The property is better equipped than listed. You can find everything required. Property is very spacious. Host is super friendly and helpful. Allowed us for late check out. Highly recommend dor a group or family. Great location.

整體環境非常乾淨，帶孩子也非常合適，不怕吵鬧，空間也非常大！！重點床很好睡！房東人也很好，很樂意幫忙處理任何問題也很細心！！真心推薦各位💕

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Brand new villa matching the photos and description. The host was very helpful and he has replied quickly to all or our questions. KTV room is amazing for celebrating an occasion with friends.

Stayed here for 7 nights with the boys. The pool is bigger than average, rooms were bigger and each had a TV and washroom which made things very convenient for my friends and I. Host was very nice and responsive and took care of any concerns I had. Would book again next time I’m in pattaya

居住的整体都很舒适，唯有小房间的厕所下水道总是会有臭味

Host was friendly and helpful. Accommodatiin was top notch, just like the photos. Cleaning staff were thorough. Plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, aircon great. The location was ideal as we rented mopeds and so easy ride into jomtien etc. Walking distance to local beach and plenty if restaurants. We stayed a month and loved every minute. Getting a taxi pick was sometimes challenging but usually turned up. Would highly recommend. Our family and friends loved the villa. Great tv too.

My favorite group to rent from in Thailand all of their properties are exactly what you see in the photos. I’ve rented three different properties from them and all of them were worth the money spent. Only thing I can come up with this one in particular is the surrounding homes aren’t much to look at and the taxis will have a difficult time finding the property. But overall great stay quiet neighborhood and great host.

管家特别热情礼貌，积极帮我们解决问题，尽可能满足我们的需求， 但是厨房的用具不太干净，可能是之前的住户没有清理干净 泳池很大，房间也很大，每个房间都有单独的卫生间，小区不在市中心，但是用 grab 打车订外卖很方便，适合一家老小来度假

首先房东，没问题！ 人也好！也热心！这个必须给个赞！ 还会帮忙比如兑换泰铢！比例也是tt的汇率挺不错！ 来点感受吧， 早饭不适合中国人，面包硬的很，免费的都被我取消了！ 用电是7泰铢一度，5天时间好像我们用了500左右rmb.. 最关键的来了， 房屋每天住，是不含打扫的！ 也就是住着喊人打扫是收费的！ 这个挺难接受！ 大致这样，收费项目多，
