This is the second time I have stayed here. The cabin is wonderful, the location spectacular and the amenities: hot-tub; cold plunge pool; new sauna and fire pit are a big part of the amazing experience. Beautiful place!

The Wranglers Cabin is the perfect getaway place when visiting the Nelson area! With plenty of space for guests, 3 separate beds, and every amenity you may need! The location is nestled into the woods and away from the highway and trains, offering a peaceful place to spend your downtime amongst nature. The cabin was very pet friendly and my dog was upset to leave! The hot tub was private, well kept and clean, and the perfect temperature for a chilly evening! Kailee was very responsive and helpful, and provided wonderful local information. Overall this a very cute cabin in a quiet location that I would visit again in a heartbeat!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was tucked away in a peaceful location, making it the perfect spot to unwind and rejuvenate. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle!

Our family of four had a wonderful week at Jacob’s place and we’d all like to visit again! There are just so many ways to relax and unwind - from the gorgeous soaker tub, to cozy window seats, to the hammock and wood-fired hot tub outside. The kids loved playing in the loft, finding neat rocks on the beach, and having s’mores at the campfire. All in all, a perfect spring break trip for us.

Mikes place was a cute little cabin in the woods. There were a few other campers near. It was very homey and cozy feeling. It has a small little kitchen with a sink and microwave. We used the BBQ to make some dinner one night and it worked great. There is a salt water hot tub which is a nice touch to sit outside and star gaze. The shower was a bit finicky with the hot water but overall it was a good stay. It is a legit cabin, so there were a few stink bugs. Breakfast was delicious! Mike was a great host and made sure everything was good and even offered late check out.

The host was amazing, great communication before and during our stay. The cabin was the perfect cherry on top for our ski trip. Cozy and warm, once we turned the light off you could see stars from the window and it was dark and quiet.

This is a very specially place! Our group of 6 spent a wonderful night in this stunning home. The home was spotlessly clean with comfortable sleeping arrangements for all of us. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed to cook a family style dinner with lots of space for all of us to pitch in. We enjoyed our morning coffee looking at the beautiful view and making plans to return next year for our annual girl’s trip.

probably the comfiest bed I've ever slept in at an airbnb has good pots and pans that arent burnt and unusable like other airbnb the space heater they provide is amazing for drying off your sledding gear highly recommend

Kim was a great host. She had a welcome sign with instructions on where to go and turned the heater on for us. The place was absolutely adorable and felt like a true cabin experience. We had everything we needed. I’ll be back!

Maria is an excellent host! We had a couple issues but she addressed the one immediately (unfunctioning lock) and I'm sure she'll fix the other pronto too- the listing implies more beds than exist. There's one in the bedroom, one in the loft and a foldout futon. All are comfortable. The space is very clean. The views are very nice. The cabin is very nicely outfitted with appropriate but unique furniture. The kitchen is well outfitted too. The space was very private and the deck a nice place to gather. Highly recommend both the host and any of her properties!

10/10 If you're looking for a soulful, tidy, private lovely, high quality 'cabin in the woods' experience with the perfect locale on a waterfront look no further :D We loved how much privacy the cabin had, the beautiful beach/waterfront (photos do not do justice) and the rustic charm of the cabin. Alot of love and little things put into stuff; including a comfortable bed, immaculately tidy place; rustic feel but all of the furniture is comfortable and high quality. Bonus points the hosts (Barend and Lorrie) are a class act and the perfect presence.

The Cedar Cabin felt like home for a short getaway with my teens and dog! The cabin was right in nature, with amenities very close by. The cabin we clean and comfortable, it felt like home away from home. Mike and Ulla were great hosts with contagious smiles, we felt so welcome and hope to come back again soon!

The Kingfisher Cabin came as advertised and then some. From the moment we arrived it was clear we had landed in a special location. The home was clean, comfortable and incredibly well organized with notes of instruction placed in the most thoughtful locations. The grounds were impeccable and well laid out with plenty of “toys”, trails and historical signage providing opportunity for adults and children alike to wander and play. If you are looking for some fairy garden like tranquility within close proximity of all the artisan markets of Crawford Bay and off the beaten path of the regular tourist trap hotspots then Joan’s place is the one for you! Would absolutely stay here again!

Overall great cabin experience with the family. It snowed quite a bit while we were there so we took advantage of the campfire site at the beach. The stroll through the woods was really nice all the way down to the water. The cabin is cozy and it felt like a true getaway with some great time spent with the family. The kids loved the dvd collection and the bunk beds and we enjoyed being able to unplug for a few days. Overall we would recommend the Kootenai Hideaway.

Great place to stay. We are swimmers and the lake is clean with beautiful clear water. It was so nice to sit around a beach fire in the evenings. Dwayne and his daughter were so open and welcoming. The screened in deck was amaxing for when the mosquitoes came out! Definitely recommend!!

Great little place to disconnect.

I helped the owner build the new hot tub. and assistee in the new water line because there was no water pressure. Cool place to escape.

Our family group of 6 had a wonderful 4 nights at Mark’s house at Mirror Lake. The house itself was a perfect space for us with plenty of room. Nightly bbqs and fires on the beach across the way were enjoyed by all. We did a couple of hikes in the area and were able to make use of Mirror Lake for swimming as well (€2 per person). We had such a lovely time that we enquired to see if we could stay a bit longer! But alas we were not so lucky as it was Canada Day weekend!

This is a beautiful place, surrounded by a fast flowing river/creek which provides a fantastic backdrop. The photos do not do this place justice! This is really a unique stay and I would definitely recommend. The house has everything you need - our 4 year old loved all of the different toys available - and, as other reviewers noted, an amazing book collection. We came in the height of summer but the creek provides a lovely breeze and we couldn't fault the place. Myles was proactive and check in was very easy. Although isolated, there is a great little cafe ("14th Mountain Bistro") just done the hill in Sandon which does great coffee (and provides free wifi).

The location was very remote as described by Terra. It was what we were looking for our stay. The pictures were accurate. Views were nice. Terra was responsive. Only issue was the Oven was broken (she did tell us but not until after we booked) with being remote we needed to cook at place. We would have booked anyway so all good. Worth the visit!!
