Debi's place was so cute and fun! It was just as described on the site and a really great value, especially during a spring break time! The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was super comfy, and the couch bed was quite nice, too. We pulled it out and watched tv on it. Lots of extra bedding was a great touch since I tend to get cold easily. The temp in the unit was just fine, Debi's instructions worked perfectly to set the AC and fans right. The location is fabulous, just about right across from the beach. We loved the interior of the property as well, even though we didn't utilize the pool. We would stay here again!

This homes was amazing,beautiful and had everything you needed and more the kitchen was beautiful we had an amazing dinner and enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, we had trouble with the hot tub however, the host was accommodating and did it for us off - location, which was every helpful. The grocery store and liquor aww happen to be walking distance, which was very full.

Loved loved this house!! Very well thought out. Even provided beach chairs in case you forget yours lol The decoration was perfect for the beach mood and lots of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Thank you Goye. Hot tub was definitely a plus!!

Awesome little romantic getaway for our anniversary. The place has everything ya need. Clean and private. Like some of the other reviews, there was road noise that sounded like kids racing late at night. Then music with lots of bass until 4am. We asked for box fan to make some white noise to solve all that and a brand new one showed up a couple hours later. Thanks!

Marilyn's place made our Family Spring Break Vacay wonderful. The house is beautiful and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices and cooking equipment. The hot tub was a definite plus since Spring Break in Texas is always so unpredictable. My family and I would definitely recommend Marilyn's house to other vacationers and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

My 10 year old daughter and I had a great weekend stay. Everything was as described. The RVs on either side were a little closer than I expected but the tranquil view from the front porch more than made up for it. It was all the things I love about camping with the amenities of a hotel. My daughter really wanted me to sleep in the loft with her, which was perfect for her, a little harder for me at 8 months pregnant, haha. It truly is kid size, as described, but still worked fine for us. We had a blast swimming in the pool and driving into Corpus to the Aquarium and time on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, has everything you need, better stocked kitchen than anyplace we have ever been at.. Clean, decorated, everything you need. Comfortable furniture, great location, we like the secluded area away from the busy part of the town. We will definitely return
