Kristine's place is right at the center of everything you need. I didn't have a problem going around Naga at all! Also felt right at home and Kristine is very accomplished with my requests and questions. Would definitely book here again next time I go to Naga.

It's what has been advertised. spacious and fully furnished. let's start the review. Outside premises is modern and well Guarded, jas CCTVs and motion detected as well. Has Enough parking space for all the 6 tenants/clientele all at the same time. Host was kind enough to allow me to park my Motorcycle inside the compound. Compound grounds are well kept. and well lighted as well. Inside the room. Love the well cushioned sofa. very comfortable, whilst watching Netflix. and the bed has the right bounce to it. not to Firm nor soft. slept like a baby. Has a Full Pledge Fridge and a deck out kitchenette. though the can opener needs to be change. but wasn't a hassle at all. was able to use a knife to open the can. the Loo was fine. and I think there on the case of renovating the place. it was the Loo that was left behind but again, everything was working as they should. Just had a snag earlier with the Host about check-in time, wasn't his fault. Just wasn't able to come early 4/5

Polecam miejsce. Eugene to świetny i pomocny gospodarz. Miejsce blisko parku CWC, w pobliżu sklep całodobowy. Mieszkanie czyste, dobrze wyposażone, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Jedyny minus to hałas z pobliskiej drogi, ale szybko można się przyzwyczaić do spania w zatyczkach.

This place fits perfectly to my family needs. The place is very peaceful and very secured. It has a good internet connection. The place is very clean and the care taker is very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommended for your next family’s vacation here in Naga City. Will definitely book again. Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely delightful! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartment itself was cozy and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the area. The only minor issue we encountered was that the WiFi was occasionally slow, which was a bit inconvenient when we needed to get some work done. However, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience we had. Despite this small glitch, we would still highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay. We can't wait to come back!

Normally, we stay in hotels when it’s just my husband and me, but since my in-laws are joining us, we wanted a place that feels more like home. We needed a functional kitchen and a clean, spacious common area where they could relax, even for a short stay. From the start, Ms. Marie has been very helpful. She accommodated our request to change the check-in time and guided us through the self-check-in process. She was quick to respond to our questions. Her place met all our needs, and my in-laws were very happy we chose it over the hotels nearby. Overall, we had a five-star experience. We had a wonderful stay — it truly felt like a home away from home! The kids especially loved the pool, and we all appreciated how warm and welcoming Oswald and the staff were during check-in. Everyone was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. GrabFood delivery is available, which was super convenient when we didn’t feel like cooking. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to escape the city life and just relax. A quick note for fellow travelers from Manila: We didn’t have a car with us, and it seems GrabCar service isn’t available in the area yet. If you need to head out, you’ll have to walk a bit to the highway to catch a ride — but it’s manageable. All in all, a relaxing and refreshing getaway!
