We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We used all the facilities apart from the outdoor pool. For two families of 4 we felt the accommodation was lovely, clean and homely with enough space to spend time together or separately. Great location for travelling out to other towns and activities and a handy tesco just up the road if you want to cook in the very well equipped kitchen. The owners were on-site, and very friendly. We would highly recommend this holiday home. Superb!

we stayed here for 4 night early January while working in the area a.d felt very much at home dispite the freezing weather the home was warm. cosy and comfortable so.much so I'm booking again to come with the family

We had a long weekend stay with family and the location and cottage was absolutely beautiful. Geoff was a really friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool and play facilities were brilliant, massive pool that was really warm and easy to book etc. the house was pristine, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Wonderful 5-night stay in this beautifully furnished, homely barn nestled in picturesque grounds. Great thought has gone into making this superb accommodation. It features a roomy, well-equipped kitchen and a great living space for relaxing in front of a log burner. A cosy bedroom with a super comfy bed and linen offers views into the gardens and over the hills, including a skylight, then leads into a modern, spacious ensuite bathroom. My husband enjoyed the swimming pool, and we appreciated the additional massage options available on the grounds, which was a real bonus. It was also a great space for our little dog. The barn is within easy reach of lovely towns, fabulous beaches, pubs, restaurants, and tea rooms— highly recommended!

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

What a great house to stay in, the pictures don’t actually do it justice. It has everything that you could expect and more, plenty of space and stuff to keep children occupied

Had the good fortune to stay at Rich's place for a second time this week and as before just a great place, it has everything you need for your stay, nice and warm and comfortable and very clean and comes with driveway parking. Brilliant.

Yeemun was a wonderful host, very helpful and quick to reply to messages. The house was a very good size, comfortable with everything we needed for the weekend. Good location and quiet road. Lovely stay, thank you.

Helen’s place was absolutely wonderful, so peaceful and relaxing, exactly what was needed this weekend! Was really close to royal William yard which is where we needed to be, lots of extras included in the home like tea, coffee, sugar and milk! The beds were sooo comfy and clean, the heating was on at a comfortable level so the house was warm and cosy, was exactly as described and photographed! Was really wonderful to stay in a homely place, would highly recommend and would stay again. Also they were super responsive to any messages and even offered a longer check out if needed, all around amazing

We had a fantastic stay in Salcombe. The property is in a perfect location and instructions regarding the optional parking permit and local car parks was very clear. The property was spotless and contained everything we needed. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect stay, we were a large family group for 70th birthday, using both the house and cottage. Both extremely well equipped with just about everything you could need, including toys for the youngest and a very popular slide and trampoline. Comfy beds, lovely bedding, spotlessly clean on arrival. Would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the old Sunday school house! It has been designed and decorated beautifully, the hosts have thought of everything! We arrived to a very generous welcome hamper which was really thoughtful. We brought our dogs and baby and all had the best time, we would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

We booked Chloe's house as a base for our engineers who were working in the area for the month. Communication was fantastic and Chloe made everything so easy. The house itself was so comfortable and homely and had everything our engineers needed. Thanks Chloe

We spend a week at Ringmore, but could have easily stayed several weeks due to the lovely atmosphere of the cottage, the village and the attractive surrounding. House and garden are beautiful. You can feel at home instantly. The house is bright and friendly and well equipped. The beautiful surrounding invites to stray around, walk to the beach, enjoy the landscape, walk the coastal path starting from the house at Ayrmer Cove, a small beach with amazing rocks. And have dinner at the Journeys End Inn with a very nice variety of food and of course ales. There are many more things to explore: lovely villages, churches, cathedrals, ports, gardens, museums, estuarys, Dartmoor, great coast ... The host Anna was very nice and gave us lots of information. Thanks a lot for staying at this special place and experiencing a wonderful atmosphere!

Second time staying here, and again a great stay, lovely house in a quiet area with good routes to city centre or over into cornwall. Perfect size for us and everything we need for a stay

Our stay was so comfortable thanks to Louise! The house was absolutely spotless, neat and we felt right at home. The location is great, very quiet and peaceful and so easy to drive out to different activities and locations. Great stay at No.1 Beachdown. Everything we needed for a perfect stay and amazing views. Had a very relaxing week and so many great places to visit.

Very modern and uncluttered interior. Spacious & clean. Exterior of property & immediate surroundings not exactly pretty, but a practical option not too far (15-20 minutes drive) from Hoe/Barbican area & only 5 minutes from A38. Quiet suburban location. Great communication from host & flexible check-out.
