Es war sehr schön bei Margaret Ann. Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer auf das Meer war traumhaft und Margaret Ann war eine super Gastgeberin. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir würden wiederkommen.

This cottage is a wonderful getaway. It is in a peaceful and quiet area by the water but close enough to Castlebay for restaurants etc. We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and felt right at home. The host was lovely enough to decorate with balloons and “just married” signs, such a nice welcome! Everything was spotless and well stocked. Very comfortable, would definitely stay again :)

Lovely comfortable bungalow making it very easy to settle in. Was nice and warm for us on arrival. Well stocked kitchen utensils. Comfortable beds and linen. Lovely view from back windows of croft and sea. We were visiting family in the area but it is a great place to stay and come back to after exploring around the island. Julia was very helpful when our ferry was delayed.

Driftwood is a magical place - we enjoyed just relaxing and taking in the scenery. It is well equipped, and everything worked. Dolina was very responsive and helpful with our questions.

Alessandro’s place was absolutely perfect! A great home base to get around the Isle during the day. Loved how walkable it was to town for restaurants, shops, and groceries. Alessandro was extremely responsive throughout and went above and beyond to provide helpful information regarding expected weather hazards, local holiday celebrations, and road conditions. I would highly recommend this home and host!

What a location. Just down from a fantastic beach with waves crashing over the nearby rocks. Dangerous to swim in apparently but goodness, did it make you feel alive. Highly recommended location and accommodation.

We had a great few days at Jason’s fab place. The beds were very comfy, it was nice and warm, the amenities are great - especially the dishwasher! Its was a Locke tough to have done shortbreads and a bottle of Sauvignon waiting for us on arrival! The Ferry Inn Isle of Harris Brewing Company was great for food and giifts. The owners were very friendly people who were happy with us turning up quite close to kitchen closing time as long as we pre-ordered - the langoustines were divine! Thank you Jason!

Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort. Das Haus hat großzügige Gemeinschaftsräume, sodass man mit einer größeren Gruppe die ein oder andere Regen Stunde überbrücken kann. Der Ausblick direkt auf das Meer ist atemberaubend und einfach wunderschön! Die Küche könnte für 6 Personen etwas besser ausgestattet sein, aber man kommt trotzdem gut zurecht. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und würden wiederkommen!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pauline and Jay's! The property was lovely with a great kitchen, lovely surroundings and comfortable sleeping arrangements. They had some great amenities including an arcade game, a lovely projector and fire place for our night's in. Pauline and Jay went above and beyond responding to our requests and offering us lovely local recommendations. I'd recommend staying here to all my friends and look forward to coming back!

Beautiful cosy cottage with stunning views of valley and fair glen. We loved our winter getaway stay in Skye, even though we got a bit unlucky with icy roads and council being on holiday. Ian was very responsive and helpful and the house was immaculate and warm when we arrived. Can’t wait to visit Isle of Skye again
