Caleb's house was clean, comfy, and close to groceries, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood is very walkable...much appreciated for our dogs. The fenced back yard was a bonus. The house is tastefully decorated, and the kitchen well stocked. We felt right at home, and would stay here again.

We had a quick but amazing stay here ! There was plenty of space for whatever kind of friends or family you have coming with you on your stay. The game room and additional games they provide is an amazing touch to ensure great memories are made!!

We love staying here and can’t wait to get back. Marina is the perfect host. Couldn’t ask for a better combo!

My first time staying in Oak Island and brought my dog. Stephen made sure we had everything we needed before check-in and the area is very quiet. Easy to access other part of Oak Island with amenities for my pet.

Everything was great! The house, location, communication, etc was all amazing especially for the price.

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

Our family of 6 loved staying at Craig's place for our Thanksgiving get together. The home layout was perfect, the location convenient and it was nice to be able to bring the fur-babies too. Craig was always available to answer any questions and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

The kitchen was well appointed with sharp knives, pots, pans, and the like for the cooking we like to do on vacation. Best of all there was a giant stock pot that was perfect for boiling shrimp. The grill was adequate in that it worked and the burners got hot. Our kids really enjoyed the backyard with the play sand—it was their own beach while we weren’t at the beach. Chad was very responsive. While there we discovered an on going leak with the kitchen sink; he was on top of it and any other questions we had. We especially loved the proximity to the beach. There is a partial ocean view from the unit and a very easy walk to the beach (even with all our kids and beach gear). In fact, the beach access has no stairs, which makes rolling the wagon full of beach gear quite easy. The unit is also in walking distance to the town playground that our crew enjoyed as well. Thankful for a great stay and for Chad’s hospitality, responsiveness, and little extras we experienced.

Great place and right in the heart of everything. We wish we planned more time, the place had beautiful sunsets.

This was our third time staying at Rebecca's place, and we love the updates that have been made over the years. The new in unit A/C with it's own control was especially nice to see. If you are traveling solo or in a couple with a pet and want to be able to walk to Carolina Beach, I highly recommend you check this place out!

I picked to stay at Audrey‘s place because of the location – and it definitely did not disappoint. The location is right on the Riverwalk, which is central to everything. The beautiful balcony was definitely the star of the show- which we felt like was needed since we were looking to be by water but didn’t wanna pay ocean front prices. The check out was a little early but luckily we had lots more to see prior to our flight home! Overall would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again :)

Skipper was so kind, communicated quickly, and the place was perfect. It’s so close to the beach, a cute space with everything you need, and clean and cozy. It’s pet friendly which is a necessity for us. Unfortunately our dog was barking a lot one morning and the neighbors called Skipper to complain. Skipper was still so kind about it in the message and was understanding of our situation which otherwise would have made us anxious. Kindness goes such a long way. Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay at Michael’s home! The house is exactly as described, nicely appointed, and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks and nice touches such as makeup wipes and qtips in the bathroom. Michael is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

This is my third time staying here and it was amazing as always! I love being able to rent a golf cart and it being a short walk and drive from the boardwalk!

Spent an off season extended weekend with no problems-it was still march so we turned on a bit of heat a couple times to knock the chill off while eating/watching tv. Comfortable space for our very modest needs. Some lighting a bit confusing to figure out at first, but all good once we learned.the barbecue place nearby is surprisingly good and an excellent option for take out, if you just want to relax after a day at the beach.

Overall, amazing spot! Gorgeous view. Very clean and comfy, felt at home the whole time! First time visiting North Carolina and we will definitely be back! 🥰

Great stay on the quieter side of Carolina beach!

Amanda was a great hostess. She was very communicative and checked in on us. The beach access was a great bonus to this rental.

Well, the “storm with no name” took over our weather but we still had a great time considering! The place is exactly as described. It’s extra nice being on an end unit btw 😁. We enjoyed the pool the most!

We had a great time here, very clean and organized. Robin made sure we knew where everything was and what to do when leaving. Nice top floor view of the ocean at the balcony. And the neighbors are very nice I will definitely be going back.

Found this gem last minute for a getaway with my wife . Great price, amazing place, convenient location. Plenty of shops and restaurants near the board walk. Quick access to the boardwalk and beach. We walked everywhere. Place was clean, had everything we needed. Felt like home away from home. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Emily and chase were great! Super responsive and easy to work with. The condo was super close to the beach and just what we needed for the weekend!

Jan’s place was absolutely wonderful. It is in a great location for enjoying Carolina Beach. Jan was always available and helpful. We can’t wait to come back.
