Our stay at Ranjana's home was great. It felt like a home away from home. Everything was perfect and in place. We didn't have to ask for anything extra. She also helped us with suggestions on nearby attractions to visit. The place also had some toys which we found very useful for our kid. We would definitely recommend her place. It's a perfect place for a small family.

Recently we had stayed at Ajay's place for 2 nights. It was wonderful experience. Ajay was very helpful and a wonderful host. They have kept basic things in the kitchen for immediate use. Location of the house is also very good. House was well cleaned. Bathroom also has all the basic toiletries. We would love to come again in the future.

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded all expectations. The property was absolutely peaceful, with breathtaking views that made it feel like a little slice of paradise. Every corner of the house was clean, well-maintained, and full of charm. The host was exceptional—very accommodating, flexible, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, which made the stay feel even more special. A huge shout-out to Ashok Bhaiya, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the visit. His warm hospitality and willingness to assist with anything made the experience even more enjoyable. This is truly a must-visit spot if you're looking for comfort, tranquility, and exceptional service. I can't recommend it enough! Will definitely be returning.

The stay is just lovely. The bnb is perfect if you want to witness an amazing view with absolutely no disturbance from the city. Although its some metres down the road, Rahul the caretaker is there for your each query and help. All the amenities you need, be it heater, microwave, every piece of cutlery, books, dryer,iron, are there in the bnb. Loved the stay and would surely be visiting again

Great 2BHK flat in a peaceful locality Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Geyser, Snacks, Utensils for cooking, Toiletries, Wifi, Clean Bedding and blankets. Pranjal is a very responsive host, always ready to help in every possible way. Even provided a hair dryer on our request. Kept in touch for a smooth check-in and check-out. Will surely recommend him to the others.

We had a fantastic stay. Monsoon added its magic to the views from all balconies. Reliance Smart point came very handy for fresh groceries every day. Also, Blinkit and BB delivered to door steps. Very spacious apartment. Daily cleaning provided by the owners. We used Uber Ola for our commute throughout. Overall a home away from home.

This place is just what I wanted. It has everything I need, and the vibe is so calm and relaxing. I visit Dehradun to rest, and this place makes my stay even better. Everything I need, like groceries and vegetables, is close by. The biggest mall in Dehradun is only 600 meters away, which is very convenient. I felt very safe here, which is important to me. The host is very helpful and didn’t make the place too fancy. It feels like home and gives you the freedom to enjoy your time. I hope everyone who stays here follows the rules because places like this are hard to find. The Peacock Perch is a wonderful place, and I’m so happy I found it.

From a fully stocked kitchen to cozy living spaces, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure comfort and convenience. We absolutely loved our stay here. The serene atmosphere combined with the flat’s modern amenities made it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We would recommend it very highly to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located base while exploring the beautiful city of Dehradun and its surrounding areas.

The stay was amazing, very well defined! The place is better in reality than in photos! The only issue we faced was with hot water and plumbing. The water pressure in taps was low. Rest everything was spot on! Would recommend to book if you are travelling solo, with friends or family! Thanks for hosting us :)

Had a wonderful stay with my wife. Balcony view was great and peaceful. Food was delicious and fresh. There are various adventures activities to do right next to the stay. Recommended for people looking for peaceful stay away from the busy and crowded places!

The house was a beautiful place to stay in and the housekeeper Uttam helped us out a lot in getting to the place and booking activities for us whilst we were staying there. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We had the privilege to be the first guest at this exquisite 3 BHK apartment. It’s very beautiful with a modern amenities and lavish interiors, furniture and am the required facilities including TV in 2 bedrooms, modular kitchen, refrigerators, cosy beds and amazing linens. All together it was a perfect stay and more value for the money paid
