We had a wonderful family gathering here. The house was perfect, with a big yard where the kids could play (including small play area) and everything we needed (and more, such as an amazing bbq and pizza oven). Sarantos, the host, was so helpful from the beginning when we were planning our trip to the very end. We enjoyed all the extras, from fresh baked pancakes, to homegrown clementines, to fresh eggs, thank you, Sarantos, for everything!

Bill è un vero padrone di casa, premuroso, discreto, amichevole,accogliente e gentile...ci ha sempre trattati come se ci fossimo conosciuti da sempre!.. la vista dall'appartamento è un qualcosa di eccezionale!.. la casa è confortevole e provvista di tutto cio di cui si possa avere bisogno! appartamento super pulito, il materiale in casa è tutto nuovo, gli spazi sono ampi, luminosi, areati e silenziosi! Bill è stato sempre premuroso e tempestivo nel venire incontro a qualsiasi nostra necessità!.. è un vero Super-Host a 10 stelle! la spiaggia con accesso privato sotto l'alloggio è veramente paradisiaca! la zona è un punto strategico per visitare i siti storici piu importanti della storia! grazie ancora Bill per "tutto" quello che hai fatto per noi!abbiamo costruito dei momenti bellissimi che non dimenticheremo mai! ... ci mancherai e ci mancherà anche il piccolo PAPPPY!... se passi per Roma sarai il benvenuto!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean and stylish. It also offers lovely views, making it the perfect spot to relax. The location was also ideal, just a short drive from Nafplio, which made exploring the area so convenient. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning views and great hospitality.

We couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodation. Konstantinos was a super host; friendly, helpful and responding to all communications within minutes. Casa Olive was a super place to stay. The beach was literally on the doorstep and great restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. We packed our week with a Cruise to Hydra and Spetses, boat hire, swimming and visits to Nafplion, Mycenae, Argos and Epidaurus - all within easy reach. The house itself was very clean and equipped with everything you might need when on holiday. Thanks to Konstantinos for letting us stay at his wonderful home.

The house had a breathtaking view from all rooms especially from the living room and bedrooms. It was such a blessing waking up every day and enjoying that sea view. The house is spacious and the living is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, there even was a blender. The bedrooms are very spacious bright and airy with amazing sea view. The house in general was spotless clean. The location in ideal only 3 mins walk to the beach and the restaurants. I will really miss waking up at that view and enjoying my morning coffee at the balcony. There was also a big garden for my daughter to play and many toys available. We had a blast. We can't wait to come back soon.

We were three couples within a family and Maria’s house was roomy yet cozy. We loved sitting on the balcony with a drink and looking over the bay. It was very clean, comfortable beds and a ten minute walk to town. Maria was very responsive. There was a Wi-Fi issue and she had it repaired by the next day and kept us informed. Her communication was always very prompt and welcoming.

The 6 of us loved our stay at Panos's place. The location and Seaview were stunning. Private access to the beach was very special. The house is so comfortable and well set up with everything we needed. Lovely to have Astros town a few kilometers away for restaurants and supplies. There's a lot to see in this area if you want to do day trips or you can just relax. Panos is a great host. Explained everything to us and left us some supplies to start our holiday. A great start to our trip to the Peloponnese.

Wow, what a place. We’ve just spent 10 amazing days in this beautiful villa. The villa is stunning with the most gorgeous pool & views to sea. The area is beautiful, very quiet & with a lovely little beach a few minutes walk away with a diving platform into the crystal clear sea. The kids were entertained for hours. There is a lovely taverna on the beach with great food & really friendly staff. Lily was so helpful with the booking, directions & lots of recommendations. We visited gorgeous Erimioni & had a wonderful day out to Spetses but we were just as happy splitting our time between the pool & the beach. This was a big family holiday & it couldn’t have been better. Thankyou Lily & also Thassos & Anastasia for a lovely welcome.

Η οικοδέσποινα, η κυρία Κορίνα μας περίμενε παρόλο που είχε εισιτήρια για παράσταση στην Επίδαυρο! Πολύ γλυκιά κυρία και πολύ εξυπηρετική. Μας άφησε γλυκά και σπιτική μαρμελάδα για το πρωινό. Την επόμενη μέρα όταν διαπιστώσαμε ότι έλειπε κάποιο εξάρτημα από την καφετιέρα του εσπρέσο, έσπευσε να μας την αντικαταστήσει με μία καινούρια. Το σπίτι ήταν γενικά πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα και πολλά extra… πεντακάθαρο, πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο… Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για Επίδαυρο. Η πισίνα μεγάλη και πολύ χρηστική. Περάσαμε υπέροχα και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε..

What a magical villa! This was a highlight of our trip to Greece, the villa itself is beautiful and perfect for a family - spacious, modern, clean and the view is incredible. The manager is lovely and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to visit again!

The place exceeded our expectations. It was more beautiful than in the photos . Very clean and spacious we were a family of 5 with 3 teanagers . We drive throughout the Peloponnese region. Very relaxing and gorgeous view and close to amazing bakeries and restaurants and beach in town few minutes away . Close to Nafplio and Hydra island . Korina is superb . She is friendly and always available and helpful . We loved everything about the place . Will definitely come back again .

We just had 8 wonderful nights at Kiveri Garden Villa. It’s rare that a property is even better than the photos but this was the case here. Andreas was a wonderful, helpful and communicative host and the house was really well equipped. The local bakery is a must-visit! Thank you for every Andreas. We really hope to come back.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Miramar Complex. Le logement était confortable, les nombreuses terrasses qu'il comporte très agréables, la piscine très accessible. Le village est charmant et accueillant, la baie magnifique. Nous avons pu réaliser, à partir de notre logement, de nombreuses visites aux alentours. Notre hôtesse était extrêmement sympathique et accessible. Ce furent vraiment de fantastiques vacances! Je recommande ce lieu particulièrement aux familles avec de jeunes enfants ou des ados.

This was our second time staying at Nikoleta’s place in Agia Paraskevi - Nafplio, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The house was just as clean, comfortable, and welcoming as we remembered. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Nikoleta had added new beds and upgraded some facilities and appliances since our last visit, making our stay even more comfortable. As always, Nikoleta was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. This is an amazing place for families with access to a large swimming pool and close proximity to the beach and Nafplio. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re considering a stay in Nafplio, we highly recommend Nikoleta’s place - it just keeps getting better! Thank you Nikoleta for another wonderful stay!

Maison charmante fidèle à la description. Piscine très agréable A deux pas de la plage et d’un petit village au bord de l’eau. Wifi vraiment faible mais plus puissant au bord de la piscine. Je recommande d’autant que l’accueil est très sympathique.

Nous avons pu profiter de cette très belle maison avec piscine avec nos 3 enfants. Point particulièrement positif sur la piscine que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. La maison dans son ensemble est très agréable avec de nombreuses terrasses, un beau salon et de belles chambres. Nous avons trouvé le logement particulièrement adapté pour nos enfants ce qui était ce que nous recherchions. Vassiliki était très proactive pour nous proposer des activités autour de la maison. Grace à ses conseils nous avons pu assister à un concert sur le port. La maison est très bien équipée avec tous les éléments indispensables pour profiter de son séjour. En face de la maison une épicerie ouverte 7/7 permet de parer à tous les besoins de dernière minute. Nous recommandons particulièrement le Gyros de Xiropigado qui est très accueillant et très bon.

Ioannis is the best host one can dream of! And his house is a paradise ! Every amenities is as listed and it’s even better in real that in the pictures. We had such a great time we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Ioannis !

Nous recommandons chaudement . Cadre idyllique, maison soignée , jardin et piscine extrêmement agréable . La maison est très bien équipée ( il manque juste micro ondes et lave-linge ). L appartement du dessous n est pas occupé , ce qui laisse toute la villa et la propriété a la disposition totale des locataires. Premier commerce à moins de 10 minutes de voiture et proche de nombreux sites à visiter , idéalement situé pour visiter Mycenes / Nauplie / Corynthe / Épidaure etc … Par ailleurs Evagelos est extrêmement sympathique et très rendant service . La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos et sur l annonce .

Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed the pool and the area near the vila! Zef was very responsive, and helped us with whatever we needed. The area around the house is beautiful, liked Tolo and the beaches around. Will definitely come again! :)
