious and can host two small families comfortably. The kids had a great time playing in the snow and in the garage, even if it was quite cold at times. Thank you for the stay!

My group and I had an excellent stay at the cottage. The lake is beautiful and the property is as well; inside and out. The location is quiet, yet not too secluded, making the overall experience very peaceful. The home was also very clean, functional, and had even more amenities than we were even expecting! We discovered the perfect secluded getaway in this beautifully maintained property. The grounds were consistently plowed during snowfall, making our winter stay worry-free. The main cottage comfortably accommodated our group of 5, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen and a thoughtful welcome kit with snacks and coffee. Two full bathrooms with provided toiletries made sharing the space easy, and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The clean, spacious hot tub was perfect for relaxing after outdoor activities, and the reliable wifi kept us connected. We enjoyed both the excellent heating system and the cozy wood fireplace, all while taking in beautiful waterfront views. Killbear Provincial Park, just 40 minutes away, offered excellent winter hiking. Quick tips: bring extra towels as only one is provided per person, and pack slip-on shoes for travelling between cottages. While water has a slight odour, it tastes perfectly fine. We’d love to return in the summer! Highly recommend!

What a great location for a cottage! The included boats (canoes & kayaks) are really nice. We went in late October (end of the season) and the neighborhood was nearly deserted. We were often the only people out on the lake. It takes about 20-25 minutes to paddle over to one of the several waterfront restaurants in Port Severn. Trevor's communications were very precise and easy to follow. Only negative comment concerns the well water. It's not just high in minerals, it is so high in minerals that it smells terrible and you really don't want to shower in it.

We had an amazing stay at Amanda’s place! The property was spotless when we arrived, and the peaceful surroundings made for a perfect getaway. We enjoyed a fantastic BBQ, a cozy bonfire, and boating on the beautiful lake. Amanda was a wonderful host, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be back!

Very clean and beautiful surroundings. Private and all the convenience’s of home yet feels like a cabin in the bush. Will definitely go back.
