Rose's apartment ticked all the boxes for our recent stay in Newcastle. The apartment was pristine clean, light filled and very comfortable. And its location is the best in Newcastle, with short walks to Darby St, Bar Beach, Hunter Street and the Cricketers Arms literally just around the corner (a bonus surprise and perfect for that relaxing post activity schooner in the afternoon). As regular interstate visitors to Newcastle we have stayed in Port Stephens, Merewether, Honeysuckle and Hunter Street but Cooks Hill generally and Rose's apartment specifically is the pick of Newcastle locations. It is also simple and easy to get to from Newcastle Airport. Thank you Rose for allowing us to stay in your lovely apartment and we have now found our 'go to' apartment for our future stays, of which there will be many.

Beautiful view over the bay which was relatively private, short walk to beach and short drive to the shops. It had everything we needed for a lovely weekend away with the family. It has a modern coastal vibe and theme and would definitely consider staying again!

Incredible location, great air BnB. We were able to walk down to the beach, were overwhelmed by the walkable breakfast options and discovered a new go-to for beers and good food (Falcon). We loved making this little air BnB our home for the weekend. Thanks for having us Warwick and Newy!

We stayed here for two nights to wrap up our two-week holiday, and it was truly the cherry on top! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the room was beautifully laid out and spotless—such a perfect place to end our adventure. The hosts were fantastic—so friendly and easy to communicate with, making our stay even more enjoyable. Just a little heads-up: Newcastle is quite hilly, so while the walk down to the cafes and beach is a breeze, the trek back up is a bit of a workout—but we didn’t mind the extra exercise! Also, the little basket of snacks and cereal you get was the cutest touch. We were too busy being tourists and eating out to enjoy it, but it was such a thoughtful detail. Honestly, we couldn’t fault a thing. Thank you for making the end of our trip so wonderful!

Bianca's apartment was gorgeous. It had everything we needed plus! The mood created with decorative lamps, plants and luxurious fabrics was warm and inviting. The bed and linen, beautiful to look at and sleeping was a dream. We really enjoyed the privacy of the balcony, it was like another room of the apartment. Comfortable and again lots of plants and special fabrics and cushions. We walked everywhere, watched huge container ships coming into the port. Lots to see, beaches, historical buildings and lots of areas to walk or ride along. Restaurants & coffee shops and of course, unique boutiques and retro shops to explore. We would definitely stay there again.

Mike was an amazing host! He was responsive and kind enough to assist with early check in on the day. The space itself is exactly as shown in the pictures. Amazing facilities offered by the building+the location! Highly recommend.

Stayed at this property with my friend. Check in was smooth and communication with Sam was excellent. Area was quiet and the views were amazing. Apartment was lovely and clean. Short drive to many amazing beaches and town centre where there is a vast selection of places to eat.

I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this beautiful airbnb accommodation! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen & spotlessly clean. Lovely relaxing outdoor area to chill & enjoy a drink. A very informative book on places to eat, places to visit & a lot of local information. Veronica is a wonderful host!

The location is great, place is clean and modern. Street parking was a bit tricky on a sunny weekend as it is minutes from the beach, but we managed.

This is our second time staying in John's place and we very much enjoyed being close to everything. We will definitely be back again.

Such a beautiful home in a pristine place. We felt right at home here. Lovely house for my family to relax and unwind. The pool was beautiful and really allowed us to spend quality time together. Very clean and easy to walk to the beach and also lovely backyard. comfortable beds ,clean bathroom & kitchen. Woolworth nearby to drive about 8min so I really loved cooking at Anthony's house. He provided sauces & cooking oil, seasonings so I didn't need to buy. I travelled with my dad and he really loved Anthony's house and will come back next trip!!

What a beautiful elegant place to stay. Lovely proportions and layout inside , it has a wonderful balcony . We loved the amazing views and the lookout at canopy level . The west facing aspect is to die for. Pleasant walk down to the hotel restaurant so easy to get evening meals and breakfast on the resort . Brilliant escape for a short or long stay in the Hunter valley . Sad to leave , can’t wait to be back

It is the most at home I have ever felt staying in a Airbnb, I must admit I was dubious at first booking a place with shared spaces I’ll be honest, it made me hesitant to book but wow as soon as I walked in the host made me feel right at home, Kerry certainly goes above and beyond. Everything matched the description in the listing, and was extremely clean and tidy, which is a big plus for me. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic stay at Connie’s apartment. There were clear instructions as to entry and car parking and entry to the apartment was via the lift from the basement car park. Everything in the apartment was perfect for us with comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, and full facilities. Lovely private outdoor area with a relaxed ambiance. Certainly the best Airbnb we have stayed in and worth every penny!

Stunning place, my partner and his dad absolutely loved it. They spent most of their time on the balcony enjoying the amazing ocean views!

Ali and Isaac’s place was great. We stayed for 3 nights with 2 kids. The beds were actually comfortable for a change! The pool was a bonus to wash off after visiting the beach which is just up the road. Cafes just around the corner and only 2 kms from where a lot of the fishing charters leave the wharfs. They were very responsive and helpful, probably the best one I’ve stayed at yet. Thanks guys. We would definitely come back again.
