Very nice for a girls weekend get away. The neighborhood was quiet, and conveniently located to the things we wanted to do.

Easy Breeze is a wonderful place to stay. Alex has made sure that even the smallest detail has been taken to make your stay exactly what you are looking for. This is our 2nd visit and while we were there, we booked our next vacation for a week in October! It's perfect if you want peace, quiet, fishing, kayaking, and many other water sports. We had a great family stay here-the location is great for quick walks to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet and perfect for bikes rides!

Our family of 4 enjoyed a quiet and peaceful 5 nights here. It was well located with nearby shops and restaurants. We enjoyed both the hot tub and the fire pit. It was well and reasonably priced and I enjoyed the rainfall shower. Thank you! 🩷

Pictures don't really do it justice. It is much brighter and lighter inside than shown on Airbnb. Very cute house, would consider it again for future bookings. Back yard is an oasis and the hot tub is a perk!

We have stayed at this air bnb before and we loved it last year for valentines and my wife’s birthday weekend. Whitney remembered us and we booked it immediately. We love this location in kill devil hills due to the location to all our favorites restaurants and shopping and you could not ask for a nicer cleaner, just roomy cozy place. Come back from a day of shopping and restaurants and private back fence yard and wonderful hot tub. Just awesome. Wonderful host!

Perfect weekend getaway for Valentines in beautiful OBX. We were greeted to an amazing smelling & clean home, loved the decor and home away from home feel 🤍 (the reggae playing as we walked in was a nice touch) My bf and I were ready to relax and enjoy the hot tub after our 5 hour ride. We truly had an amazing weekend, enjoyed great food, and we were close to everything. We hope to come back in the future and would absolutely choose Allison and Ritchie’s charming place again and again.

I can't say enough great things about this place. Amy was so accommodating and flexible. She really thought of everything when stocking her house for guests. We needed a couple of things during our stay and she provided immediately. The house is unbelievably cozy and clean. Dog water bowls, towels, and toys were available, too! We can't wait to stay again!

Had a great stay at Maria and Steve's! Place was clean and as listed. Only tricky part was the house is across the highway from the beach access which meant having to drive and find parking or cross a very busy road.

Our stay at the Flat Top exceeded our expectations. Unassuming from the outside, you are transported when you walk in to a place that feels like home. From the extremely clean and inviting indoors to the spacious outdoor fenced-in area and the lively screened in porch, this is at the top of our list as one of our favorite stays. Not to mention, how close it was to the beach. We woke up daily to see the sunrise. We cooked in the kitchen and had all the amenities and accouterments needed. This place is perfect for pets and our dogs enjoyed themselves thoroughly. Dustin has been very responsive throughout and even let us know right away after we checked out that we'd forgotten something behind. Great attention to detail in the place and so many little nice touches to make you feel like home. Throughly enjoyed our time and would absolutely come back again.

This place was amazing! The location was everything and more. Chad’s place literally had everything we could think of even beach chairs and boards. He was responsive and friendly. Whatever you do, listen to him and go crabbing!!!! This was the perfect place for us (we brought our 3 year old toddler and dog) Thanks again!

Nice place next to the beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay. When we walked in for the first time it was clean, inviting and had a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Everything was easy to find throughout the house, and the instructions for check-in, the stay and check-out were very clear and easy to follow. We found everything in good, working condition. The time and attention to detail taken for this rental made it easy to have a great stay. It was only a couple minutes drive to the beach, and the neighborhood was very nice for walking in as well. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a providing such a great place for a beach vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break vacation at Joseph’s place. We brought our 5-yr old lab along, and she loved the fenced in backyard and walkable neighborhood. If you are looking for a great central location and a cute, clean, dog-friendly place with a great host, this is the place for you.

Great location, only a five minute walk to the beach and you can hear the waves while sitting on the top deck. The house had everything we needed. It was perfectly decorated and very comfortable for lounging after the day's adventures. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our family with dogs, and included a picnic table next to the grill which was perfect for seafood eating. Bikes were great and many other beach necessities for the summer months. Brian provided very detailed instructions and suggestions for restaurants and more. Great place!

Wonderfully relaxing and all the amenities of home. Love the Scandinavian aesthetic. We so enjoy being here in the off season, walking the beach, seeing the bird migrations, dolphin, and enjoying the views from the house and deck....sunset and sunrise:)

The cutest house to stay in! It was so nice and up to date, also very open with high ceilings which I loved! It was perfect for my husband, 2 kids and mother and father in law to stay in. Obviously it’s not on the beach(which it states), but it is not far! We loved it and would stay again! It is right off the main strip so it’s near a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores etc. we would stay again! Thanks for hosting us!

Greg’s listing is just as described. Very comfortable and cozy with everything we needed for a full week at the beach. Beds were comfortable and everything was so clean and fresh. The kitchen had anything we needed to make our own meals. The fenced in yard for our pup was a real benefit! He loved it! Sitting on the front porch early in the mornings, sipping coffee with that good salt air and hearing the waves was incredibly peaceful and beautiful. Beach access is just across the street. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for a much needed break from the business of a full life! We’d like to come back and stay again!

I would rate this 6/5 stars. We were a group of 9 friends who stayed at the place and every one of us loved the cottage. It’s right next to the beach with a nice porch area. It has a swimming pool right next to the cottage. The host was really responsive and also kind enough to get us extra amenities in the cold night. Would stay here every time I visit the place. Only complaint was there was no lock to one of the restrooms. Other than that there were no issues. Thank you!!

We had an amazing stay at Katie's cottage! The cottage was cozy, clean, and in a fantastic location. It's tucked slightly away from the main drag, offering a private feel and is a quick drive to the beach. It's also conveniently located down the street from Nags Head Woods Preserve, where we enjoyed a long hike. Katie's on-site guidebook led us to several local restaurants, coffee shops and Jennette's Pier where we saw about a dozen manta rays! Finally, Katie was incredibly accommodating when we decided to extend our trip by a day. Overall she is such a sweet and a fantastic host. We would absolutely stay at Katie's again, and can't recommend her cottage enough!

We visit the Outer Banks yearly and this is a very convenient location. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Jennifer’s property was wonderful for a short trip. Some of the best features of this house are: privacy, being in a quieter residential neighborhood, and the fenced in back yard. Jennifer is easy to communicate with and upon our arrival, the cleaners stopped by to make sure everything was in order.

This historic beach cottage is in a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. It’s centrally located, so it was a quick ride to visit friends in Duck, as well as my favorite restaurants in Kitty Hawk, KDH, and Nags Head. I was traveling with my dog, and Ginger had toys/treats ready for her after our long drive from Connecticut. I will definitely book again next time I’m in town.
