Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The host was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming — from the moment we arrived, we felt cared for. The house is spacious, cozy, and full of charming details that made our stay extra special. We especially loved the terrace and the record player — such lovely touches that made the atmosphere warm and relaxing. Thank you so much for your hospitality. This apartment is well located being close to the bus and train and many great restaurants both small and large. It is very modern and spacious with all new appliances and furnishings. There is a convenience store at ground level along with a 24 hour concierge. We felt very safe and comfortable here and we appreciated how responsive the host was to all our inquiries. We would happily recommend this property for both short and long term stays.

This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere quiet away from the city! The host was wonderful in communicating and responding to messages, and everything you need is well provided for. What I love the most is getting to access Netflix, Apple TV, etc without logging in to my personal account. It was such a nice and relaxing stay.

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

Sangjin and Christina’s hanok rental was our perfect temporary home for a week. There are countless restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and Tongjin Market right at the doorstep. Equally, we were excited to return and enjoy the hanok with its cosy vibe, and underfloor heating. Since we’re generally sensitive to light, we had brought comfortable sleeping masks as usual, and slept very well in its calm setting. We can’t recommend enough to stay here, and can’t wait to return in the future!

The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Host Kiwon and his family were incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect. The location was convenient, and I felt right at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great place near the Seoul station. Spacious and heated floors a plus!

I loved everything about Monica's place! First off, Monica is a wonderful host. The place is well maintained and very clean -equipped with modern sophisticated appliances through out the entire house. I took note of and appreciate how much care of each detail of the house was well thought out. From the maps and books provided, comfortable bedding, board games, the vibe in the upstairs bathroom area down to the kitchen hand soap. Also, place is 5 min walk to subway station, plenty of food places, shops, and supermarkets nearby. Monica's place exceeded my expectations and made my rest and stay in Korea for my family of 5 very memorable. It was a privilege to stay here. To this day, I'm still dreaming about waking up or walking back to Monica's place through a secret portal. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent house in the Hongdae area of Seoul. The area is vibrant and full of life and activity; yet, Riley and JK's house is located in a quiet, peaceful area. The house is within 13-15 minute walking distance to the Hongdae University Station (subway) exit 1. There is no shortage of restaurants and shopping nearby. Riley and JK have a beautiful house and we could not have asked for better hosts. Our plans changed slightly less than a week before our arrival, and they were very understanding and accommodating to our needs. The house is clean and has everything one needs. They left very detailed instructions on how to dispose of the trash (trash disposal is different and detailed in Southern Korea). Anytime I had a question, Riley and JK were quick to respond. Our family had an excellent time in Seoul and having a great house with a great location played a big role in that. You can't miss by choosing this house for your stay in Seoul.
