Exceptional place! one of the best we've ever rented!! Only seconds to the beach, with crystal clear water and beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. house is spectacular with top tier finishings. each of the three bedrooms have a private, full bathroom. Two parking spaces big enough to fit larger vehicles. Thank you!

Jeannette's place was very conveniently located for our winter weekend in the city of Kalamata. The house was very clean upon our arrival and mostly everything functioned perfectly. Jeannette was very responsive and made us feel at home. I would suggest to prepare a small map of the exact location - not via google maps - a simple hand drawn map. The fact that it is inside a hidden alley doesn't come up on the app. Also, the garden needed better cleaning. Of course we arrived after a period of heavy rains however, the garden looked like it hadn't been tended to for a while. With a lot of cat dung. Overall, it was a great weekend, we enjoyed our walks around the city and drives in the surrounding areas. We were lucky weather-wise too!

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

Het huisje van Leonidas is heel charmant. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Het ligt privé op het familieterrein met olijfbomen en sinaasappelbomen op ong 100m van het strand. De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij woont op het terrein en is daarom goed bereikbaar. We hebben goed geslapen dankzij de goede matras. Enkel positieve herinneringen dus.

Beautiful home, well kept and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. 5 min walk to the bus stop, which was great for our stay because we did not rent a car and went all around the region with day trips with fantastic service from Ktel. A 10 min walk from two plateias / squares with ample food and drink and shopping options. Further from the beach by foot, but only costs 5 euros to get a taxi to the beach and boardwalk and a 10 min drive. Highly recommend this stay!

Une maison magnifique avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est bien pensé et la rénovation est d’une très grande qualité. Tous les espaces sont très agréables et fonctionnels. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci pour ce séjour magique.

Επισκεφτήκαμε τις Κιτριές στις φετινές μας διακοπές και επιλέξαμε το "Kitries Summer Getaway - Eden Garden Suites" .Η εμπειρία ήταν εξαιρετική σε όλα τα επίπεδα.Ο κήπος πανέμορφος, καταπράσινος και με όμορφα διαμορφωμένο χώρο για barbecue .Η ωραία εσωτερική διακόσμηση και η καθαριότητα μας εντυπωσίασε όλους.Τα πάντα ήταν πεντακάθαρα και ολοκαίνουρια.Στρώματα Α ποιότητας,σεντόνια και πετσέτες όλα καινούρια και διπλά.Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και με κεράσματα που δείχνουν την φιλοξενία των ιδιοκτητών.Επίσης η καλή τους διάθεση,και οι εγκάρδιες ευχές τους για την διαμονή μας,δημιούργησαν ενα θετικό καλωσόρισμα .Οι άνθρωποι ξέρουν και προσφέρουν,υπηρεσίες υψηλού επιπέδου. 10 σε όλα!

The host was very helpful during our stay. My daughter got sick and the host helped us with an appointment the same day. The house was great with the best view and sunset. You have to have a car to get there and to go to the beaches. The only minus with our stay was the hungry cats at the house. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό και μπορεί πολύ εύκολα να φιλοξενήσει 6 άτομα, τα 8 θα είναι κάπως οριακά. Η διαρρύθμιση είναι καλή και βολεύεσαι αμέσως. Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα και πολύ καλά μονωμένα, ο κεντρικός κλιματισμός δουλεύει πολύ καλά. Τα μπάνια ευρύχωρα και καλά εξοπλισμένα, όπως και η κουζίνα η οποία σου δίνει τη δυνατότητα να μαγειρέψεις έως σύνθετα φαγητά. Η γενικότερη εμπειρία από τη διαμονή ήταν παρά πολύ καλή και το έχουμε τοποθετήσει στη πρώτες επιλογές για διακοπές την επόμενη χρόνια.
