We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was truly luxurious—stylishly furnished, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Johnny was incredibly cooperative and friendly throughout our stay. His warm hospitality made my family feel completely at home and elevated the whole experience. He was responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our visit enjoyable. We loved it so much, we even tried to extend our stay—but unfortunately, it was fully booked. No surprise there! Honestly, zero complaints—it was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely return if we get the chance!

I’ve been using Airbnb for over 10 years, and Ted is truly one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. He’s incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful — always offering assistance and great recommendations without even being asked. Ted’s home is also absolutely lovely, in a fantastic location. The bus stop is less than a one-minute walk away, making it super convenient to get into the city. One of the biggest perks is the free private parking — safe, secure, and very rare to find in Edinburgh. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Edinburgh who’s looking for a cozy, safe neighborhood that’s still close to the city. You won’t regret staying here! ❤️

Alison & Mel gave helpful information on how to get from the airport, all which worked seamlessly. The flat was easy to find. The check-in straight forward and the flat itself is fabulous! They answered any queries and went over and above to help us. Edinburgh is a gorgeous city and their flat is the perfect location to see it from. Thank you - definitely 10/10!!

Great gem of a place. Was working nights and Arthur’s place was just the ticket.. had flexible check in and out and was a superb host. Nice touches with the milk, butter and bread- much appreciated.

The space was clean, well-designed, and comfortable. The location was very central, conveniently close to shops like Tesco and Sainsbury and well connected to public transportation. Great host, quick response and friendly. Highly recommend!

Excellent layout and location. Very clean and well appointed. Communication was very straightforward to access the apartment and for Wi-Fi, etc. Our family of four was very satisfied and would highly recommend. Walking distance to everything.

Martin and Jane’s place is a true jewel 💎 Located in a fantastic neighborhood, in the city and yet very calm and quiet, with lots of cute authentic stores, pubs and restaurants. A breakfast place is conveniently located at the end of the street (2 minutes walk) right in front of a big supermarket. Bus stops in either direction bring you everywhere in 10 to 20 minutes. The house is very cozy and super clean. We particularly enjoyed the little garden on a sunny morning and the fireplace at night. Martin and Jane were very kind and helpful, explaining everything in details. Well’ surely come back and I totally recommend it! Thank you!

A perfect flat for 4 adults and 4 children - lots of space. In a great location - we had a lovely 4 days and the weather was fab. Thank you Kate

The house looked stunning with Christmas themed treats for the kids and grown ups and the tree was gorgeous. It was wonderful to arrive to our Christmas holiday in such a well maintained, beautifully decorated warm and spotless house. The kitchen was very well equipped and loo cleaner, counter cleaner and various other basics were included which was great because the car was so full I didn’t have space for my self catering essentials bag that I usually have to travel with. If the area works for you I would highly recommend this house. A great play ground was a short walk from the house and Anne put out some lovely bits and pieces to keep the kids entertained; books, games and toys.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

We had a great stay and would recommend anyone looking for a very clean and comfortable place in Stirling. During our stay we agreed we would book again for later in the year Shops and takeaways are very close which we used and enjoyed everything we ordered Also bus stops and friendly taxi service Thank you Tracy

Another lovely stay in Anstruther at this lovely house. Was lovely and warm when we arrived and has everything we needed for a few days. Great house near the centre of Anstruther. Thanks again for a nice stay.

J avais hésité à m éloigner un peu de la vieille ville ! Je ne regrette pas du tout mon choix ! Le temps était avec nous et nous avons pu profiter du jardin et de la terrasse de Usman ! La maison est très agréable, au calme !!! 3 chambres spacieuses, 2 salle de bain , 3 toilettes ! Cuisine indépendante et salon ! Usman est très disponible et super réactif !!! Nous sommes arrivés tard ! Notre premier petit déjeuner nous attendait… La maison est à 2 minutes à pied d un petit supermarché et très bien desservie en bus !!! Il en passe toutes les 5 min pour la vieille ville et on y est entre 20 et 40 min selon les heures et les bus …

Jamie is an absolutely lovely host and the flat is beautiful and spotless. The bus stop right outside is very handy, also the Co Op just around the corner. Not the most salubrious area but nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again, an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh.

Very easy to find….and to get into the house.. The size of the downstairs was great for our party of eight. Unfortunately two single women and three couples didn’t go too well with the beds provided. The sofa bed in the double bedroom upstairs wasn’t used. But that was nobody’s fault and in the end we managed ok… We cooked the first night which worked well. We couldn’t find some things we needed evidently but Nadine was helpful.. There are plenty of ovens and microwave …..and washing machine which we didn’t need. TVs in lots of rooms.. Would’ve been better to have had a bigger table and the right number of chairs. Also more than eight of everything mugs, plates, bowls. Dishwater tablets were provided, t towels, towels - great. Wardrobe doors didn’t work in one bedroom…Having two bathrooms was good but because one bathroom is en suite upstairs meant most of us used the downstairs one so mopping up a lot. Easy to catch buses into the city.

This was a great wee base for visiting family and friends. Spotlessly clean, very quiet with off-street parking. Home was decorated beautifully and had everything you need for a longer stay. Loved the personal touches - host left a lovely basket of Easter chocolates. Kari was very helpful and easy to contact. This home is a short walk from Dunfermline town and Townhill Loch which offers lovely walks. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a lovely three-day stay here, and recommend it! It’s located in a terrific neighborhood with fun restaurants, bars and shopping, while still being very quiet at night. The apartment is tastefully decorated, has all the essentials, and the host Tania lives upstairs, making access simple. We especially appreciated the tea, biscuits and cheese that Tania provided. Note that it’s a basement flat, so you’ll need to go up and down outside stairs for access.

Natalie's BnB was exactly what we needed for our few days in Edinburgh. The place was exactly like it looks on AirBnB. Very comfortable. Easy to get to from the airport tram, with a few blocks of walking. 20-30 minute walk to the castle and Royal Mile, cheap Uber if you prefer. Good instructions and recommendations on her manual. Will certainly remember Natalie's place if I'm ever in Edinburgh again!

Amazing property In a perfect location, just a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The flat had everything we needed for a weekend get away. very well priced and worth every penny, the place is immaculate and the beds are heavenly. Samantha is an outstanding host, very kind and wonderful to talk to, we foolishly locked ourselves out of the apartment at 4am, Samantha instantly picked up the phone and helped us !

Miramar was homely, clean and stylishly presented and just like photos. Several outside seating areas so you can always catch the sun and in a very peaceful area. The apartment has off-street parking. Very accessible with the beach, shop, pub, cafe and restaurant all within a short walk. Karen is very friendly and helpful and provided just about everything you could need. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and would definitely recommend to others.

This was a FANTASTIC stay in Edinburgh. We are very excited to stay here again.
