Namdong-gu : locations de maisons de vacances

작년에 이어 두번째 방문입니다. 작년보다 시설및 편의시설등등 업그레이드 되어 있네요. 너무 관리를 잘 해 주셔서 정말 편히 푹 쉬다 갑니다

가족모임으로 방문했는데 아주 만족스러웠습니다 :) 호스트분도 굉장히 친절하시고 숙소도 기대 이상이었어요! 가능하면 다음에 또 방문하고싶어요~!

우선 엄청 친절하시고 즐길거리가 많습니다 보드게임이랑 노래방 기계도 있고 온수도 잘나와요!! 실내에도 놀거리가 많은데 실외에도 풍경도 이쁘고 다양하게 즐길 수 있는것들이 많아서 친구들이랑 밤새 잘 놀고 왔습니다 ㅎㅎ 4층 다 사용하는거라 시끄러울까봐 걱정 안해도 됐던 게 너무 좋았고 너무 친절하셔서 다음에 또 방문하려고요!

집에 매우 청결하고 예쁩니다! 욕실이나 침구 수건도 모두 깨끗했고, 주방에는 유용한 물품이 많았어요. 식탁도 커서 가족들이 다 같이 사용하기 편했어요, 화장실도 3개나 있어서 러시 없이 편안하게 이용했구요, 그리고 숙소 안에 식물들이 많아서 기분이 좋더라구요☺️ 저녁에는 바베큐를 했는데, 춥지 않게 천막도 마련되어 있고 불멍도 할 수 있게 장작불도 피워주셔서 추운 날씨에도 따뜻하게 저녁 식사 했습니다, 호스트 분들도 친절하셔서, 강화도 또 여행 간다면 또 가고 싶은 좋은 숙소였어요!

받은 주소와 달랐지만 도로변에 있어 사진과 똑같은 숙소 보고 바로 찾을 수 있고, 3대까지 주차 가능한 점과 독채 숙소라 바베큐하면서 시끄러워도 민원 들어올 일 없어서 편하게 놀다 올 수 있었습니다. 날이 추웠지만 전기, 석유 난로가 바베큐장에 있어서 그리 춥지 않게 저녁 먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 숙소, 욕실 깨끗하고 난방이 금새 되어 따뜻한 공간 즐길 수 있었어요. 위층 침대방은 살짝 우풍이 있어서 바닥에서 자는게 더 좋았다고 전해 들었습니다. 2층에도 작은 주방이 있어 편리했어요. 기가 지니가 있어서 편하게 노래방도 즐기다 갑니다. 수건이 많아서 가져간 수건은 하나도 안쓰고 왔네요. 인원이 많아 걱정했는데 좋은 추억 만들고 편히 쉬었다 갑니다.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Casa Bella! A few days before, we received not only the codes to get inside but distinct pictures of the area to help guide us to the home. They were really helpful and much appreciated. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the host’s mom who showed us all the amenities so we wouldn’t need to search through every drawer and cabinet. She was so sweet, especially with the kids! There were extra towels (big plus) and surprisingly absorbent. We really like that there were 2 separate toilets! The home was clean and tidy. Flooring was not flat but it wasn’t an issue. However, it may not be good for someone with mobility issues because of the narrow doorways and steps. Otherwise, the home was quaint and cozy - my kids loved it there! The area was amazing because it was quiet AND less than 10 minute walk to Seoul Station. The distance was super convenient because we were tired every single day. We enjoyed our stay. We would be open to staying here again!

Convenient and clean place!

とても快適に過ごさせていただきました。 またホンデあたりに行く時には利用したいなと思いました。

어린아이 둘을 데리고가야해서 호텔말고 에어비앤비로 예약하고갔습니다 방 두개 중 높은침대방은 제가쓰고 낮은침대방은 애들쓰게하니까 딱좋네요 그리고 난방도 잘되고 깔끔하네요! 잘 머물다갑니다.

주변이 조용하고. 사진과 동일하게 깨끗하게 모든것이 잘 정돈되어있었습니다. 체크인 시간도 신속하게 조정해주셔서 감사했어요

u can exit at no. 13 or from the front of Seoul station which we normally does. it faster but about 15-18 mins of walk if empty handed or w stuff. maybe longer if u hve elderly. responsive host n clear instructions. I like that the floor is clean. we were bare footed. The temp was still cold even though it was spring, it felt like winter n the floor heating was gd. living rm as a cooler blower which we on as the rm as a bit hot fr the heating for some friends. host provided 1 set each guess of bath & hand towel. shower gel, shampoo & hair conditional r provided. Beds are gd. Only one steps up to the gate so it is easy. the common toilet is small n water will splash to the toilet bowl during bath. so need to wipe off. otherwise all gd with this unit. we'd recommend anyone wishing to stay. it's clean & easy to find.

Hazel’s place was perfect for our weekend trip to Seoul. The place was clean and tidy and the 6 of us had plenty of space. The location is great with lots of surrounding restaurants, bars and shops. Hazel was a great host, she was very communicative and attentive. I would highly recommend.

Maravilloso lugar para hospedarse, la ubicación es perfecta, la manera de llegar es muy fácil y todas las instrucciones son bastante claras, sin duda fue una excelente opción. Siempre estuvieron atentos de si necesitaba algo y muy educados.

My family (6 of us) and I stayed here the night before an early morning flight out of Incheon airport. It was comfortable and very convenient, and it saved us a lot of time in the morning to stay so close to the airport. The host was very nice and helped to transport most of our group and our luggage to the airport early in the morning, which was very appreciated, and the rest were able to Uber for very cheap. We recommend this place and would stay here again!

The house was perfect for our group of 9. Everyone had a bed lots of bathrooms the walk to the train station was only 10-15 mins and peaceful! Quiet neighborhood and just a great set up!!! Soluna was a great host. Even set up taxis for us from the airport and back. Great place!! Book it!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Chuck, the host, was super quick to respond and really helpful, which made everything go smoothly and made my time there even more enjoyable. The place was not just clean and comfy, but it truly felt like a cozy home away from home. It was just perfect for our big family of 14. The location couldn’t be better – tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it’s a perfect peaceful getaway after a long day of exploring the city. I really appreciated how close it was to the subway; it made getting around Seoul a breeze. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby, serving a variety of tasty local dishes to enjoy. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Seoul. It’s an awesome place to relax while still being close to all the city’s attractions. I would absolutely come back here.

非常喜欢这个房子，地理位置不错，离地铁站近距离弘大商圈也很近，门口就有便利店咖啡店。 室内干净整洁且还准备了转换插头～ 愉快的住宿体验 下次来韩国还会选择❤️

Very peaceful and quiet area, but inconvenient without a car. My kids loved seeing the cats around the house and we had a restful time in a big clean house.

I loved everything about Monica's place! First off, Monica is a wonderful host. The place is well maintained and very clean -equipped with modern sophisticated appliances through out the entire house. I took note of and appreciate how much care of each detail of the house was well thought out. From the maps and books provided, comfortable bedding, board games, the vibe in the upstairs bathroom area down to the kitchen hand soap. Also, place is 5 min walk to subway station, plenty of food places, shops, and supermarkets nearby. Monica's place exceeded my expectations and made my rest and stay in Korea for my family of 5 very memorable. It was a privilege to stay here. To this day, I'm still dreaming about waking up or walking back to Monica's place through a secret portal. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Had a comfortable stay and the hosts were very responsive and helpful in answering my queries. The house is easy to find and in a convenient location with restaurants and convenience store nearby. It wasn't along any main roads so it is quiet. However, please note to direct taxi drivers to the convenience store address instead of the house address and you have to do a short walk in. There's a nice park along to the house and comfortable to jog around in the morning or night. Will stay again if i have the chance to.

The room looks like as it is in the pictures, it was warm and nice. Host was nice to turn on the floor heating (as it was winter time) for us before we checked in. It takes like roughly 10 to 15 steps of stairs up to the place which is not too much of problem for me. He also allowed us to leave our baggages first before the check in time. Messages were reply promptly too. Thank you for the nice stay!
