Lovely home located in a quiet area close to many onsens. We had a nice and relaxing time here, thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay here! Communication was excellent and everything was extraordinarily clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, near the train station, grocery, amazing restaurants and shopping, and it was nice to have so much room for a group of seven to spread out to relax. Highly recommend!

環境清幽，孩子們開心的從車站沿途玩雪，很快就到了。日式建築古色古香，空間大，能住到跟櫻桃小丸子家一樣榻榻米和暖桌房子，真幸福～迎賓清酒好喝，老闆娘還幫忙訂晚餐，前一晚也及時回覆JR是否停駛的訊息。有舒適的澡堂，桑拿房可以看到天空飄雪，有高山居民溫暖貼心的問候。這裡讓人念念不忘。

As a family of 4 including 3.5yo and 7mo, we loved it. The stairs to the upstairs open bedroom are steep, but a baby gate at the top was just perfect. The house also had two boxes of duplo and a train set that was great for our Lego-loving lad. The location was right opposite a footbridge leading to the morning markets which is a popular spot for breakfast goodies and local bits. Taga’s wife picked us up from the station and dropped us off which was handy as it was raining both times but really the station wasn’t even far, and we walked there twice during our stay for other reasons. If you’re up for an open bedroom stay then we highly recommend.

Yaeko is one of the nicest Airbnb host I have ever met, dispute a little hiccup at check in, she made every effort to make things right and to make our stay comfortable. She even brought Sake for us to enjoy. Room is very comfortable, very nice undertable heater and blanket heater. I will definitely stay again when we are in the area next time.

This house is really unique. The design and the view from every part of the rooms is next level. The living room is beautiful with a nice kitchen. We enjoyed the big bath as well, and many stores around this place 10min or less drive. Highly recommend staying here!

学生時代の友人8名で利用しました。 サウナがめっちゃ最高でした 他にもリビングにあたる部屋はオシャレで過ごしててとても楽しかったです。この部屋にはスピーカーが付いていて好きな曲を流して団欒出来ました。ただこの部屋にはテレビがないので部屋のスピーカーに繋げて、とかは出来なかったです。キッチン用具はとても十分にあり余程のことが無い限り困らないと思います。（土鍋とかもあって驚いた） 総合的に最高でした。 また利用したいと友人も言っていてここを選んで良かったです

The location is close to the main road, there are many restaurants around, there is also a supermarket. This house have 2 floors is quite comfortable for 13 of us, 6 adults and also 7 children. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There are 4 rooms here, we only use 3 rooms is enough, there is still 1 room with a tent to play. And 1 toilet near stairs. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, toilet, and a large playroom. Outside the house there is a large yard, suitable for children to play Unfortunately we arrived here at night and only slept overnight, the next morning we had to continue our journey so we couldn't enjoy the facilities

Desmond’s place is wonderful. Warm, cosy and spacious (more than enough room for our family of five); excellent striking location amongst the trees surrounded with snowy fields and a breathtaking mountain backdrop. Great sense of solitude whilst being minutes away from shops, cafes, ski rental shops etc. very convenient for the many ski resorts. Very highly recommended.

We love our stay in hakuba. 10 out of 10. The place is very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended

We had a great stay at Patricks Cottage. It was a great location, easy to walk for food and buses. Check in was easy and simple with Patrick assisting with any questions we had. Patrick provided great recommendations for our weeks stay. We highly recommend Patrick and his beautiful cottage, we will definitely be coming back for another stay here!

Darren was an excellent host and offered shuttle services for guests to grab essentials in the town centre. Restaurant and ski recommendations were also perfect, and very fast response times. Thanks Darren

We had a fabulous stay at Taketombo house. We were a group of three families with 6 kids. The house is at a picturesque location with a rice fields in front and mountains surrounding. The place was spacious for three families with clean rooms. Just sitting at the porch watching the nature itself was relaxing. Nick was very responsive, and interactive. Would definitely want to come back and stay here.

Great space and cozy setting, highly recommend recommend to those with a (rental) car as not as convenient to public transportation.

Kazuhiro's farm house was perfectly situated for my needs. I was the only one staying there, so I had the place to myself. I live in a van in the winter, so my needs are minimal. I don't see it mentioned in other peoples reviews, but I think it is worth noting that in the winter, the house is cold. There is a small heating unit that is on a timer in the bedroom as well as a heated floor covering. The bathroom and shower room are both constantly heated similarly to keep the water lines from freezing. I didn't use the kitchen for cooking because the heating unit would have taken a bit of time to heat the area. When I returned from skiing at 6 or 7, I had to wait a bit in my puffy for the bedroom to warm up. As a van liver, having running water and a shower was a plus so it was an upgrade from my usual living situation.

Yoshimichi san is very kind and made our stay very easy. The place is very clean and has everything you need, they have a hot and cold air conditioner in the room, but in winter (we stayed in February) you might feel very cold in the kitchen, toilet and shower room.

Six friends from Australia, were fortunate to stay at Rumi and Roberto wonderful B & B in the mountain slopes of Bessho onsen in the district of Ueda. 4 days of exploring the area, recommended eateries, onsons, galleries gave us an insight into a unique Japanese lifestyle. Friendly people made us feel welcome and we soon overcame the language differences by a mixture of hand signs and attempts at basic Japanese. The hospitality of Rumi and her recommended places to eat was outstanding. This has been a great start to journey in Japan. It has set the tone for the coming weeks. Thank you Rumi and Roberto.

Hiro夫妇非常热情周到！因为我们行程有早起看日出，Hiro夫妇亲自载我们前往河口湖看日出，并带我们游览其他富士山著名景点。晚上还去了Hiro夫妇开的shabu-shabu餐厅，非常好吃👍大家一定不要错过哟。民宿周围很安静，很适合家庭居住🌹ᐕ)⁾⁾

화장실이 조금 불편한것만 빼면 모든 것이 만족스러웠어요. 아늑한 분위기의 감성적인 집입니다. 주방에 필요한 물건이 다 있고 침대와 이불도 푹신하고 따뜻했습니다. 아침에 앉아서 커피마시는 시간이 참 좋았어요. 언젠가 다시 방문하고 싶네요 !

What an awesome spot. Bus stop to all the resorts was steps from the door. Walkable to Echoland and Happo area. And the host Grant was super helpful. This is a fantastic spot to base camp for skiing in Hakuba. The Airbnb was clean, with tons of space to lounge after a ski day. Felt right at home. Would highly recommend if you are in town to ski or just want a place that is centrally located in the Hakuba valley.
