Great place to stay while in Da Nang. Spacious and clean apartment.

This was my second time booking this apartment. It is truly a gem in Da Nang. Lucky Apartment is safe, comfortable, friendly, clean and especially ant free which is a huge deal. Good wifi. Cute neighborhood with many amenities within walking distance including 24 hour Full Market and easy access to other parts of the city via Grab. Easy for deliveries as well. Host communication is good with clear instructions to check-in/check-out. My only wish is the bed was softer, but it’s certainly not as hard compared to others and the linens are nice. I was able to schedule cleaning but I would advise if you do not need housekeeping to be sure to put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door otherwise they will inquire. There is some nearby noise from construction but thankfully not directly next to the building and the room is fairly soundproof. Overall this is one of my favorite places to stay in Da Nang and I highly recommend for both short and long term stays.

Huy's apartment is modern and in a perfect location. Apartment is just like the photos. The lovely Hannah greeted us in the lobby making check in smooth and seamless which was much appreciated after a long flight. Hannah was very responsive providing local suggestions and attending to plumbing issues we had promptly attending to resolve it. I can't fault anything about our stay and already look forward to returning in the near future. I highly recommend. Thank you Huy and Hannah for a memorable stay

Great stay close to the beach. apartments are full of tourist great place to meet people and the owners are welcoming and nice.

ここは中心街から離れた場所なので、ここでの滞在は人によって好みが分かれると思います。 しかし、部屋は写真のとおりで綺麗で素晴らしく、ホストのクララさんはとても素敵な人で、一階のカフェに交代制で常駐しているスタッフも、皆さん心から信頼できる人たちなので、民泊自体としてはとても居心地がいい滞在になると思います。 ただ、中心街の賑やかな雰囲気の中で過ごしたい人にとっては、ここは静か過ぎて物足りないかもしれません。 僕自身は、最初から静かで落ち着いた雰囲気で、でも地元の人々との交流が期待できる環境に身を置きたかったので、ここでも滞在は大満足でした。 付近のレストランは、地元密着型で安価な料理を提供していますが、幾つも美味しいレストランに恵まれました。 それから、静かな雰囲気でノンビリ過ごせるカフェが幾つもあり、それぞれネット上でも相当に高い評価を得ていて、実際にとても美味しい飲み物に恵まれました。 仕事の関係で部屋に閉じ篭もることが多かったですが、それでも滞在中には数多くの印象的な出会いや出来事に恵まれました。 ダナン自体が、人々がとても穏やかでフレンドリーな土地柄みたいですが、ここみたいに中心街から離れた地域ほど、地元の人々の優しい心に触れる機会は多いと思います。 そんな旅の想い出を求める人には、ここはイチオシでお勧めできます。 初めてのベトナムで、今回は１ヶ月半の滞在でしたが、ここにはまた必ず戻ってきます。 クララさんには、何かとお世話になりました。 素晴らしいダナンでの日々をありがとうございました。

Anh Tuan's condo is located right across from the main Beach and there are so many good restaurants within walking distance. it is located on the 23rd floor with a nice view of the ocean and the surrounding and it is quiet so that we feel far away from the main noisy district. All the amenities are included as described in the website and Xuan My was always responsive to our questions. This was our second time in Da Nang within 6 months and we love the city and the people are very friendly. We will definitely come back to the city and stay longer and hopefully his condo will still be available for us to stay at. Thank you very much.

Excellent view, great service and very good value for money

Amazing place with a pool, slightly too far to walk to the beach / restaurants but grabs were cheap and quick . If you want luxury this is the place to be . Would recommend

숙소 주위에 모든것이 있어서 엄청 편했습니다. 숙소또한 깔끔하고 완벽했습니다 다음번에 다시 이용 할것입니다. 짐보관고 가능하고 옥상에서 바베큐파티는 잊지못할 추억이였습니다. 옥상에 냉장고 싱크대 스피커 자쿠지 등등 매우 훌륭했습니다.

사진보다 실제로 가니 더 넓어보이고 좋았어요. 하우스 키핑 해주시는 분도 최대한 배려해서 아침 10시나 11시쯤에 벨 눌러주시구요. 위치도 한시장까지 걸어서 약 7분 정도니 다음에 또 다낭에 가면 묵고 싶을 정도입니다.

다 만족한 숙소입니다 위치도 너무 복잡하지 않고 동네 걸어다니며 가까운 콩카페도 가고 마사지도 가고 로컬 네일아트도 받고 atm(BIDV) 5분거리에 있어서 저는 환전소 한번도 가지않고 여행했어요 날씨때문에 수영은 많이 못했지만 사진만 찍어도 이쁘더라구요 그리고 차렌트도 호스트님께 부탁해서 호이안도 잘 넘어갔다왔어요 단점도 분명 있었던거같은데.. 장점이 너무커서 잊혀진거같아요 아무튼 호스트님 덕분에 안전하고 좋은곳에서 잘 보내다 왔어요^^

성인7인과 초등학생 1명 총8명이 다같이 머물수 있는 공간이면서 4팀의 개별적인 공간이 필요했는데 호텔로 예약하기에는 가격은 둘째치고 너무 동떨어진느낌? 이라 티미하우스로 예약했어요 후기가 많지 않아서 걱정했는데 메세지 답장 너무 빨랐고 방도 5개라 전혀 모자람 없었고,화장실은 차고넘치게 많았어요! 매일같이 수건교체와 청소를 해주었고 매우 만족스럽습니다. 대가족이 같이간거라 개별공간과 공용공간이 모두 필요했는데 일정출발전과 종료 후에 1층 거실에 모두 모여서 얘기하고 야식도 먹고 할수있어서 너무 좋았어요! 방은 모두 청결했고 가지고간 샤워필터가 맞지 않았는데 이미 설치되어있는 샤워필터가 있었어요! 한시장도 도보10분 안쪽으로 금방 갈수있었고 트레블로그 유니온페이 수수료 없이 출금할수있는 atm이 숙소 도보2분 거리에 있어서 잘 이용했어요 부모님도 너무 마음에 들어하셨고 다낭을 가족들과 다시 방문한다면 재방문 의사가 있을정도로 만족스러운 곳입니다!

The rooms are so clean and look exactly the same as in the pictures. There are a lot of Korean supermarkets around there. Owner responded very very quickly! So impressive!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

We loved the space and had a great time. The pool was a highlight and easy check in.

Great location with lots of restaurants downstairs. There’s also a toddler friendly play area downstairs. Place was very clean and had nice views of the river/bridge. Tran is such a friendly host and was so helpful and responsive in recommending restaurants and activities to do. Highly recommend!

Nguyen is a great host. She recommended some really lovely eateries around the area.

The reception staff are very nice and the layout is very comfortable. There are washing machines, dryers and washing powder available for free👍
