Sobrang lamig lng tlga ng weather kaya nahrapan kami mg swim kahit slight heated ung pool. Sayang di lng na enjoy ung jacuzzi kasi ayaw uminit masyado. Sobrang okay ung maraming CR as in. Walang antayan and complete naman ang amenities. Next time sana palagyan ng Netflix para mas enjoy. Buti me dala ako flashdisk na movies. So far ok naman ung caretaker na lagi ng llinis dun to clean up the place in the morning so malinis pagka gising namin. Thanks again for the accomodation.

Host is very responsive. The house is clean with complete amenities. With good signal and strong wifi. TV has netflix. The pool is big. You can also have food delivered via food panda.

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

Millie’s Place is a great find for anyone looking for a place to stay in Tanza or nearby. It’s affordable, clean, and well-equipped with complete kitchen amenities and utensils, bedding, towels, a shower with a heater, a bidet, a mini fridge, and fast WiFi—essential for my work setup. In terms of location, it’s near SM Tanza, with a convenience store and palengke nearby. Millie provided clear and detailed instructions regarding the check-in process and what to expect during the stay. She is also a very responsive host.

Our family had a great time at Annabelle’s place. It was clean and Jhosel (onsite contact) was there to meet us when we arrived. It greatly helped that WIFI connection is very good since mobile phones can get only 1-2 bars signal in the area. View from the top unit is very nice, my family loved it. Thanks again Annabelle, we will definitely keep your place in mind in the future.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous, with vibrant greenery and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it the perfect getaway if you want to relax. It’s also incredibly Insta-worthy – every corner seemed like a picture-perfect spot! Aside from the beautiful landscape, what stood out the most was the level of service of the staff. They were incredibly courteous and friendly, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time.

Danelle was very responsive. The place is extremely beautiful. They were able to cater to us real time for any help that we needed. I will definitely come back and book this place. Will have this recommended to all my family and friends. Thank you! Our new years celebration was a blast, thanks to all of you!

Our stay was great. Kitchen - complete for basic cooking Place - Peaceful, close to nature, spacious and east to locate, with parking are. Rooms - spacious and quality pillows, mattress and blankets. CR - clean, with heater and spacious Value for Money

Mysel’s place is one of the best places I’ve had a staycation in! Beautiful place and so relaxing it feels like home. Loved the fact that our peta were welcome to stay as well. Definitely worth recommending to other friends and family and 100% will come back here! Mysel was also very friendly and so easy to talk to. She gave us helpful tips to find their location and where we can buy the stuff we needed :) Overall, we had such a great and relaxing time during our stay~

Our stay at Edison's place(Ayesha Hometel) was fantastic! The house was impecably clean, beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed, except for the microwave oven which is not working .. Edison was incredibly accommodating esp to my request.. Kudos to the care takers especially Ate Mercy for making us feel right at home. We would definitely coming back.

MEP is very responsive and accommodating to all our inquiries. The place is exactly how it is in the picture. The interior is nice and it exudes a cool vibe. The appliances are complete and the CR is very spacious. My balikbayan sister who stayed in the unit for a month is very thankful.

We loved our stay here!!!! Super plus points that they’re pet friendly! We originally wanted to bring 9 small dogs and the host gladly approved with an additional fee of ₱1k only. But then we decided to just bring 6 dogs and the host didn’t ask us to pay any additional fees anymore. The place was definitely big and private. Had a lot of beds!! You can literally sleep anywhere haha! Very cold AC in the rooms as well. Complete kitchen. Just a reminder for families with kids, bring salbabidas! We forgot ours! Too bad. But the kids still enjoyed the pool (even the adults) haha thanks so much!! We had an incredible stay 🥰

We’ll definitely choose this place again if we need a place to stay around muntinlupa. The place was huge for a very affordable price. The host and caretaker were both very responsive to our queries. Thank you for letting us stay at your place. :)

Thank you for a wonderful stay!😊 The place is warm and relaxing, and has so much character. My nephew enjoyed the heated plunge pool very much. It’s perfect for chilly weather. Well-equipped kitchen made cooking easy and Kuya Edong attended to our needs. The breakfast was a bonus, really appreciate it.

Sunshine’s place is clean and has everything you need. She is also very responsive when we asked for things we needed like iron and hangers. Very nice area and safe. Thank you!

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.

Check-in was smooth, and Kuya Joselito, the caretaker, was really helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the bonfire since we decided to sleep early, but that’s okay..we had fun grilling instead. Charcoal is available from Kuya Joselito, I’d suggest buying from him. Basic kitchen utensils are available, but I’d still reco bringing your own paper plates & utensils. Blankets, tissues, and bath towels were provided. I just wish the pool had a bit more space for swimming, but I love that they refresh the pool water between guests. Our host, Martin, was very responsive & accommodating, he even allowed us a 1-hour late checkout.
