What an amazing place! We had such a great time. The place was bigger than I thought it would be. The description is perfect. Everything was so well done and the decor was fun and inviting and homey! We will definitely be back again. The location was gorgeous and the sunset!! Ahhh the sunset. 😍😍😍 I can’t wait to go back for a longer stay. Thanks so much!

Paul was a wonderful host. He responded immediately to any questions. The unit is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked to meet our needs. I have rented in westerly for over 35 years and would rate this in the top three of choices. Thank you Paul we look forward to returning.

Very nice place and home for three people. Enjoyed every piece including the free beach parking pass which we fully utilized. Also took advantage of the $10 coupon for old joe's coffee. Absolutely no flaws. The only thing that was a bit tough for us were the spiral stairs and the additional stairs after you enter which in case you have a toddler and/or a wife who is expecting, must be careful to not trip (quite narrow). Also having a bulky bag makes it a bit challenging as well due to this setting. Not a huge problem but worth mentioning. Still 5 stars!

There are a lot a reasons to use Airbnb, and one is that you can stay in the most interesting places. That's the reason to stay at the Ludington mansion. Incredible property. If you have any interest in history or architecture, this is your place. We stayed in the 3rd floor suite; of course, it's not a good choice if you can't manage the stairs, but since that was not a problem for us, we loved it. The space was as described: full of character and immaculately clean (if not always new). It was nice having two full baths. The next-door church bells didn't bother us. I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there. We appreciated the host's suggestion for where to have dinner and were not disappointed. We ended the evening by streaming the (admittedly cheesy) Hallmark Christmas movie filmed on the property and spotting furnishings that were in our suite. We wished we could have stayed longer instead of just over-nighting while on the drive from Maine to NC.

We had a great stay! This home is clean and well equipped. We felt right at home. The lake view was beautiful and we especially loved waking up and looking right out at the serene and peaceful setting. We barely knew anyone was above us with the exception of very occasionally hearing quiet footsteps. Kevin is a wonderful host! Thank you for our stay and we hope to stay again!

Amazing location and such a cozy home. It was a bit difficult sometimes because the binder in the kitchen was outdated. We thought there was laundry and it was located in a basement that is now also an Airbnb so we had no access to it, so I felt I had stinky clothes by the end of our stay. We would definitely stay there again though! It had everything you need and literally a dream location

Comfortable accommodation. Everything you could ask for. We we’re lucky to stay longer over the holiday. Dave and Charlene are great hosts, great communicators. We plan to stay at this location whenever we vist family in Connecticut.

Our stay at Kat's place was great, nice and relaxing. We love visiting Stonington and her place was perfectly located ... we could easily walk to restaurants, shops and the south point of the Borough. Kat was prompt to communicate with us. The apartment had all of the amenities we needed included a washer and dryer which, yes, we used prior to departing! We would recommend her spot with no hesitation.

My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

Cathy communicated great from the beginning. Reached out to us several times and asked if we needed help with anything. All of my party commented on how great a find this location was. Really appreciated everything.

Laurie is a wonderful and generous host. Though we did not take advantage of it, she let us know that early check-in was possible on our arrival date. When we did arrive, we were greeted with a lovely care package of treats, including excellent treats for our dog. Really nice touches, and much appreciated. The space is clean and spacious, free of clutter, with a nice kitchen. We are especially grateful for pet-friendly hosts, and Laurie's place was truly excellent. Even non-pet people should find the space very suitable. There are no signs that other dogs had stayed there, the space, furniture and linens are all very clean. Great host, great place!

Sandra made our stay easy, comfortable and memorable! The house had everything we needed and the outside spaces— fire pit, patio seating area, gorgeous front porch - amplified our ability to enjoy the property. Both inside and out(side) - this was a perfect “home away from home” for our family.

Gorgeous home, well equipped kitchen, amazing deck for spending time with the family! We will be back! Another huge plus was each of the three bedrooms were generously sized with breathtaking views of the pond, no one had to fight over a room with a view.

Beautiful home! This was our first time staying in a house instead of a hotel and we were not disappointed! House is clean and comes with everything you could possibly need! Brenda is so nice! Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy cottage near beach and within artistic community of Charlestown. Rooms were comfortable. House had all of the amenities required to settle in and enjoy our stay. Liz was friendly and quick to communicate.

The unit was spotless, with cozy throws, soft sheets, and comfortable temper foam mattresses. Jennifer goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. It was conveniently located 5 minutes away from stores, restaurants, and freeway.

Great location! Easily accessible to the beach either via driving or walking. Quiet area. It was a nice place to stay for the weekend.

Great little place to stay in Misquamicut beach! Super short walk to the town beach, and extremely convenient location for going to westerly or anywhere else in RI! Close to mystic/ Stonington also.

Was a great place, extremely private and convenient for large groups. Very helpful and accommodating hosts. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away for a few days with friends or family.

Very nice stay. Appreciated the bedside chargers. Kitchen was smartly stocked, was able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal with amenities provided. Very clean. Stunning views of the ocean. Downside, small bathroom/shower, limited bathroom shelf space/counter.

Hosts were very responsive, place was clean! Definitely would go back if I were in the area again. Perfect little studio condo!
