I had travelled with parents and mother in law who all are in their 80s. They simply had a lovely two days. I also had my pet and Kiran was very welcoming. The house is beautifully designed. Is in a very accessible place. The caretaker Babban and his wife were very helpful. The house is very clean with clean linen. There’s a barbecue and a beautiful place to sit out. The kitchen is equipped with clean utensils and appliances. The market is less than a km away. Kiran helped us with contacts to order food and things to do. We did a short trip to Jawhar palace which is 1.5 hours drive away and the Govardhan Eco village which is 10 mins drive away. I highly recommend the place to anybody who would like a quiet time with family and their pet. Thank you Kiran for being a terrific host.

One of the best stays in Thane. The view is beautiful, this was the first place where I stayed which has projector and it was awesome. Love what he has done to the place. if you are around Thane and need something beautiful Saish's place is to be. also he is very patient and calm to help you out with everything. cons - the only issue that I faced in that whole area is the water in flush seems to smell a little. I think apart from this, I tried very hard to find some issues was not able too. the balcony and the view needs to be talked more. what peaceful place. cheers.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as shown Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. A special shoutout to the caretaker, who was so kind and helpful throughout my stay, ensuring everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

This was my third visit to Sanjai’s place, and it was just as enjoyable as always. I’ve been here before with friends, but this time, I visited with family and our dog. It’s perfect for a relaxed getaway with either! Loved the walkable neighborhood and the beautiful sea views. The house is well-designed, with plenty of space indoors and great outdoor areas by the pool and terraces. The caretaker, Sitesh (Bobby) was very helpful and always available. My pet isn’t usually comfortable with other dogs, but PUBG, their dog, was so friendly that ours felt at ease too, which was heartwarming. Highly recommend this place for a quick getaway near Mumbai. The BnB does have a set of rules and a security deposit, but that’s what keeps it so well-maintained. Will definitely be back! ❤️

literally felt like home trust me people would recommend this place to each and everyone who are willing to get the right place and Roy will make sure everything is right it doesn't matter if you contact him 24/7 he is there for us and the beautiful views for the 20th floor are breathtaking
