we booked this place by accident as a fall back because the next door 🐉 🦟 cottage on air bnb unceremoniously changed terms and offered a refund and oh boy what a pleasant surprise this new listing on air bnb was ! the host akshay was very prompt with responses and so was the owner ashish . the rooms were immaculate and kitchen well equipped . best part was the outdoor sitting area in wadi type settings , a sparking clean pool large enough for a big family . zomato / Swiggy deliver food but if mentioned in advance also learn that the caretakers can provide food . thal beach is walking distance !! strongly recommended!

Great place for a family or group to stay and chill. The place is close to the city and easily accessible from Varsoli beach. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely stay again!

I think we got lucky when we chose this Airbnb...indeed it is the cutest little place in kashid. It was just right for the 5 of us all women group. Very safe and the contacts given to us were extremely responsive whatever the time of day (or night). Rahul himself periodically chkd in to make sure. Suvarna was a gem of a housekeeper and the place was clean and very well cared for. Shubham's cooking was a delight.. ..I can vouch for the vegetarian menu while my friends would swear by the non -veg. The beach is a comfortable 20 minute walk and not crowded. If you have your own vehicle, getting back late isn't a problem ..there is local transport available too, including for sightseeing at Murud or rewdanda. Otherwise the short stretch from the main road is inadvisable late at night mainly due to the terrain. All in all, a wonderful break 💕

One of the few places that actually resembles the picture. The property is very well built with good interiors - Pratik was extremely helpful and friendly. There are alot of good eateries around and beach is about a 20 min walk. I would highly recommend the property and would want to visit again myself.

I went with my wife for a long weekend and we absolutely loved this place! It is a great mix of private and modern while you feel like you are in the midst of nature. Anisha was wonderful throughout the process and very proactive with her communication. The hospitality was outstanding and no words are enough for Pooja and Jayesh who seem to be available at a moments notice!! The private pool is the highlight and we spent most of our time there! So much so that we steeped out of the property only once in three days!! I cannot recommend this place enough! I am definitely going back!

The place allowed us to relax and unwind. Not too far from the beach and had all the ameneties needed. We had a wonderful time.
