Christine communicated well and provided a list of all requirements. The lake and dock is absolutely perfect. A few steps down to the water but the shallow waterfront makes up for it. Awesome spots for kids to be swimming without worry. Lots of space.

This was a lovely private space where you are surrounded by nature. In a second you can zip out of the property and be in the midst of the beautiful historic town of Port Perry. The loft space itself is warm and inviting. It was the details of all the included possibilities. Apple TV. Definitely worth a walk around the grounds. The water and the fall leaves will quiet the soul.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb with two families while in town for a hockey tournament, and it was great! The home was incredibly spacious. That may be an understatement. The house is huge. Large bedrooms all with their own on suite bathrooms. The kids loved the pool table and the ping pong table. It is well-maintained and as described in the listing. The house has definitely been lived in but it’s was still very clean. The location was ideal, close to many conveniences like grocery stores, which made our stay so much easier. Matt and Tiff were exceptionally responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for the extended weekend—highly recommend

Beautiful home with classy decor. Home was cozy but scantily equipped with needed kitchen amenities. Be sure to read the house rules before booking! House rules are unnecessarily excessive, makes it uncomfortable to get that "home away from home" experience, so read the house rules before booking! Host must have had unpleasant situations with guests in the past. The house is gorgeously decorated and pristine, should be featured in a home magazine for real. Overall, we had a great stay!

I had the pleasure of returning to this wonderful Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as I remembered, if not better. She was incredibly responsive to all my questions, ensuring everything was perfect for my stay. Her warmth and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and inviting. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s not just a stay; it’s an experience.

The location is great, very chill and relaxing neighborhood. Tigran was very helpful and willing to negotiate for extra guests with extra cost. The place itself was good, the rooms are clean and spacious, and sitting by the fire pit at night is definitely our highlight. However some furniture could use an upgrade. Also not in the listing but this is a semi-detached house, but the neighbors did not intervene and even tolerated our midnight fire pit chit chats. Overall the stay was great.

LOVED IT! Everything about the place was just beautiful. I'm definitely booking this place again this summer. Naidan was always responsive and also the hosts allowed me to check in early and check out late (even though we didn't take advantage of this) it was nice that they were okay with it. Excellent responsive host, beautiful location, both wooded and close to town, spacious as pictured- best shower ever in master bedroom on main floor. Definitely recomend.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Alex's place! From the very beginning, Alex was responsive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. George was a very responsive host. His house was very large and great for a bigger group with lots to do. The bonus was the karaoke space in the basement that we all enjoyed. Would recommend this house for larger groups.

Irene was easy to book with. My friends and I were lucky to find her space for a friend's wedding less than 10 minutes from her place. We felt comfortable and adored how lovely the place was. If it wasn't for the wedding we would have loved to stay in a little longer.
