I booked for my parents and they had a great time during their stay. Lots of amenities for tenants and the location is very convenient to the mall. Johanna was very responsive and considerate. She is easy to contact and she also checks on how her guests were doing or if there’s anything they needed. Overall they were pleased and would definitely stay again.

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

We attended a wedding in Farm Hills and found the Nordic Penthouse in Airbnb which is only a 10-minute drive to the venue. The place is very nice and neat! Plus points for me na the unit is located in the rooftop. 😁 Super thank you also to Sir Leo who is very responsive. The instructions upon check-in is very clear and my partner and I had no issues. Will definitely come back!

Such a homey place. Unit has an accessible convenience store on basement 1. With gym, pools, and amazing green and city view. The place is also clean with perfectly working air-condition on both bedrooms. Can actually cover the living room. Thanks, Vanessa. Would definitely book again.

Luc's place was amazing and was a perfect space for my partner and I to relax after a long day of travels, errands and activities. The place's close proximity to the airport and famous spots like BGC made it very easy for us too! And whenever we had any requests or queries, Luc was very helpful and responsive. This is my second time at Carla’s place and just like before, it was a great stay! Place was clean and spacious as always. Instructions are clear and we have everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. We were able to rest and enjoy a bit of downtime while the kids enjoyed the pool a lot! Oh and the welcome gift too!! We had a wonderful stay. The place was spacious, clean and with complete amenities. There was just water leaking from the glass roof on top of the dining area since it was pouring when we stayed. The microwave also seemed not to heat up (or maybe we just didn't know how to operate), and the ants also easily appeared in the kitchen when food there's food. Regardless, it was a nice home to stay at. No major turn-off during our stay.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

Awesome 4-night staycation in a spacious corner unit! Loved the extra room and all the natural light. Plus, free parking was a lifesaver. Super accessible location, made exploring easy. Just relaxed and enjoyed the chill vibes. Highly recommend!

It was clean, spacious and makes you feel at home. A perfect place to relax and chill with friends and family. Very affordable, comfy and has complete amenities. I love the interior design very simple yet elegant. And what I really like the most is their high-quality kitchenware and utensils, it's very neat. It was conveniently located near at the mall,stores and fast food. To the owner Ma'am Monaliza, she is very responsive, generous and kind. We will surely coming back again.
