Great place and fantastic hosts. Very helpful in various areas including cooking food for the elderly who were not feeling well. Gave good recommendations and advice for our trip and visits to surrounding area. Hosts also prepared and decorated the dining area for Christmas. Kudos to Jen for the Xmas tree, sculpture painting for the kids, and the various chores which made our stay very enjoyable. Kids enjoyed the feeding of the chickens and roaming around the lawn. The farm was peaceful and quiet, and we woke every morning to birds singing and a gorgeous view of the nature reserve. Thumbs up!

This place exceeded our expectations! Went with a large group of friends and this place had everything we needed and more. Loved how easy it was to check-in via door code, they had slippers lined up for us and numerous appliances and items such as an outdoor bbq/airfryer/karaoke machine/speakers/projector/board games!! The basement games room with disco lights was perfect for our nights in. The host also stocked the fridge for us so we did not even have to think about getting groceries for breakfast. We went for the Khao Yai Marathon and this was a 5 min drive from the start line. Amazing stay and super clean, lots of communal spaces within the 4 storey townhouse. The rooms were also larger in real life than the pictures shown. Will be recommending this to future trips with friends, this would also work for large families. Thank you so much!

Very lovely and friendly host. Place in prestine condition - great for big group getaway. It's tucked away privately and we had a peaceful long weekend. Full of equipments and amenities. Roughly 3kms to the closest convenient stores. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Would definitely recommend and will definitely choose this place again next time we're in Khaoyai

We stayed in this apartment and were very satisfied! It’s a spacious, bright place with a beautiful view from the window and everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big plus was the large TV and the quiet atmosphere – nothing disturbed our rest. The bed was comfortable, and we slept great. A special thanks to the host – a very responsive person who helped us with the documents, which was especially important. A couple of minor downsides – the gym is quite small, and the pool had a noticeable chemical smell. But overall, we had a very positive experience. Definitely recommend!

Staying in 23 degree condo for a month was a wonderful memory for us. After checking in, Koy kindly resolved some inconveniences immediately and offered me a tour of Kaoyai's good restaurants and national parks. Also, Koy made us feel comfortable during our stay as if we were at an old friend's house.

Great stay! The host was friendly and very responsive. The accommodation was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The facilities were excellent—beautiful grounds, peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, and a lovely swimming pool with a small gym. Even small details were well taken care of, with Victor showing great thoughtfulness. Highly recommend!

If you are visiting the national park and want to do any night tours this is the perfect place to stay as it’s literally five minutes once you get out of the park! The bed was super comfy and that was modern , clean and had lovely views I would recommend very highly to stay if you have a car!

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft. ruhig gelegen mit dem Auto aber schnell im Geschehen. Der Pool war klasse und die Bewohner und Angestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. SansaNeeya war auch sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Die Beschreibung zum Check in war genau. Die Unterkunft war sauber, da jeder die Schuhe auszuziehen soll. Das hat mir besonders gefallen :-)

Clean, safe and quiet environment. Helpful security guards helping with the luggages too. It will be great if the shower water pressure and heat stays consistent through the showering period. Overall, is a nice stay and I will recommend for people visiting Khao Yai and want a quiet retreat and do not want to pay a bomb for hotel stays.

If you want a place to stay that is close to nature, we recommend that you book the accommodation of K. Ratana because it is spacious, close to many tourist attractions and famous restaurants, and convenient to travel. There is no internet service in the room, and you cannot use a TV. However, it is still a place to stay that is suitable for relaxing and admiring nature. Highly recommended.

Great location, Great place, Nice ambiance and surroundings within the Condo was well maintained and looks very greenery. An apartment itself fairly big with big living room and two bedrooms with own bathroom was very convenient and tick our group. We will surely consider to stay there again once we have a plan for trip in Khao Yai.
