This is a beautiful old house and decorated beautifully. Great relaxing stay for 2 nights for our Varsity baseball tournament at Hudson HS

We were a party of 2 grandparents spending time with 2 of our young grandchildren. Michael's delightful home was spacious enough for us all to be comfortable. Someone thoughtfully chose a different level of firmness in each of the bedrooms; both quite comfortable but one was what I imagine it feels like being wrapped in a cloud. Heavenly! The kitchen is as charming as it is functional with many items stocked and ready for use. Plus not only lovely ceramic dinnerware but also a sweet melamine set, which eliminated any concern about accidents. The rain shower head and a hand held shower head made cleaning up after outdoor activities easy. Certainly the old adage of "location, location, location" is proven by the proximity of Michael's house to almost everything in Nacogdoches. Michael and Lilly were easily contacted when our youngest locked the bathroom door and later, when we needed a few extra minutes to conclude our stay. Michael's place is perfect and he's a great host!

Thanks so much for the great weekend away, visiting our daughter here in Lufkin. What a neat neighborhood and cozy little cottage. The kitchen was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Place was great! Everything worked well and was in line with the listing. Lauren and Daniel live next door and were very helpful, offering consistent communication and recommendations on the town. Overall great spot for anyone looking to stay longer term especially out in deep East TX

I wish I could give this stay more than 5 stars! It’s decorated like a magazine. Beautiful and spotless! Quiet and restful at night yet in the center of beautiful downtown Nacogdoches. I would not stay anywhere else!

2nd time staying here, and it was just as great as the first time. The location is awesome and the accommodations are super clean and comfortable. Hope to stay another time soon.

The property is BEAUTIFUL! The house easily accommodated all 7 of us and there was still a spare room - plenty of space! Very open concept which we loved so we always had an eye on the littles! This place was a hidden gem!

I basically only slept there for the 2 nights for I was in Lufkin for Ladies Conference. The bed was so comfortable to lay in and it had a beautiful armoire to hang your clothes. The bathroom was bigger than what I expected and was very nice. Even the washer and dryer was great. I didn't get to use the kitchen so can't really say anything about that. But the fridge kept my drinks cold. It was definitely a Cozy Little Cabin that I will come back to visit to enjoy all that it has

It was a great location for us to stay. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for us traveling with another couple. There’s plenty of room. Having a nice washer & dryer was a plus. The beds were super comfortable which is hard to find in Airbnb’s. John is super helpful too.
