Wir hatten vor Ort eigentlich nur mit Sai (Verwalterin) zu tun. Sie war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und herzlich zu uns. Wir konnte sie jederzeit kontaktieren und sie hat uns immer in jeglicher Form geholfen. Sie ist ein echter Schatz. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem Berg, so das man von der 3ten Etage aus einen super Blick auf das Meer hat. Die Villa war super ausgestattet und alles war wirklich zur besten Zufriedenheit in der Unterkunft! Vor der Tür gibt es einen kleinen lokalen Minimarket mit allem was man benötigt, zu den selben Preisen wie im ca. 3km entfernte 7-11. Somit lohnt es sich in jedem Fall dorthin zu gehen. Restaurants gibt es leider nicht in der Nähe. Grab Taxi's haben massive Problem die Unterkunft zu finden und die Taxi's sind wesentlich teurer als wenn die Unterkunft unten am Berg ist. Es gibt bis zu 3-4 Wege zur Unterkunft, wobei nur 1 wirklich gut und nicht so steil ist wie die anderen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Это чудесное место, очень красивое, чистое, просторное и функциональное. Вилла просто огромная, гостиной и спальней на 3 и 4 этажах мы даже не пользовались. Бассейн прямо перед окнами создает особенную атмосферу уюта и курорта. На кухне есть всё необходимое. Отличный гигантский телевизор. Собственный гараж прямо перед входной дверью невероятно удобен. Вобщем, мы остались полностью всем довольны и с удовольствием снова остановимся здесь.

brand-new villa in best location of Lamai. Walking distance to downtown & beach. Francois and his team was very nice and helpful. Villa is super equipped (we got an extra baby crib and chair) and the pool is a dream (we loved the refreshing temperature). We stayed for 3,5 weeks and enjoyed it a lot.

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit der Wahl bei Elisabeth unseren 4 Wöchigen Urlaub zu verbringen. Der große Pool war für unsere Morgentliche Schwimmrunden sehr schön, gefallen hat uns wirklich die gute unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Elisabeth. Toll war auch der angebotene Wasserflaschen Tausch ( 50 Liter).Die Villa ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten ,bestens ausgestattet. Selbst bei der Roller Mietung hat Elisabeth für uns alles Organisiert .Alles war für uns toll. Toller Urlaub, jeder Zeit wieder, sollten wir nochmal Koh Samui bereisen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de la villa de Matthew. Toni et son épouse sont en permanence sur place dans leur logement en contrebas. La villa est idéalement située, à 10 mns en voiture de Chaweng sans en avoir la nuisance sonore, au calme sur les collines de Chaweng Noi. Malgré le mauvais temps exceptionnel de ce mois de février 2025, nous avons apprécié le confort et le calme de la villa.

We did not know a host could be so wonderful. Pannipa and Markus were so helpful from before we arrived to after we left, assisting with taxis, ferries, scooter rentals, amazing restaurant recommendations and day trip suggestions and even booked things for us. They know all the local businesses so the recommendations were the BEST. The accommodation was stunning, with very high end controls for the house, a very comfortable bed and the nicest bathroom/shower I have ever used. The view from the pool was insane! They made us feel like family, I could not recommend them enough. Rating 100000/10

the villa is great, exactly as described. we felt right at home, the laundry and kitchen very well organized with everything you might need. the swimming pool is fantastic and clean. very comfortable beds. 10 min walk to the beach and easy to get around to anywhere on the island by catching taxi or tuk tuk from the main road. also loads of restaurant options walking distance.overall a fantastic stay.

Wir haben die Villa für unsere letzten 3 Tage des Urlaubs gebucht um noch einmal richtig in privater Umgebung zu entspannen und etwas Luxus zu genießen. Die Villa ist wunderschön gelegen und man einen traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer inkl. Sonnenuntergang. Die Ausstattung ist erstklassig, komplette eingerichtete Küche, chill Area mit großem Smart TV, 3 Schlafzimmer (2 mit Smart TV) und alle einem eigenen Bad inkl. Dusche. Überall Klimaanlage und überschaubare Stromkosten. Zudem konnten wir sowohl über Airbnb mit Simon in Kontakt treten, als auch per WA mit Sue (Check-In etc.), die uns auch noch einen Roller zum Normalpreis organisiert hat (keine Kaution wie sonst beim Verleih üblich, i.d.R. zw. 100 und 250€) und für die Abreise zum Flughafen ein günstiges pünnktliches Taxi. Absolute Empfehlung!

Unusual place. Service from the owner with a big beautiful garden and a very nice shared pool. The forest and mountain view from pool area is stunning and immersive. Most of the time pool was unoccupied because there are few houses and guests. The water was salty and free of hard chemicals. Calm place in countryside with lots of natural sounds. Dan, the owner is friendly and responsive and it sems he loves what he does.

Really had a wonderful time here! House was even better than in the pictures, lot of privacy and amazing view over Lamai. Host was super helpful and always available. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

We had two really great nights at this villa, the views and the facilities are incredible. Very spacious and well equipped villa that can comfortably house 8-10 people. The live-in maid was fantastic and very accommodating. The only downside is the construction of new villa next door to this villa which was loud at times. Also I recommend to rent a 4x4 SUV as the route up and down the villa is quite challenging. Overall this is a great place to stay if you have a big group of people. Highly recommend.

Wir wurden am Flughafen vom durch den Gastgeber organisierten Taxi abgehholt. Auch einen Roller hatte Shaun bereits für uns zur Villa bringen lassen. Der Empfang durch Shaun und Toey war überaus herzlich! Wie bereits bei den letzten beiden Aufenthalten war der Kühlschrank für das erste Frühstück in der Villa gefüllt! DANKE!! Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen! Shaun und Paul sind die perfekten Gastgeber der wunderschönen Villa. Wir fühlten uns total wohl und zuHause!

The villa is as the photos show. It’s a nice villa and everything is as described. The host and his team have been great , it’s very well organized and they are responsive to any questions and we really appreciated that. We did have an issue in our first week with adjacent building works noise but that’s beyond the hosts control and in the second week it was fine. Keep in mind it’s up a very steep hill with no nearby shops and you need a car/scooter/taxi to get about - that didn’t bother me but it’s worth knowing. Overall I can recommend this place and host to others. Thanks for your hospitality Kilian !

The villa was very nice and just as advertised. The host Kelli was on hand via email when,we needed her and the staff around the complex were very nice & helpful. The villa is very clean and gets cleaned once per week. It was just a nice place to stay and it felt like home. My one suggestion would be as a coffee lover with a villa so modem and nice it would have been amazing if there was a coffee pod machine, it would have been perfect to be able to have a decent coffee on the balcony as soon as you wake up instead of having to venture out. You are able to make coffee etc but a decent coffee machine would be amazing! Will definitely stay again. 10/10

Logement magnifique et spacieux avec une vue magnifique et la mer au pied du Logement. Décoration et style très thaïlandais avec des matériaux de qualité. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel en famille.

Wir waren knapp zwei Wochen im wunderschönen Haus von Sikarin. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis hin zum Check-Out war einfach alles perfekt. Wir wurden freundlich vom Housekeeper Lek in Empfang genommen und er war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Haus sowie die ruhige Gegend ist wunderschön und jeden Cent wert. Ich kann nur jedem einen Aufenthalt dort empfehlen und würde es gerne jederzeit wiederholen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt Sikarin!

Koh Samui was amazing and even better than we expected! The host and team were fantastic, making our stay really special. We spent a month in this lovely home and had a great experience. What We Loved: The house is in a great location—just outside the busy tourist areas, so you get a more local feel while still having everything nearby. There are great restaurants, convenience stores, laundry services, fresh fruit stands, massage places, a nail salon, motorbike rentals, and a beautiful beach just minutes away. My favorite part was finding an awesome fitness program close by! The house itself is spacious and open, and we really enjoyed the pool—it was perfect for relaxing. We’d love to come back! PS: Don’t miss Fit Koh Café and Farm Cafe—both are amazing!

Kim is an amazing host with world-class connections and advice. She gave the best suggestions. Kim is so very thoughtful and helpful. We hit it off right away. I have a food allergy and was able to cook in the house where I stayed. Kim and I walked about 14 minutes down the beach and I got the most amazing Thai massage right on the beach. A wonderful lady named Aon gave me 2 Thai massages, an herbal ball massage, a facial and 1 oil massage while I was there. Being a massage therapist myself for more than 15 years I'm picky about who I let work on me. Aon is well educated in massage and has been performing massage for 30 years. Just ask Kim, she can tell you how to get there. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Kim's place Just across the street from her private beach and her home. 🤍🤍🤍

Beautiful villa with a stunning view of the ocean in a peaceful and quiet area of Koh Samui. We felt right at home, as the villa was ready when we arrived. Fon welcomed us personally even in heavy rain, and arranged us airport taxi. There’s also an air conditioning in the main living/ kitchen area, which wasn’t mentioned in the listiny which is a huge plus. The beds are comfy and bed linens are kept squeaky clean, as well the bathrooms. Huge patio with Infinity pool is great for the evenings. Fon also arranged motorbikes rental for us - delivered directly to villa and returned at the villa - super convenient. Fon was very helpful during the whole stay and always responded on the phone when we needed her help. We stayed during the New Year Eve and had a great view of the fireworks around villa directly from the pool. We highly recommend this villa to everyone not afraid of location up in the hills - easily accessible by motorbike or SUV. Thanks for lifetime memories !

Rustige omgeving, maar alles makkelijk te doen met taxi’s. Hele mooie woning met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Mooi zwembad
