We were lucky enough to stay at Joanna's place for a long weekend as we were visiting Plymouth for a friend's birthday. From the moment of booking communication was excellent and we were sent clear instructions for checking in. The accomodation is exactly as described, beautifully decorated, well supplied with anything you could need, and so spacious. We especially appreciated the milk, coffee and teabags for when we first arrived. The property sits back from the road so there is no sound of traffic. The most comfortable beds with good quality linen, and we all agreed we'd slept so well. Lots of clear instructions within the flat and books, maps and information on Plymouth and the surrounding area. We took a very leisurely walk to Plymouth Hoe which took approximately 40 minutes. Lots of places to eat and drink, and small and interesting shops to visit. We travelled by train and took cabs several times, which we thought good value. We would love to visit again. Thank you :-)

Beautiful apartment right next to the Hoe. Parking space very useful. Lovely spot sitting in the bay window with a view of the sea. Huge smart TV. Wi-Fi good. Great washing facilities. Spotless.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The apartment had top quality furnishings and fittings, was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped with plenty of tea and coffee. We loved the balcony and window seat from which we read our books and watched the world go by. There’s an on-site Leisure Club which looked great though we didn’t use it on this occasion other than for a good meal in the Deck where staff were very friendly. We enjoyed a trip to Burgh Island on the sea tractor for lunch and Afternoon Tea and what a treat! Staff were delightful, the food and drinks delicious and the decor superb! With good walks on the doorstep and easy access to the beach this is an ideal place to visit at any time of year. Christopher and Tanya were excellent hosts, gave clear access instructions and responded quickly to our queries. Thank you once again and hope to return one day:) Roger & Jennette

We had a lovely stay at Emma’s. The place is so well equipped for adults and children. Our two couldn’t believe how many toys there were! The apartment was very clean, with a lovely terrace and view. It’s opposite a fantastic Italian restaurant and close to the beautiful beach of Blackpool Sands, which has a great cafe/resturant. Emma was very quick to respond to our queries. We have already recommended this place to friends and we would love to come back when the sun is shining!

This is a beautiful place, spotlessly clean, modern and just the space needed for a break near the sea. We used the cafe/ bar on the beach , local cod shack and walked the coastal path into Looe for a great day out. I’ll definitely be back

We had a wonderful few days in Salcombe at Freya's beautiful apartment. The views from the windows were wonderful and the apartment itself was perfect. There is nothing that could be improved - we loved it and already hoping to return. Thank you Freya for making us so welcome.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were top-notch and eco-conscious, which I truly appreciated. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

Simply paradise. The apartment was in the most amazing location and of a very high standard. It was very well equipped, with lots of handy extras. A home from home. Tiffany was extremely friendly and helpful and very quick to respond. The welcome gift was a lovely gesture. The views, the peace, the walks from the door and local eateries were excellent.

Just a long weekend stay but the apartment was great. Amazing views up and down the estuary and across to field of sheep opposite. It was very relaxing watching the boats go by and with plenty of space for 7 of us and a dog. Nice to have dedicated parking spaces too. I must bring my paddle board next time!

Very modern and uncluttered interior. Spacious & clean. Exterior of property & immediate surroundings not exactly pretty, but a practical option not too far (15-20 minutes drive) from Hoe/Barbican area & only 5 minutes from A38. Quiet suburban location. Great communication from host & flexible check-out.

We had a wonderful stay at the old Sunday school house! It has been designed and decorated beautifully, the hosts have thought of everything! We arrived to a very generous welcome hamper which was really thoughtful. We brought our dogs and baby and all had the best time, we would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Had an amazing stay. Jenny was super responsive and helpful with all questions. The farm stay was clean and as described. nice area out front with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine in the evening and a great games room and trampoline and swing for kids to play with. would definitely stay again. Great value and perfect location to explore the South Devon coast.

We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back! The house was perfect for us all and we had loads of space. The kids loved the pool table! Great house, so well stocked we had all we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach is lovely with great places to eat and little beach shop which came in very handy when the kids all needed beach shoes! Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the house is advertised as a “Lodge with hot tub” but you have to pay extra for the hot tub which I think could have been made clearer, not other than that absolutely no complaints at all. See you again next year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Better than the photos. Warm, clean, peaceful. Enclosed garden perfect for our pooch. Beautiful woody walks. Great base for local area. Just wish there was a shop closer or somewhere walkable to get evening food. Would definitely stay again and recommend! Thank you!

Loved staying at James's place. The apartment was really comfortable and perfect for a base in Plymouth. Easy to check in and out, and the parking space is ideal. We had a 2 year old with us, and the space was really accessible for the family. James was super helpful and responsive. We will certainly be looking stay here again when we revisit Plymouth.

This is our second stay at Louise apartment. It is very clean and comfortable as usual. Quiet location. Very responsive from Louise and always accommodate our requests. Highly recommended.

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

Visiting with my daughter who had an interview at the university. Great apartment in a good location. Nice quality throughout, fresh smell and good feel to the place. Good location and seems a good neighbourhood. Parking easy as I’ve got the App. Communication brilliant from the start and would stay again if my daughter chooses here for university. Thank you

Beautiful home in a tranquil green area with only the sounds of nature around. Home was very nicely furnished with lovely decorative touches like plants and pictures on the walls. Host left us some delicious fudge and biccies. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Great bed and hot shower and parking in the drive. Hosts are absolutely fantastic, very kind and friendly. Thanks so much for a fabulous week.
