We stayed for just over two weeks in this house. We found it a terrific space with all that we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped and the three main bedrooms spacious and light. He balcony areas are amazing. We swam in the sea out the front on a lovely day - a highlight our trip. Nikos was very responsive to any questions we had, and we felt very welcome. A great stay.

Ωραίο σπίτι με γούστο. Είχε αρκετά πράγματα για τους πελάτες στο σπίτι. Ο ιδιοκτήτης εξυπηρετικότατος αν και δεν είχαμε ευκαιρία να γνωριστούμε, όμως όσες φορές τον χρειάστηκαμε ήταν εύκαιρος.Η είσοδος είναι δύσκολη για άτομα με κινητικά θέματα και ίσως για παιδιά αρκετά μικρής ηλικίας αλλά το σπίτι μέσα είναι πολύ ωραίο.. Εχει επίσης πολύ μεγάλες βεράντες. Γενικώς ήταν καλή διαμονή και μας βόλεψε η τοποθεσία που ήταν πολύ κοντά στο ανοιχτό πανεπιστήμιο, που ήταν και ο σκοπός επισκεψεως μας στην πόλη.Τελος είχε σε κοντινές αποστάσεις με όχημα φούρνους, supermarket κλπ.Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα τον κ. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με την διαμονή μας στο σπίτι του Νίκου. Τα παιδιά ξετρελάθηκαν!!!! Ο Νίκος είναι φανταστικός οικοδεσπότης. Ευγενικός, προνοητικός και πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με ωραία άυλη και βρίσκεται σε όμορφη περιοχή. Σίγουρα θα τα ξαναπούμε. Ευχαριστούμε Νίκο για την φιλοξενία.

Ένα ομόρφο σπιτάκι. Εμας προσωπικά μας εφερε αναμνήσεις απο ενα κλασσικό σπιτί στο χωριό με την ρετρο κλασσικη επιπλωση. Καθαρό και με ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο. Αυλή για τα παιδιά και χαλαρωση. Ευχαριστουμε.

Είχα μια καταπληκτική διαμονή! Όλα ήταν άψογα. Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως οι φωτογραφίες! Πεντακάθαρο, εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται κανείς και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο! Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε μελλοντικά! Ευχαριστούμε Ιωάννα για την άμεση ανταπόκριση σου σε όλα!

Brilliant place to stay. really spacious and clean. All the bars and restaurants were easy to reach and the port very accessible. view was brilliant too!

What a beautiful spot! Perfect for peace and relaxation. Bring crocks as the beach is pebbles and you would want to miss a minute of that beach. Walking distance for groceries & restaurants. Can't ask for anything more.

My family is from this region of Greece, in fact my father grew up less than 10 miles away, and I can say definitely that staying with Dimos is the most relaxing ways to visit this beautiful region of the Peloponnese that our family holds so dear. They have an excellent ocean side home with some of the most thoughtful and comforting flats I've seen on Airbnb. Our family stayed in two different apartments and were blown away by Dimos' attention to detail including a well stocked kitchen, plentiful firewood, and delicious home-crafted breakfasts made with produce raised around the corner. Dimos and his family really have created something special!

Η οικοδέσποινα κυρία Νάνσυ είναι εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος, άκρως εξυπηρετική, πολύ φιλόξενη και γενικά χάρηκα πολύ που συναναστράφηκα μαζί της, έστω και για λίγο. Το σπίτι είναι καταπληκτικό, προσεγμένο, πεντακάθαρο και ντιζαϊνάτο. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Κυρία Νάνσυ, σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα και με το παραπάνω!

Το σπίτι είναι πανέμορφο και λειτουργικά στημένο!

Un séjour impeccable dans une très belle maison. Les hôtes sont toujours disponibles et conseillent volontiers sur les lieux incontournables. Tout est très bien aménagé et équipé. Parking à proximité pour plusieurs voitures.

Εντυπωσιακά καθαρό σπίτι. και εξοπλισμένο με τα παντα. ό,τι καλύτερο για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση. η πισίνα σε πολύ καλό μέγεθος και βάθος. Το μόνο αρνητικό, οτι το beach bar δίπλα, έπαιζε πολύ δυναυα τα σαββατοκύριακα και το πολύ μικρό 2ο δωμάτιο. Θα ξαναπήγαινα σίγουρα !

Wir waren eine Woche im Juli 2024 in der Unterkunft von Nora. Schon im Vorfeld haben wir eine gute Beschreibung bekommen, wie wir zur Unterkunft kommen können. Die Begrüßung von Nora war sehr herzlich und sie hat sogar einige Lebensmittel für uns vorbereitet. Die Lage ist super, wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und man geht nur ca 5 Minuten bis zum Meer. Sehr angenehm ist der Pool, der ganz zur eigenen Verfügung steht. Es gibt in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage, was im Sommer sehr agenehm ist. Nora hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Nähe gegeben - Danke dafür. Das Haus ist boch ganz neu und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen, besonders wenn man im Urlaub gerne ungestört und fernab vom Trubel ist.

The villa is an escape from the world in which you can enjoy a holiday without having to leave. It has a prestigious homely feel and it was a pleasure for Lena to allow us the last minute booking. It is next door to a hotel and in the evening you can hear the guests when you are in the garden, but nothing can be heard when you are inside. The first night this perturbed us but once we utilised the bar we were much more welcoming of the nightlife. Sun is in the garden and on the pool until late afternoon and the pool was so clean. The views were to die for and the beach access was perfect . Be aware the pool is deep, but my 5 and 3 year old spent the whole week in it with their arm bands. Lena recommended local restaurants and even arranged for the amazing Konstantina to cook us a proper home cooked meal for a private dining experience. Please do not miss out. All your friends will be jealous. Thank you so much Lena, Konstantina and Andrea.

Stayed for 3 days in order to rest from travelling. The place was perfect for our needs. Our two dogs were welcome and the enclosed garden was great for them. Last minute we wanted to stay a day longer which was no problem. I have nothing to complain about, worth every cent.

Dimitris is an excellent host, he communicates fast and efficiently, very friendly and hospitable, can give you valuable tips as to what to see, to do, where to eat, where to swim and sunbath. His house is a little treasure in beautiful Monastiraki. It only seems to be small from the first glance, but once you enter, it's like a Narnia, steps up and down revealing different floors, all rooms equipped accordingly and with such an exquisite taste. And above all - that view from n-number of terraces, something to keep in your memories and return next time. Thank you, Dimitris and your family.
