Marine was friendly, responsive and helpful. We arrived in the middle of the night but still had no problem with her instructions or getting into the house. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable and the garden was stunningly beautiful. I would highly recommend staying there for families and groups who want to be that side of town.

We traveled to Nairobi for 2 weeks to be close to our son's family, who live nearby. Specioza's place was as described, very secluded and private, with beautiful grounds, and all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. Specioza and Peter (the groundskeeper) were very responsive, and flexible with our booking. However, guests should be aware that you absolutely need to have your own vehicle to access this property, and in rainy weather, you would need AWD. We typically get around via Uber, and often order grocery and restaurant deliveries, but none of these options were available to us, due to the long dirt road leading to the remote property. Fortunately, we were able to borrow an AWD vehicle from our son, which made our stay workable and pleasant. We would highly recommend this property if you like a very quiet and secluded setting, and have your own vehicle. We would definitely consider this property again for future visits.

Lovely room! More than expected! Very clean, the sheets were smelling so nice ☺️ The room is adjacent to the family home so you can hear a bit of their noises but it actually made me feel “at home”. I will definitely return!! Happy guest!

Joyce is a very pleasant and responsible host, we enjoyed staying at her place. The staff is well trained and ready to help any time. We found the house very clean and tidy, location is convenient and easy to find. Village Market and Two Rivers malls are a few minutes driving. We would highly recommend Joyce’s place!

We had a great stay at Jo's cottage. Everything was as described, and Jo was very responsive and helpful. Property supervisor Christopher who lives nearby is lovely and helpful, too. The only confusion we had when finding the place resulted from the pin on airbnb not being in the right spot (which matters because there's no actual address). This should be an easy fix. Overall, great value--highly recommended.

This Airbnb exceeded all my expectations! The space was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay .Julian was incredibly thoughtful leaving snacks , tooth paste and toothbrush, which was a lovely touch. The location was ideal, close to local attractions but still quiet and peaceful. The building has an elevator which makes it easy to access upper floors. there's security at the main gate and a secure parking too. Communication with Julian was seamless, and he was quick to answer any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed Peris’s place. He/she is quite responsive, gave clear instructions, left the space spotless on clean and the view from the studio apartment is great. The place is as cute and classy as it looks but it is quite compact, as advertised, so one ought to be careful to clean up after themselves. Riara Road is relatively safe, though you may have to be mindful when walking about, as anywhere else in Nairobi. The surrounding areas are quite bustling and busy, and it is quite a distance from the airport but all in all, a worthwhile stay. Peris left snack, fruit and drinks for us, this was a sweet touch. They have all the amenities one would need for a short stay (iron, heater, cooler, washer etc). The room can get quite hot as the AC unit by the bed is not adept to circulating cold air around the whole room, but it is sufficient if you are not going to spend the whole day in the Airbnb. It’s a good find.

I had an amazing stay at this two-bedroom Airbnb in Leshwa House 1. The apartment is beautifully designed with state-of-the-art, modern furnishings and is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Located on the 13th floor, it offers breathtaking views of the Nairobi skyline and the serene Kileleshwa surroundings, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of this stay was the fantastic amenities. The building has a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool, both accessible to guests—an excellent addition for those who love to stay active or simply enjoy a refreshing dip. Mr. Tom is an outstanding host—responsive, professional, and always timely in communication, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. If you're looking for a stylish, well-maintained, and conveniently located place in Nairobi with top-tier amenities, I highly recommend this apartment. I would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed staying at this apartment. Joan always responded to my inquires. I have stayed in these buildings before and can confirm the area is a superb location to be based at. If a view from the apartment is a requirement, there is no view. It's blocked by an apartment building beside it. I personally didn't need the view. Everything was as described and as seen in the pictures.

I stayed for one week in this apartment, there are 2 malls close by and a few bars and restataunts. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place was well worth the visit - peaceful, serene, surrounded by a huge 7 - 10acres of grounds where you can go on nature trails and get lost all within your own safe surrounding. The place is well designed and oh so so beautiful. I am definitely going back again this year.

My family and I stayed at Paps cabin for 2 nights only because it was fully booked and I couldn't extend my stay. The cabin is private, the surrounding garden is really well maintained and the staff were incredibly helpful. Bunduz is perfect for families that want to spend some quality time and watch beautiful sunsets. The restaurant is an added bonus for those who'd like a break from making their own meals, the food at the restaurant was excellent! The only improvement I'd suggest is the restocking of some of the kitchen utensils and crockery like plates. My family and I will definitely be staying here again

From check-in to check-out, our stay at Mainan Cabins was nothing short of amazing. The on-compound team was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home immediately. The cabin itself is beautifully designed—cozy, stylish, and filled with warmth. The loft space, open kitchen, and large windows made it the perfect retreat. The privacy here is unmatched. No city noise, no interruptions—just nature, fresh air, and peace. We spent our days playing football, baseball, and even doing yoga on the open lawn. Evenings were magical by the BBQ grill, sharing stories under a sky full of stars. The views? Absolutely breathtaking! A short 2km walk led us to stunning landscapes perfect for reflection. This place is a haven for couples, friends, or solo travelers looking to disconnect and recharge. Mainan Cabins is truly special—we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Ol Losowan proved to be a very peaceful place to spend our final few days in Kenya before flying back to the U. K. Within walking distance of the Giraffe Centre, we took in that experience and then cooled off in the beautiful saline pool and read beneath the trees and umbrellas. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for restful nights, and we made the most of the kitchen and bbq facilities to prepare most of our meals on site to the sound of the tree hyraxes and bush babies. Thank you for hosting us Julie and your team. Our only disappointment was that we never got to meet you in person!

we had an incredible stay at Firefly! From the scenic and sprawling coffee plantation to the avocado trees and the lake, it was a treat for the eyes. Our host was communicative throughout the process. Brian and team were also truly helpful and had much knowledge on the coffee harvests. The team were also available for a turn-down service and no request was too big to accommodate. We are grateful to Snehal and team who also left in our care coffee packages and our own take home coffee which we were able to roast :) All in all, an awesome weekend getaway.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Olsotowa House! The property is incredible with plenty of room for 10 guests, a great pool to relax in, fun activities to do (ping pong, foosball, archery, spa day, movie nights), and a wonderful view of the sunset from Ngong Hills. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, the property staff (Dorris, Julius, etc.) were great, and the chef (Martin) prepared delicious meals and snacks for all dietary preferences. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to going back!

Very peaceful and charming cabin amongst the tea. Breakfast (extra charge) was absolutely delicious and delightfully served in the garden of the old farmhouse.

We had an amazing stay for one night. The house is great and well equipped, the location is beautiful and incredibly peaceful, and Ivan, the guard is very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for a quiet getaway.
