The bnb is new and clean, it’s located right behind a 7-11, there’re two large supermarkets and many restaurants near the station. It’s about 12 mins walk from station, the road is flat. It’s comfortable and overall nice.

It’s a cozy and convenient place for me to visit Tokyo. Enjoyed my stay very much! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful one week stay at Tsubasa’s lovely home. The neighborhood had all the conveniences, the apartment had everything we needed and the apartment is cute and clean. It’s in a quiet residential area with lots of grocery stores and food options nearby, and we liked having the kitchen and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. It was fun to not be in a touristy area but to see how locals live. The home is comfortable and the shower is great. It was a little chilly at first in the main living area but when we mentioned it (thought we might be doing the heat wrong) Tsubasa ordered us a space heater and it arrived that day. Temperature was perfect after that. This was a wonderful home base to explore around Tokyo. Thank you Tsubasa!

Yasuhiko was a great host! The airbnb is located on a quiet street in the Asakusa area. The airbnb was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 6). The details he put into the airbnb really is accommodating and comfortable. It is decorated beautifully. It's close to many train options, kappabashi (kitchenware shopping area), Senso-ji temple, and Namakise shopping area. Lots of local restaurants on the same street and even a local japanese craft beer place. We would love to stay again here in the future as his place is perfectly sized and located.

I liked everything very much. Juni is the best host I have ever had. Always asked if everything was okay and at the slightest request solved the problem in a matter of minutes. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is just amazing in terms of transport, there is access to many different metro lines, very convenient. There is also a convenience store a few meters away. The only negative point, and I must mention it, even if it does not apply to the apartment itself, is that there are quite a lot of rats on the street, which is not very pleasant, but as I said, this is not the fault of the host. Overall, I recommend this place to everyone, excellent value for money.

great little apartment in an excellent location. the apartment was smaller than expected based on the photos. i would recommend rearranging the beds and possibly getting bunk beds to better use the space; the bedrooms are not functional. it was a good size for a family of 3-4. it was too cold to use the outdoor space but in the summer the porch would be a great amenity. the apartment was very clean. host was very responsive. the door lock did not work correctly when we arrived but after pushing on the door while unlocking it was fine for the rest of our trip. the apartment was a pretty good value. would recommend!!
