Firstly, Giboy was very responsive and very friendly. He already laid out all the house rules, proper directions to the place, and other important details. Secondly, checkin communications with Louise was also helpful. Upon arrival to the place, we are very grateful to kuya Jaime, he was very friendly and hospitable. During our stay, he was very helpful and accommodating. Overall, we were able to celebrate my daughter's birthday happily. Highly recommended place. Thank you Giboy, Louise and Kuya Jaime! The whole place was clean, the kitchen had complete utensils and cookware, the ktv is updated with new songs, the furnitures were very pretty, and the helpers were very accommodating!

Sir. Ryan was really helpful and friendly never failed to tend to our needs specially Ka-Domeng the boat driver and caretaker welcomed us and gave us free fresh fish it was just a lucky day where they had a lot of fish! If you ever meet Ryan during your stay feel free to ask him questions he’s very informative & helpful! I believe he was a vivamax star back in the day!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was immaculately clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. Clarisse and Rhain (caretaker) was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering any questions I had promptly and ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. The property is also very spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the best parts was that the listing is exactly as described and shown in the photos — no surprises, just as beautiful and well-maintained in person. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and stylish stay. I’d definitely book again!

We had an amazing vacation with our pet dog here. We were able to take somewhat of a hike nearby, and swim in one of the cleanest water I've ever swam in. The place is amazing and everyone including Joey, Sir Nino, and each and every one of the locals were so friendly. The only thing that would be great is if they were to have food offerings themselves- though it is highly understandable why the logistics of that would be very difficult. nonetheless, the experience is priceless, and a place to create memories everlasting.

Very nice, clean, liked that every room has a bathroom since we are 12, caretaker Alvin is friendly, close to a lot of resto. I would return again

Ingrid was responsive thru chat. Also, Ms. Wilma was easy to communicate to. The place was nice, clean room and CR. The building itself was located at the back of Venice mall and they have a back door going to the main entrance of the mall. Worth the price! 🥰

I stayed at Ms Irene's BNB with a friend for Jhope's concert in MOA Arena last weekend. Her BNB was clean and as advertised. Shore 3 Tower 2 Guards were helpful and respectful. The unit was easy to locate and if you dont want to walk to MOA there are tuktuks and jeepneys going to MOA at PEA Road. Very accessible and sulit for concert goers like me whondoesnt want to be stuck in traffic and get rest after an awesome event.. Thanks Ms Irene.

If you’re planning a visit to Tagaytay City and have a car, I highly recommend booking this accommodation. It offers a peaceful and private retreat that truly surpasses standard condominium rooms. Located just a 5- to 10-minute drive from the city center, it’s conveniently situated for exploring the area. However, if you’re relying on public transport, keep in mind that while it’s a viable option, the distance to major tourist attractions can be a bit challenging. Transportation in Tagaytay isn’t available 24/7, which might make getting around a little tricky. Overall, this place is a fantastic choice for those with a vehicle, offering comfort and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy your stay! 🥰

The view is very beautiful and the unit is clean. You will feel relaxed in the unit. It is a complete package for you to enjoy. There is a lot of things to do. The only problem is their kitchen sink that over flow. It ruined my whole stay in the unit. There is no mop that I can used to clean the water. I have to used my two towels to drain the overflow sink. I can not used the microwave oven because the glass is already broken. The kitchen lights is already spoiled. The extra slippers is very old. The kitchenware is not complete. It is not really advisable to cook. I already talked to the Host and advise to them to fix everything therefore the next guest will not experience this. Their unit is really great. It so happen their previous guest spoil their unit and even the sink. I still recommend their place

Ms Cathleen's place was as advertised with complete amenities with personal touches that's more than what other rentals provide. The ones we appreciated the most were: - Good entertainment system to spend our day - Very comfortable beds for 4 people - Available hot and cold drinking water from dispenser - Complimentary slippers and towels - For parking, it was more convenient to pay for a slot nearby the condominium which Ms Cathleen has smoothly coordinated with us Pretty much throughout the stay we felt safe and treated well as guests in this fairly new condominium. Tierra de Segundo totally blew me away! The listing photos really don’t capture the incredible magic of this place. As soon as you step through their gates, it’s like you’ve entered a fabulous resort paradise! It’s an experience that’s beyond what I ever imagined! One of the things I absolutely adore about this place is the incredible outdoor kitchen! It’s so convenient for cooking, and since it’s outside the pavilion, all those delicious food smells stay outside where they belong! This place is TOTAL IG gold!!! The cabins are absolutely adorable! A little heads-up: the stairs to the second floor are definitely steep, but trust me, once you reach the top, you’re enveloped in pure coziness! And let me tell you about Mam Irene—she is the sweetest! She went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond, usually within minutes! Without a doubt, we’re adding Tierra de Segundo to our top picks for celebrations with friends!

We had a great time at Nelle’s place. Except for the neighbours videoke. The place is clean, and Ate the caretaker is nice and attendant to our every needs. Extra blanket would be nice since it gets cold during the night.

We had a lovely stay! I know it was supposed to be CLAYGO, but the caretaker told us to just rest and leave the dishes behind as she will do it herself. The binakol was also superb! ❤️ Ms. Joan also allowed us to extend for a few more hours which was highly appreciated since some of us arrived at the place around 2am. Will definitely go back and experience the cold weather again (we didn’t even turn on the electric fans!) Highly recommended!

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely wonderful! Nestled in a quiet and scenic location, it provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings were serene. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful touches, from soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen, made it feel like a home away from home, listening to the sounds of nature. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat where you can truly unwind, this is the perfect place. We’ll definitely be coming back! We ordered food for breakfast and its so good, yeah its the usual “silog” but hindi tinipid.

We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

Marliece's place was a safe haven. So peaceful and the cold breeze for the whole day, its the kind of weather I was looking for. I celebrated my 35th birthday in her place and my whole family loved it especially my daugther for the loft bed. Thank you dear! I will definitely come back when I got the chance🥰
