Hosang est un hôte professionnel, tout est bien organisé, la communication est bonne et les problèmes sont réglés rapidement. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, vous vous sentez comme chez vous et c'est très agréable de se réveiller chaque matin en pouvant observer la mer. Si je reviens à Jomtien je louerai l'appartement d'Hosang à nouveau sans hésiter.

Das Zimmer war klasse. Es war schön groß ein kleine Sitzgelegenheit am fester sowie ein kleiner Tisch mit Stuhl standen im Küchenbereich. Der Schlafbereich kann mithilfe von Schiebetüren von der Küche getrennt werden. Die Toilette ist getrennt vom Badezimmer. Dies wiederum ist etwas offen gestaltet was für mich absolut kein Problem war. Das Bett ist ausreichend groß und auch für 2 Personen geeignet. Wenn das Fenster geschlossen war, habe ich nichts von draußen mitbekommen. Die Dusche hat eine Handbrause und einen Regenwald-Duschkopf. Wenn ich wieder nach Pattaya Reise werde ich das Zimmer wieder buchen wenn verfügbar.

Hidetsugu’s a great, responsive host. The check-in process was easy. There are plenty of free amenities and snacks inside the room. The 85 inch television was a great bonus. I would 100% book this space again.

Phailin was communicating with us prior from our departure from Bangkok till we arrived which was 1 hour early. The room was ready and she green lighted us to check in early. Some cold water in the fridge and some small snacks just made it clear that she was an extraordinary host. The Edge is so conveniently located to the heart of Pattaya and only minutes walk away from Central Pattaya. Air conditioning was 10 out of 10. And so was everything else. Guests must go up to the 30th floor to enjoy the great gym and then walk up to the 31st floor to admire the great views plus the swimming pool. Definitely will recommend to friends as well as will return in the future.

The place is excellent and safe, looks exactly like the photos. The are 2 out of 3 rooms which connected to a big balcony with a great sea view. There are many restaurants along Jomtien Beach, also 7-eleven and night market. The location is about 20-30mins driving distance from Walking Street and Terminal 21, parking space is provided. The host is nice and responsive, easy check in and check out procedures.

Julie is very friendly and responsive. Her instructions for check in are very detailed and easy to understand. She maintains her apartment very well and provided extra linen and water.

Really nice apartment, close to many attractions in Pattaya. The view is fantastic from the rooftop, that has a gym and pools. The location is very desirable and one needs to go past security post and need to have an access card to the building to get into any of the floors and only my floor and the community floors were available with the key card. No one without an access card can get into your specific floor, provided for good security. A couple of things to keep in mind, the entire building seems to be very short term rentals, so there is a lot of moving in/out of the building at all times. Also, at times it can take 8-10 minutes to get down to the lobby due to the lack of availability of elevators or being too full, especially at the higher floors. I would stay here again, no question.

Very good experience, I will continue to choose this place when I have the opportunity to travel to Thailand in the future, and I will also introduce it to my friends.

The villa is exactly as described, clean, with excellent access and a secure parking area. In a quiet part of a busy area. Amenities are good, with the only drawback being a lack of washing machine. Self service and staffed laundrettes are cheap and within 100m, so this was no concern. Pool and garden are fantastic, and there are a generous amount of towels to allow you to enjoy the pool. Bars and restaurants (Cajun is excellent!!). As well as the beach are all within a short walk. We all enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation recommending the villa to other travellers.

The house was really good and perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is well-equipped – towels are provided, there is a safe for valuables, and even a washing machine. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend it!

整體環境非常乾淨，帶孩子也非常合適，不怕吵鬧，空間也非常大！！重點床很好睡！房東人也很好，很樂意幫忙處理任何問題也很細心！！真心推薦各位💕

We had a wonderful stay at this pet-friendly house! The facilities were fantastic, and we truly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the space. Plus, the local markets were only a 3-5 km drive away, making it easy to pick up supplies. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with their furry friend with group of 10 peoples!

Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

Полный восторг от пребывания в этой квартирке и от хозяина Айсуна. 1) Айсун- самый лучший. самый отзывчивый и самый продуманный хозяин! Он подробно отвечал на все мои вопросы, дал четкие инструкции по бесконтактному заселению, а так же, в его профиле, в можете найти чудесный гайд по Паттайе! 2) Расположение кондо- не близко к пляжу, если пешком, а если на байке- пара минут. Расположен в тихом дворике, все чисто, зелено. Расположен на самой лучшей улице- 16 сое, где куча разных магазинчиков, лавочек, а главное- фудкорт на открытом воздухе! 3) Квартира полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Квартира была в идеальном порядке и полностью оборудована. Есть вся необходимая посуда и даже больше: кофеварка, тостер и аэрогриль! А какой шикарный и большой балкон! Однозначно рекомендую это место и если еще раз вернемся в Паттайю- то только сюда! Айсун, огромное спасибо за отдых! Вы- лучший!

Staying at Edge Central is always perfect as it is in the center of the nightlife in Pattaya. You could get to all the major part with a leisurely walk, or a quick taxi ride. The place itself was as described, and was very clean. All the amenities were provided as described, and the host was always responsive and answers all questions quickly. Definitely will stay again. Fully recommended.

Perfect location, very short walk to the beach and an abundance of restaurants close by, the view was amazing day and night, The condo itself is well equipped full kitchen, large bedrooms and bathrooms, ceiling fans and A/C in every room, very responsive and professional host, stress free from start to finish🙏
