We highly recommend this AirBnB. It is in a great location. It is a short walk to metro station. Also, it is located at the end of a nice shopping walkway and across from a beautiful canal. The interior has a lovely traditional Japanese style. The kitchen has the basics. The host is friendly, accomodatiing and flexible with bag drop off, check-in and check-out. A great place to stay in Kyoto!

The place is breathtakingly beautiful and super relaxing. There’s so much to do in the neighborhood and something amazing around every corner. Also, I loved the bar across the street- the bartender was very friendly.

We loved our stay at this cozy and welcoming place- it was the perfect location for us! The house was within walking distance of plenty of stores and restaurants, making it incredibly easy to settle in. The check-in process was seamless, and the place was easy to find. Inside, the space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and helpful, which made our trip even smoother. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a great home base in the area!!

The place is immaculate. Brand new everything and it was all done so well. The rooms and bathrooms were amazing. This is a must stay if you are looking for a large place in Osaka. I really can recommend this place anymore. The host is beyond fantastic and always responds quickly and accurately! Absolutely one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in!

I loved the spot so much and it was actually bigger then we expected. It’s an extremely peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at Chad’s 3-story home in Higashiosaka with our family of four (kids aged 10 and 7). Location was perfect—safe, quiet, and super convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the train station, which made exploring Osaka easy. House was spotless and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen (though we picked up a few extra ingredients). The air conditioners around the house kept the bedrooms nice and warm during our March stay (though FYI the common areas can be a tad chilly. The kids were thrilled with the dedicated playroom on its own floor—it kept them entertained for hours. The garage was a big bonus for our rental car. Chad was an amazing host, always quick to reply and super accommodating, even helping us with an Amazon delivery. Tip: We brought our own HDMI cable to connect our laptop to TV. Overall, it was a fantastic, family-friendly spot that made our Osaka trip extra special. Highly recommend it! Thanks, Chad!

A two storey cozy house in a quiet neighbourhood. 5 mins walk to the closest train station and 3 mins walk to bus stop. The host is very responsive and helpful especially about how to get to kyoto from osaka, because it help us save money and worries , as a first timer to japan. Very clear explanation as we were travelling in seven ppl including two little children. Typical japanese home , with tatami setup bed . ( there are also two spring bed)but we all sleep in tatami style. love the stairs , but for us carrying a big heavy luggages to the upstairs , need lots energy. Because it is quite small the aisle. We would love to come back again .

这次的住宿体验感非常好，去环球影城只要10分钟左右，对于我们来说太便利了。 房间很干净、设施很全、厨房设施全，微波炉、冰箱等，洗衣机、洗澡间可以开暖气，如果洗澡怕冷的话，帮助很大。 还有好喝的咖啡☕️。 整个民宿有3层，楼下一间房，2楼是厨房，洗澡、看电视活动区，3楼有2间房，其中有一间有2张床铺、很适合带小孩的家庭。民宿总共有2个卫生间，一楼有一个卫生间，3楼2个房间时间也有一个卫生间。 民宿的位置很安静，房间大小也很合适，体验感极好。推荐，性价比高，2个家庭入住完全没有问题。 楼梯的话比较陡，老人，小朋友上下楼的话要注意一些。 下次还会选择这里。

In the backstreets on Namba, easy to get from Namba Station and Kansai International by train. Lots of local eating options and not far from Dotonbori. Very clean.

An awesome stay for the price point! Secure check in with elevator. We especially loved opening the back sliding door to have views of the river. Close walking distance to cafes, convenient stores and Dotonbori district. Kikka is very kind and flexible. Communication and responsiveness is prompt. Would highly recommend. A++

Absolutely loved our stay at Bijou Suites! The price was such a steal for everything offered—spacious, modern rooms with all the amenities (washer and kitchen!), and it felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better: steps from the subway, walking distance to Dotonbori’s buzzing nightlife, and still quiet at night. The host was super responsive. Felt genuinely cared for, and the value is unmatched. Will 100% book again—thanks for making our Osaka trip unforgettable!

大変素晴らしいお宿でした。賑やかな観光地に位置しているのに、夜はとても静かです。 また、寝具やタオルがしっかりと管理されていて清潔で、安心して使用することができました。 お部屋の端々にオーナー様の配慮が感じられて、これが日本のおもてなしか…としみじみ心が温かくなりました。 家族に体調管理に気をつけなくてはいけない者がいるのですが、大変柔軟に対応していただき、ゆっくりと健やかに過ごすことができました。 滞在に必要な全てのものは揃えられていて、不足することがありませんでした。スーパーやコンビニも目と鼻の先でした。 この度は本当にありがとうございました。

友人7人と過ごさせていただきましたが、備品、部屋数、広さ、全てが素晴らしくとても快適に過ごせました！ 食器やタオルも清潔で、洗面所が大きくトイレ3つ、シャワールームも2つあり大人数でもとても過ごしやすかったです！ またすぐ近くに24時間営業のスーパーがありとても便利でした

Excellent location and very easy to get to places. Like many places in Japan, spaces are smaller, however we really loved the deep wardrobe/ cupboard. We were able to hang clothes, stack all our bags on a shelf and roll our suitcases straight in. Host was very helpful and gave us great information on current events. Would recommend.

Incredible Airbnb! Seth's place is in the perfect location, near many attractions and restaurants! Right next to the Gion distric and a 10-15 minute walk to the Yasaka Pagoda! There is even a vending machine outside the unit! The unit is very cozy and the beds were probably the most comfortable we've slept on while in Japan! It is very quiet and we slept great! The unit is on the second floor so keep that in mind with luggages. I had no issues bringing our two big bags up! As well Seth is easy to communicate with, check in is easy and he's a great host! Do yourself a favor and rent this place, you won't regret it!

I was traveling with three teens. Everything was perfect. Lots of room. Loved the bathtub. Near a train station. The place is an authentic home. This is easy to reach for traveling and exploring but this is not into the middle of everything. It’s a bit away from central Kyoto. Bus is about 20minutes. We loved it

지역 이름 그대로 살기좋고, 길게 있고싶은곳 언젠가, 살거나 길게 여행을 하게되면 나가이공원 주변에서 꼭 머물고싶다는 생각이 항상 있었습니다. 휴직을 하고, 드디어 용기를내서 왔네요. 운이 좋게도 이 숙소가 있어서, 선택하게 되었어요. 숙소에 대해선 사실 세탁기만 있으면 다 없어도OK 라는 생각이었는데, TV, 레인지, 세탁기, 에어컨까지 다 있어서 너무좋았어요. 불만이 전혀 없어서 숙소 내부에 대해 뭔가 가득가득 쓰고싶어도 떠오르는게 없네요. 호스트는 오사카사람 그 자체입니다. 활기차고, 웃음이 많은 밝은사람이며, 모두와 금방 친해지는 사람이에요. 숙소 관리자와 같이 밥먹는걸 경험해본적 없었는데, 함께 밥도먹고, 사소한 일상적인 대화도 하며, 덕분에 즐거운 시간이었어요. 무언가가 필요하거나 부족한 부분이 없는지 항상 확인해줍니다. 혹시 오시는분이 일본어나 영어를 못하더라도, 통역어플이 있으니까 어떻게든 도와줄거에요. "외국어는 다른나라의 말이니까 어쩔수없이 틀릴수밖에 없으니까, 틀리더라도 좌절하지않고 꾸준히 쓰며 익숙해지면된다" 라는 생각의 호스트라서, 정말 멋있다고 생각합니다. 예정때문에 지금은 잠시 나고야로 이동했지만, 당장이라도 돌아가고싶을정도로 여전히 생각나는 지역이고 정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 지역의 사람들도 친절하며 웃음이 많아요. 함께있으면 미소짓게되는 분위기의 사람들이 사는 동네이고, 항상 조용한 분위기의 마을이지만, 주말이나 스포츠경기가 있는날은 활기넘치는 마을이 됩니다.
