The house was easily a 5-star experience. Everything was clean and provided. The hosts were making sure I had everything I needed, otherwise were also happy to arrange it. I wish every host I meet in future is like Ruj. Extremely friendly and reliable. Very helpful and timely. He responded to some messages in 5-10 min. Beyond the stay, he continously remained helpful. E.g he offered me a secure place to keep my luggage after checkout, reminded me that I had not collected my welcome pastry and also recommended more stay options in case I was still looking. Thank you Ruj. You are amazing.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

Green Grove offre una comoda casa tradizionale arredata con gusto in un quartiere pieno di fascino. Il soggiorno, essendo al piano terra, è buio ma per noi non è stato un grosso problema e comunque ci è piaciuto molto il soggiorno. Consigliato come base per esplorare Bangkok!

A very, very good house. The layout and decoration of the house are excellent. It's safe in the embassy area. Only one night, the tenants downstairs were very noisy, and the owner immediately contacted the security guard to restore calm. We have been here for four or five days in Bangkok, and we will choose here next time.

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Alles hat perfekt geklappt einschließlich des Flughafentransfers.

A most amazing location! We were just a few steps away from great food, bars and nightlife. The walk on walk off ferry was a short walk away and highly recommend as a way to get to all the historic and cool destinations (much quicker than grab because of the traffic).

3rd round of stay with host. Each stay is for 2 weeks. Host is quick to follow up on requests made and very cordial in the replies. Unless have other AIRBNB places which is nearer to BTS or MRT & with better pricing will stick to this Host for future bookings.

O apartamento é um estúdio bem funcional que atende perfeitamente. O pai da Bee nos recebeu com muita simpatia nos dando focar valiosas de restaurantes, transporte e lugares pra visitar. Sempre disponível e pontual! Super recomendo!!
