That a nice apartment that I think I should be back for the next bussiness trip. all facilities inside was clean and host suport to fast to anwer any mess when I need. Nearby also have a lake, it nice for walking in the night time and enviroment around GreenBay is clean, air also, no noisy and very privacy Many thanks 🙏🏻 I will offer more my friends

S3에 처음 숙박해봤습니다. 안쪽에 위치해서 도로소음이 확실히 덜했습니다. 독립된 건물이라 보다 더 집같은 느낌이었습니다. 호스트님 응대는 매우 신속하고 빨랐습니다. 특히 한국어로 직접 소통할수 있어서 무척 편했습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗했으며, 주방과 욕실도 깔끔하게 준비되어있어서 매우 기분좋은 여행이었습니다.

Host was super fast to respond to all my texts. The place itself is great. Amazing view and friendly staff. Be sure to try all the restaurants in the green bay complex, they're all delicious and cheap. I'll definitely be back Hanoi and hope to stay here again.

The apartment building's location is excellent, with a variety of shops nearby, making it a convenient option for a long stay. The apartment itself was in great condition and fully equipped, ensuring a comfortable experience. The view from the apartment was also quite lovely. We appreciate the host, Nha Xin Chao, for being reliable and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

cô chủ nhà hỗ trợ siêu nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ từ trước lúc đến, trong lúc ở. phản hồi rất nhanh chóng. căn phòng sạch sẽ thơm tho, được chăm chút tỉ mỉ, ánh nắng ngập tràn, và tôi cảm nhận được sự tận tâm siêu tuyệt vời. tôi bị đau đầu và bạn ấy đã hỗ trợ mua thuốc. sau đó gợi ý cho tôi cả chỗ ăn uống, đi chơi xung quanh. thực sự ấn tượng bởi cách chăm khách chu đáo, đã trải nghiệm nhiêud nơi nhưng bây giờ thực sự mới gặp. sàn căn hộ có 1 chút hơi tróc sơn và bờ tường có vết cũ nhưng điều đó không ảnh hưởng tới trải nghiệm của chúng tôi. nếu quay lại hà nội chắc chắn tôi sẽ luôn ở đây.

I had a lovely stay, right in the middle of the old quarter. The view from the cozy little balcony over the bustling streets was wonderful, sipping the first morning coffee and watching the world go by. The room was clean, AC worked and the bed was comfortable. Being in the middle of the city you can’t really expect quiet and total darkness, but the location makes up for it, just step outside your door and explore all that Hanoi’s old quarter has to offer. So many great food stalls, stores, train street and other sights in walking distance. The communication was kind, easy and always available if I had any questions! Would definitely come back!

This airbnb housed me and my 5 other friends. We had plenty of space! Common area and balcony seemed a little bit smaller than the pictures made them look but otherwise everything else was great. Location was awesome with so much to do - coffee shops, food, and walkable to lots of places. Very cool windy staircase in the house

Phung ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Das Zimmer ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Lage top. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Un muy buen sitio para un grupo grande donde pasar la estancia en Hanoii, tuvimos un problema con la puerta de la calle y el dueño del airbnb nos lo soluciono enseguida y de manera muy eficiente, recomiendo al 100% el sitio

We had a terrific stay! The place is fantastic: clean, bright, and comfortable. The common area and primary bedroom are especially roomy and the two smaller bedrooms are cozy. The neighborhood is fantastic and the location of the flat is ideal. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful. On an unexpectedly cold morning, I asked about extra blankets, which were delivered within the hour. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location in Hanoi.

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

great place to stay. it is a building with 4 small bedrooms right in the center of hanoi. just a few steps from the main roads. i can easily go to many famous tourist attractions of hanoi. near hoan kiem lake, church... no elevator, soft mattress. the house is very clean. there will be a little dust on the balcony but the house is clean if the door is closed. the host is friendly and gives detailed instructions even though i arrived a bit late to check in. if i come back to hanoi i will stay here again.

Die Ersatz-Wohnung entsprach dem zuvor verschriebenen Standart, war liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Haus, der Pool und die Umgebung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Anreise war wegen eines Wasserschadens etwas holprig, die Adressänderung kam erst als wir mit dem Taxi unterwegs waren und führte zu Verwirrung und Mehrkosten.Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht in der Situation. Für die 5l Trinkwasser, welche auf unsere Bitte hin zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, wegen der späten Anreise, wurde bei Abreise der doppelte Ladenpreis verlangt. Das Bett mag lokalen Ansprüchen genügen, für Europäer ist die steinharte Masratze auch mit Aufleger eine Zumutung. Die Küchenaustattung ist sehr minimalistisch und sollte erweitert werden für eine gute Nutzbarkeit. Bei 7 Nächten wurden die benutzten weißen Handtücher nicht gewechselt aber als zu schmutzig bemängelt, mit dem Hinweis es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Für mich als Gast bisher unüblich.
