We ( 3 x families) had a great time staying here. The villa is very spacious and close to the beach. The restaurant next door makes good food and drinks and will deliver to the villa. We found it very relaxing and would definitely consider staying again.

Highly recommend. Thanks Linh! We had a great stay at Linh’s place! This was a last-minute booking for our trip to Da Nang, and everything turned out to be fantastic. My family really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the villa. It is nice, clean, and equipped with everything necessary. The jacuzzi pool and tea break were perfect as well! One of the highlights of our stay was waking up early, renting a bicycle, and riding along the beach. It was such a refreshing way to start the day (of course, as long as it wasn’t a rainy day)! The location is also great, accessible to the city while close to nature. Linh was an amazing and friendly host. She made the check-in process super easy by providing clear instructions and even shared some useful local travel tips to Linh Ung Pagoda and Son Tra, which helped us explore Da Nang better. Her quick responses and warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay. She was willing to help us set up an outdoor BBQ party in the lovely garden of the house, lol.

Villa is beautiful in a great location. There were only 2 of us, so we didn't use the additional 2 bedrooms, but the villa easily accommodates 6 guests. The beach, great restaurants and bars are all close by, and easy enough to get into the centre of Hoi An too. The villa is kept spotlessly clean and is very well equipped. We didn't want to leave and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

A perfect place to relax. The house exceeded its description and our expectations. It's intimate, has a beautiful garden and is steps away from the beach. Trinh, the manager of the property was super nice and responsive to all our questions and requests. She aranged transportation to and from the airport, helped us rent bikes and even excgange money. She also recommended some great restaurants and massage places. We will definitely be back!

뒷산에 원숭이들이 현관 앞까지 오고 수영장 물을 마시고 갑니다 너무 귀여워요 수영장도 길어서 좋구요 침대 소파 너무커서 좋아요 놓고 온 것이 있어서 연락드렸더니 택배로 바로 보내 주셨어요~~^^ 편하게 잘 이용하고 갑니다~~^^

대형 풀, 휘트니스센터 등 리조트 내 시설과 접근성이 좋고 무엇보다 호스트의 응대가 매우 친절하여 좋은 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다.

Excellente communication avec Henry Dès notre arrivée, il nous a tout expliqué de A à Z et nous a suggéré beaucoup d’activités dans les alentours. La villa correspondait exactement à la description. Tout s’est très bien passé. Le seul bémol du séjour a été lors du Check out. La villa propose un service de mini bar. Seule une bière et une bouteille d’eau ont été consommées. La gouvernante nous a facturé 8 bouteilles d’eau, 4 pepsi et une bière. Nous n’avons pas voulu rentrer dans un conflit sans fin et avons fini par payer…. Ce fût dommage de terminer sur cette note. Such a beautiful beachfront villa. Pool temperature was perfect and well shaded in the afternoon so the kids could swim for hours without getting sun burned. Linna was an excellent hostess and helped us navigate Danang area and helped us coordinate transportation and excursions. Would highly recommended for any family or group looking to vacation in a top notch resort.

Nice villa, Good planning and spaces. All bedrooms are on first floor. Villa is in peaceful neighbourhood. Location and beach view is great. Also easy to go to da bank hoi am and ba na hills as it is situated between all 3

We had an amazing stay at the property, although it wasn’t without hiccups. When we arrived, they were trying to repair the air conditioning on the 2nd floor. We ended up moving to 2 different villas over the next 3 days before moving back to this one when they finally fixed everything. These things happen and I cannot fault the team for doing their best to accommodate us. The property and service level is amazing which is why it does deserve its 5 stars.

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstl, the hist Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. they go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person yhab picture, mark my words.

16명이서 숙소 전체를 다 이용했는데 여유롭고 좋았습니다. 1층 리셉션에 직원분이 항상 상주해계셔서 필요한 것에 대한 요청을 드리기 수월했습니다. 방이2개인 호실이 3개정도 있어 전체를 빌리신다면 호실은 10개지만 방 및 침대는 총 13개있다고 생각하시면 됩니다. 근처에 바다가 있어서 아침마다 바다에서 산책하기 좋았고 수영장이 크지는 않지만 몇명이서 놀기 적합했습니다. 근처에 마트도 있는데 간단한 간식 사기 좋았고 저렴했습니다. 다음에 다시 다낭으로 놀러간다면 재방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

We loved our stay! The location was absolutely incredible, peaceful, surrounded by nature, and with views you’ll never get tired of. Watching the sunrise and sunset was a highlight, and Tra Que vegetable garden in the backyard made it even more special. It was the perfect escape from Hoi An’s busy center, yet still easy to reach by Grab. A short walk takes you to a cute coffee shop overlooking rice fields, and you can spot water buffaloes nearby. Some days, we didn’t even want to leave—we just relaxed on the balcony, soaking in the views. The house is in three floors, with spacious bedrooms with private entrances, and a shared kitchen, great for groups. The hosts are kind, responsive, and shared great local tips. One thing to note: since the house is in nature and has an open design, lizards do get inside bedrooms and kitchen often. It didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind. Overall, a beautiful, peaceful stay—we’d absolutely recommend it!

Truc's place is lovely. The house is clean and spacious and the swimming pool is gorgeous!!! Truc was so helpful! She arranged a taxi to and from the airport, a scooter for my son and supplied lots of local knowledge. We had 10 delightful days in Hoi An and would definitely come back to Truc's house and would recommend to friends.

장점으로는 숙소 관리를 정말 잘 하시는 것 같습니다. 청소도 정말 잘 되어있고 전반적으로 깔끔하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 무엇보다 호스트분께서 저희가 숙소에서 편하게 지내다 가길 진심으로 바라는 것이 느껴져서 믿음이 갔습니다. 그 외에도 에어컨이나 온수도 잘 나오고, 물도 깨끗하고 수압도 세고 주변도 시끄럽지 않고 조용합니다. 아쉬운점으로는 마지막날에 개미무리가 밖에서 집 안으로 들어오더라구요. 근데 이건 마당이 있는 풀빌라 특성상 어쩔 수 없는것 같아요. 다행이 그 외에 큰 벌레는 집 안에 없었어요. 결론은 추천합니다!

호이안 숙소로 최고의 좋은 상태 입니다. 호스트(Rocy)의 피드백도 매우 빠르고 친절합니다. 사진과 동일한 상태이고 더 아름다운 숙소입니다. 구시장과 가깝고 해변가도 가깝습니다. 자전거가 비치되어 주변을 둘러보기 좋습니다. 이번 여행을 더욱 재미있게 해준 숙소입니다. 다음번 호이안 여행시 다시 들릴께요. 감사합니다.

6개월부터 기대했고 기대만큼 너무 좋았던 숙소입니다 샤워필터 안써도 괜찮았고 개미 조금 있었지만 다른벌레는 전혀 보지못했어요 좋은 추억남기고 갑니다

Hele familien hjalp til for at oppholdet skulle bli bra. Familien på andre sida gata gjorde rent og serverte mat. Vi hadde kontakt på engelsk på Messanger med et annet familiemedlem som var behjelpelig med å skaffe skredder, taxi, utflukter, sightseeing, taxi osv. Han fikset alt i løpet av noen minutter. Villaen, som er stor, ligger perfekt mellom gamlebyen i Hoi An og stranda. Vi tok taxi inn til byen og syklet til stranda.
