Carlos was very responsive and friendly. Any question I had he did not hesitate to respond quickly. His home was super clean and very spacious. We had two families in this home for a mini-vacation and everyone had space to sleep and move around. The pool was very clean and nice, we would love to stay here again and would recommend without any hesitation.

Admittedly smaller than expected, but it does in fact sleep 8 and my party of 4, a dog, and I were comfortable. Everything was clean and worked as expected. The hot water worked REALLY well. lol The host was very quick to respond. I don't have any real complaints other than I couldn't find the dust pan. I feel bad about sweeping up a pile of sand and dog food and just leaving it by the trash can. I do apologize for that. In any case , I would absolutely stay there again. Thanks, yall!

Very clean, great location and exactly like the photos. Quick drive to the beach even on a golf-cart using side roads. Nice view on the canal and enjoyed mornings outside on the patio. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying here and will definitely consider it again on return trips. The property is on the water, not the beach. The view is beautiful. Michelle is extremely responsive.

This place was beautiful, really felt homey. We loved the access to the pool and how close the beach was I would definitely book this place again.

The unit was perfect. Had everything we needed Host was very responsive with all questions. Only complaint would be the AC. I felt it was on a timer. Between the hours of 3pm - 10 pm it was extremely hot and would not go below 74.

Everything was wonderful! The view, the house, the location being close to the beach where we could ride our golf cart and also having a boat slip for us to tie our boat up. The host, Julie, was very responsive with questions I asked. Will definitely be back again!

Great home for a family with kids. They loved the pool. Plenty of space in the house to accommodate everyone in the family. Very responsive hosts. They had great suggestions for a golf cart rental which I would strongly recommend. The kids loved cruising around in it.

Our stay at Gulfside Condominiums was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Bobbi, Nancy, and Andrew made sure everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions and great communication. The townhome itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the comforts of home. The location was perfect, and having designated parking made things even more convenient. The thoughtful touches, including fast WiFi and easy access to the beach, made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Port Aransas. Looking forward to returning!

House was as expected. Sadly we went during the rainy season so the mosquitoes were unbearable. We were unable to use the pool or even enjoy any time outside at all because mosquitoes were vicious. Make sure to pack bug spray! Other than that we enjoyed the house and had a great stay.

The place was beautiful and Tracy gave very detailed instructions for check in and checkout along with great recommendations! The response time was top notch as my family and I planned an incredibly impromptu trip and booked as I started planning and received confirmation before we left home. The condo was clean and very easy to find everything as it came fully stocked, the pool and playground are very family friendly.

Great place; just as described. Home was well maintained; well stocked and relaxing; comfortable beds and good A/C. Master bedroom and bathroom are outstanding! Great location. Beach within walking distance; pool. We had everything we needed. Great place. I would recommend home and Host.

A hidden oasis! The house was a great retreat full of wonderful amenities and plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The house had nice touches of unexpected luxuries which added a level of depth to our stay. We loved the location and proximity to the beach and fun things to do. Shanan provided thorough information for the house and was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

My family and I were in town for my sons engagement party . We were so happy we came across this place and at a very reasonable price . We absolutely loved everything about this place ! Everything was exactly as described and pictured . Thank you Kacy and Shawn ! We definitely will be back .

Great little place near the beach. More private than expected do to the way the property is set up. Would definitely recommend. Great hosts as well!

Stayed mid January till mid March and found this gem to be everything it was advertised to be. From location to quality of the unit it did not disappoint. Just minutes to the beach access locations as well as local restaurants.If planning a return to Port A. in the future this spot will be top of my list.
