This little cottage was so charming! It had everything we needed to have a peaceful, relaxing, wonderful trip! We loved sitting by the fire-pit and enjoying the stream and sounds of the running water. The jacuzzi was great and breakfast by the patio table (which also had a fire feature) was great! The cottage was very clean, well appointed and super comfortable. We felt like we were camping when outdoors and like we had everything and then some when inside. The location is great and only a short drive to Mt. Ranier and local towns which were also very charming. A PERFECT GETAWAY AND JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED!!! 10 out of 10 for us!

This place wasn’t just a place to stay when visiting the park- it was a destination in and of itself. We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but Gabrielle has thought of everything. We loved the location, the vibe, and it had everything we needed to relax. The record player was a fun touch- we’re already talking about our next trip back there…

My family and I have stayed here plenty of times and we always enjoy our time. The cabin is really nice and has lots of amenities, that makes it really convenient. It’s a really peaceful area and not far from the stores nearby. Anthony is a great host, very accommodating and responds quickly when you reach out. I would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a cabin.

We had a wonderful stay in their home. We were in the area for work for the week and had plenty of room for three grown men. Their neighborhood was quiet, and we slept well each night. The communication the whole time we were there was well beyond expectation as well.

What a fantastic cabin for some Mt. Rainier adventures. Cozy and warm and i just love the astatic that the owners choose. Private, quiet and romantic for sure. Hot tub was clean and perfect, private and under the cover of massive trees. Used the tub on cold and rainy night, tress kept much if the cold rain away. Bed was very nice with great linens and blankets. Local deer wanted to befriend me both mornings. Host provided all needed info and some about the local area. A beautiful and cozy cabin to stay at for some privacy and rest after exploring Mt. Rainier. If available in the future, i will definitely return when visiting south Mt. Rainier. 5 stars.

I say it’s a great get away me and my friends had the best night just kicking back in that hot tub and the beds were comfy 10/10 I definitely recommend it’s quiet and peaceful

This cabin was better than we expected. It was extremely well stocked and clean. We appreciated the dvd, board games, and kid activity basket that helped with rainy weather hours at the cabin. The host also provided great instructions on how to get there and a binder full of local trails and restaurants to visit. This is just a short drive from the Rainier National Park gate. Even if you don’t go into the state park, you can grab an espresso and go to Ashford park across the street for a peaceful mile nature trail. Whittakers had a big fire and good food. I hope to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful A-Frame in the forest. It was wonderful to be off the highway and our dog loved the surrounding forest. The house is very comfortable and the fireplace keeps everything cozy. The kitchen has great equipment and knives. Even had an espresso machine (bring beans). We loved being able to come back after a day of skiing.

This was such a nice getaway in the woody beautiful mount Rainier area. Cabin was lovely and cozy, a little closer to the other cabin than I imagined but overall didn’t affect our stay much. Was very nice to be able to stay in a place with our dogs as well. Would recommend, would do again!

The stay was beautiful and in a good location. However, the host was slow to respond. We reached out 2.5 days in advance of our check in date and we had to reach back out, finally getting a response 15 minutes before check in. We were curious if he provided charcoal for the grill they have and didn’t get the response in a timely manner. Side note charcoal is not provided which is kind of crazy considering how expensive it is for a night and because there wasn’t any condiments provided either, so plan on bringing your own. We also weren’t told that the hot tub maintenance guy was going to show up. He was very friendly, but this was never communicated with us or in any of the information provided to us. A heads up would have been nice. Like others have mentioned, there is a lack of curtains around the home so there is not a lot of privacy. All in all it was a really nice home with great views but given the price per night/cleaning fees the amenities and cleanliness could have been bet

Beautiful cabin minutes from Mount Rainier National Park. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything I needed. The decor is mindful and peaceful. It was a great place for a getaway. I wish I could have stayed longer. The neighbors are close. You can see the house in the pictures, but it feels closer when you’re there. The water tank is small. I was looking forward to a bath, but didn’t have enough hot water. I wasn’t running any other appliances, and I was the only one there. Not a dealbreaker, as there is a hot tub I utilized as well. Just something to be aware of.

The peaceful surroundings made for a perfect weekend getaway—quiet mornings with coffee on the deck and evenings by the fire were highlights. The cabin had all the comforts of home but with that rustic charm we were looking for. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and check-in was super easy. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches, from the comfy bedding to the local guidebook. Would absolutely stay again!

Darling space! What a great getaway! It was clear that there was a lot of of love and attention put into the space! I loved all of the milled wood that was both in the space and with an incredible fence! The Pac-Man game situation is small, but it was absolutely terrific to play that with my 24-year-old son! I super fun addition to a really beautiful space.! I will tell you that the hot tub is pristine… you never really know with Airbnb but it was super clean, actually the entire space was incredibly clean and well kept! Working with Ashley on this quite excellent! I highly recommend booking here.

Very cozy home with a fully stocked kitchen. The surrounding area was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was the coziest spot for a getaway weekend! My friends and I loved lounging in the hot tub, being able to hear the creek in the backyard, and we even had some deer visit! The beds were comfortable and the living room area was perfect for a movie night. We already want to plan another next trip back!

Terry is an excellent host: friendly, accessible and runs smooth operation. Elk & deer in abundance - a heard of 16 elk surrounded our place! Perfect, relaxing and well-equipped spot!

This place was adorable. Think, “rustic cabin in the woods” It was appropriately categorized. The cozy electric fireplace was on when we arrived which was great, since it was about 37 degrees Fahrenheit outside. There was a nice smart tv, fridge, microwave, filtered water, and cute little coffee station. The separate bathroom was very cute and spacious, with ample towels. But what made it stand out was that it had its own heater as well! Considering that it is January, that was an excellent touch. There was also a grill outside, and a couple fire pits. Nice touch. We will absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to get away from the city and spend a peaceful time near Mt Rainier.

Sweet cabin near Roslyn and beautiful Lake Cle Elum. Plenty of space for two families. We had a lovely time!

Beautiful, modern cabin in a perfect location near Mount Rainier. It had everything we needed—fully stocked kitchen, cozy spaces, and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day of hiking. Peaceful, private, and super comfortable. The host was super responsive and really nice to us throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great and cozy time staying over Spring break at Casa Del Oso. We did some lowland hikes nearby, played with puzzles (provided in the games box!), and had a relaxing time in the sauna and wood hot tub. The space was cozy and accessible, and the washer and dryer were a great addition! Thanks!
